Claims (19)

1. The draw-bar box comprises a box body and a draw bar, and is characterized in that the draw bar sequentially comprises a handle position, a pushing position and a pulling position according to different lengths of the draw bar extending out of the box body, and when the draw bar is positioned at the handle position, the box body can be lifted by the draw bar;
the pull rod is provided with a control key, and the pull rod is positioned at the lifting handle position, the pushing position or the pulling position by operating the control key;
the pull rod comprises a handle assembly, a transmission assembly, an inner pipe, an outer pipe and a gear assembly, wherein the inner pipe comprises a transverse pipe at the top and vertical pipes at two sides, the transmission assembly is installed in the inner pipe, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission rod, a corner transmission block, a steel wire and transmission pins, the handle is installed outside the transverse pipe at the top of the inner pipe, the vertical pipes at two sides of the inner pipe are respectively contained in the two outer pipes, the gear assembly is installed at the bottom of the outer pipe and matched with the transmission assembly, and the handle is in linkage with the transmission assembly and drives the gear assembly to move through the transmission assembly, so that the pull rod is respectively located in a handle position, a pushing position or a pulling position;
the gear assembly comprises a reversing piece, a positioning piece, a limiting piece and a first elastic piece, wherein a limiting piece mounting groove is formed in the limiting piece along the vertical direction, a positioning piece mounting groove is formed in the limiting piece along the horizontal direction, the reversing piece is mounted in the limiting piece mounting groove, the upper end of the reversing piece is in contact with the lower surface of the transmission foot, the first elastic piece and the positioning piece are mounted in the positioning piece mounting groove, the first elastic piece is positioned at the rear of the positioning piece, and the positioning piece can protrude outwards of the limiting piece under the action of elasticity of the first elastic piece so as to be accommodated in holes corresponding to the handle position, the pushing position or the pulling position respectively;
the outer tube is provided with holes corresponding to the handle position, the pushing position and the pulling position respectively, and the limiting piece is matched with the different holes so that the pull rod is positioned at the handle position, the pushing position and the pulling position;
the lower end of the reversing piece is provided with a guide inclined plane, the positioning piece is provided with a reversing inclined plane matched with the guide inclined plane, and when the reversing piece moves downwards, the guide inclined plane is matched with the reversing inclined plane so as to force the positioning piece to move backwards and retract into the limiting piece;
the gear assembly further comprises a sealing head part and a second elastic part, the sealing head part is fixedly arranged in the lower end of the outer tube, the upper end of the second elastic part is in contact with the limiting part and supports the limiting part, the lower end of the second elastic part is arranged on the sealing head part, when the pull rod is in an unextended position, the control key is operated, and the elastic force of the second elastic part enables the pull rod to be in the handle position.

The draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the box body comprises a box body frame, a front panel positioned on the front surface of the box body frame and a rear panel positioned on the rear surface of the box body frame, the draw bar comprises a cross bar and a vertical bar, the cross bar is positioned on the top of the box body frame, and the vertical bar is positioned on two sides of the box body frame.
3. A trolley case according to claim 2, wherein the front and rear panels are detachably attached to the front and rear surfaces of the case frame.
4. A trolley case according to claim 2, wherein the vertical bars are located in the middle of both sides of the case frame.
5. A trolley case according to claim 2, wherein the case frame comprises a first portion and a second portion that are independent of each other, the first portion and the second portion being rotatably connected by a hinge.
6. The draw-bar box of claim 5, wherein the thickness of the first portion of the box frame is greater than the thickness of the second portion of the box frame, the draw bar being disposed on the first portion of the box frame, wherein the vertical bars are disposed on both sides of the first portion of the box frame, and the cross bars are disposed on top of the first portion of the box frame.
7. A draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein the draw bar is arranged such that the first length of the draw bar extending from the box body is shortest when the draw bar is in the handle position.
8. A draw-bar box according to claim 7, wherein the draw bar is arranged such that the third length of the draw bar extending from the box body is longest when the draw bar is in the pulled position.
9. A draw-bar box according to claim 8, wherein the draw bar is arranged such that when the draw bar is in the pushing position, a second length of the draw bar extending from within the box is between the first length and the third length.
10. The draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the draw bar includes a top cross bar and vertical bars on both sides, the control key being disposed on the top cross bar.
11. The trolley case of claim 10 wherein the control key is disposed in a middle portion of the top rail.
12. A trolley case according to claim 1, wherein the control key is arranged to be operated by pressing.
13. A draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein the draw bar is arranged such that it is fully embedded in the box when the draw bar is not pulled out of the box.
14. A draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein the draw bar is arranged such that when the draw bar is not pulled out of the box body, the control key is pressed, the draw bar is moved to the handle position, the control key is pressed again, the draw bar is moved from the handle position to the pushing position, the control key is pressed again, and the draw bar is pulled from the pushing position to the pushing position.
15. The trolley case of claim 1 wherein the handle includes a handle upper portion and a handle lower portion that are independent of each other, the handle upper portion and handle lower portion being mounted above and below the top cross tube of the inner tube, respectively, and snap together to receive the top riser of the inner tube within the handle.
16. The trolley case of claim 15 wherein the control key is mounted in a middle portion of the upper portion of the handle.
17. The draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein the transmission rod is installed in a top transverse tube of the inner tube, the lower end of the corner transmission block is connected with the upper end of the steel wire, the upper end of the corner transmission block is matched with the end part of the transmission rod, the steel wire is installed in the inner tube and is connected with the transmission leg at the lower end, and the motion of the transmission rod is transmitted to the steel wire through the corner transmission block, so that the transmission leg is driven to move.
18. The trolley case of claim 1 wherein the first resilient member and the second resilient member are springs.
19. The draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein a draw-bar fixing member is further provided in the box body, and the draw-bar fixing member is fixedly connected with the head member and fixes the bottom end of the draw bar in the box body.
