技术领域
本发明涉及一种军用靴的改进发明,尤其涉及一种多功能特种靴的改进发明。
背景技术
多功能特种靴适用特殊现场比如工厂、台风、地震等情况下,火灾现场温度很高,地面情况复杂存在许多尖锐物品,还有掉落的燃烧物,都会对消防战士的足部安全造成威胁,因此军用靴集防滑、耐磨、防穿刺、耐冲击、防砸、耐电压、防水等防护功能于一体,适合突发情况及特殊环境中穿着,在特殊的环境中能够对我们的足部提供安全保障。
脚部是人体汗腺最密集的地方,鞋内腔狭小的空间,汗腺分泌汗液容易滋生细菌,会引起脚臭、脚痛等问题,足部出现创口时,极易引起发炎、溃烂、脚气等足部疾病。因此军用靴内部的抗菌特性非常重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、方便实用的多功能特种靴。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种多功能特种靴,包括有鞋底、中底、帮面、内里和鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫采用碳纤维合成织物制作,该碳纤维经800-900℃高温活化处理产生微孔,且鞋垫底部复合有聚氨酯发泡层;所述中底采用芳纶布、玻璃纤维布、高强纤维聚合片材料复合形成;所述内里的缝接处采用热气缝合密封机将热熔胶带经560℃高温压合进行密封,热风压力为0.9kg/cm2,辊轮压力为0.4 kg/cm2,胶条的宽度为22mm。
前帮、后帮与中底采用新型热熔胶前帮机和中后帮机直接绷连,并利用热熔胶粘合。
鞋头部分置入钢包头,钢包头的卷边与鞋底相接触,卷边宽度为7.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的多功能特种靴,碳纤维与聚氨酯复合鞋垫具有耐油、抗辐射、抗放射、吸收有毒气体等特性,且其抗拉力强,加工性能优良;内里与帮面双重防水,防水性能良好;高密度防刺穿复合中底,较钢中底而言质量大幅度减轻,有助于消防战士更迅速行动;加大钢包头卷边与鞋底的接触面积,提高缓冲性能,最终提高整鞋的防砸性能,对穿着人员的脚趾起到保护作用。
具体实施方式
下面再进一步说明其有关细节。该多功能特种靴,包括有鞋底、中底、帮面、内里和鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫采用碳纤维合成织物制作,该碳纤维经800-900℃高温活化处理产生微孔,且鞋垫底部复合有聚氨酯发泡层;所述中底采用芳纶布、玻璃纤维布、高强纤维聚合片材料复合形成;所述内里的缝接处采用热气缝合密封机将热熔胶带经560℃高温压合进行密封,热风压力为0.9kg/cm2,辊轮压力为0.4 kg/cm2,胶条的宽度为22mm;前帮、后帮与中底采用新型热熔胶前帮机和中后帮机直接绷连,并利用热熔胶粘合;鞋头部分置入钢包头,钢包头的卷边与鞋底相接触,卷边宽度为7.5mm。
创新设计碳纤维合成鞋垫织物,碳纤维经过高温活化,产生丰富的微孔,增加表面积,能够吸附大量高电位离子,并还原为低氧化态离子,碳纤维合成织物具有优良的吸附性能,保证足部干爽健康;创新设计抗菌聚氨酯发泡层,对一般的有机溶剂、酸、碱都具有良好的耐腐蚀性,不溶不胀,规避了钢中底易生锈的问题,状态稳定、抗变形能力强,且材料具有回收再利用的环保性能;针对穿着人员工作的特殊性,设计的碳纤维与聚氨酯复合鞋垫具有耐油、抗辐射、抗放射、吸收有毒气体等特性,且其抗拉力强,加工性能优良。
因防水性能要求较高,需要内里与帮面双重防水,鞋帮是由天然皮革制作而成,天然皮革拥有很多的毛孔具有较好的透气性,因此采用防水材料对天然皮革进行防水处理,即能将水分子H2O隔离到皮革表层,又能使皮革拥有相对的透气性能。内里采用热气缝合密封机,将热熔胶带经560℃高温压合在内里的缝接处,以达到防漏的效果。通过袜套防水测试,检测内里是否漏水,通过检测后制成鞋帮。技术创新点①帮面热熔胶高温压合技术,采用热气缝合密封机,将热熔胶带高温压合在内里的缝接处,热风压力为0.9kg/cm2,辊轮压力为0.4 kg/cm2,辊轮压力为对准曲线中心位置压胶条,胶条的宽度要求22mm宽,不偏移不漏压,以达到防漏的效果。②新型热熔胶鞋帮机应用技术,传统冷粘鞋机绷前帮、中后帮时,为了固定帮脚与中底的粘合牢度,一般会在帮脚上钉固定钉,本工艺为实现整鞋密封性,采用新型热熔胶前帮机和中后帮机,直接绷前后帮,利用高热热熔胶粘合。③建立袜套防水测试体系,对于防水性能严格按军标执行,成品鞋防水性能动态透水次数≥15000次,动态吸水性能(1h)≤2%,动态透水性能(1h)≤5g,静态吸水性(2h)≤30%。
高密度防刺穿复合中底设计,对芳纶布、玻璃纤维布、高强纤维聚合片材料进行严格的理化性能测试后,将三者进行复合,使其防刺穿性能达到1200N以上,此外复合中底较钢中底而言质量大幅度减轻,有助于消防战士更迅速行动。高强高密度的芳纶布经纬网格编织结构,使其在弯曲变形中,伸缩形变产生应力,抵消对材料的纤维结构的破坏,实现弯曲状态下内部结构保持稳定,大幅度提升中底层耐折性能。
防砸钢包头结构设计,在鞋头部分置入钢包头,并加大包头卷边宽度,加大到7.5mm,加大包头与鞋底的接触面积,提高缓冲性能,最终提高整鞋的防砸性能,对穿着人员的脚趾起到保护作用。其塑钢包头抗冲击性能大于14.5mm。

2.如权利要求1所述的多功能特种靴,其特征在于:前帮、后帮与中底采用新型热熔胶前帮机和中后帮机直接绷连,并利用热熔胶粘合。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能特种靴,其特征在于:鞋头部分置入钢包头,钢包头的卷边与鞋底相接触,卷边宽度为7.5mm。
