The invention discloses a mechanical interlocking operation device of a switch cabinet, which comprises a handle operation connecting rod, a transmission connecting rod, a limiting side plate, a limiting rotating shaft, an L-shaped connecting plate, a connecting shaft, a fixed side plate and a position selection sliding plate, wherein the handle operation connecting rod is in transmission connection with the transmission connecting rod through a connecting bracket, the limiting side plate is fixed on the transmission connecting rod, a limiting groove is formed in the limiting side plate, one end of the limiting rotating shaft is clamped in the limiting groove, the other end of the limiting rotating shaft is connected with one end of the L-shaped connecting plate, the middle part of the L-shaped connecting plate is connected with the fixed side plate through a fixed shaft, a horizontal sliding groove is formed in the fixed side plate, one end of the connecting shaft is connected to the other end of the L-shaped connecting plate, the other end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected to the position selection sliding plate, and a change-over switch operation mechanism is connected to the position selection sliding plate. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, a mechanical interlocking operation device of a switch cabinet includes a handle operation connecting rod 1, a transmission connecting rod 2, a limit side plate 3, a limit rotating shaft 4, an L-shaped connecting plate 5, a connecting shaft 6, a fixed side plate 7 and a position selection slide plate 8, wherein the handle operation connecting rod 1 is disposed outside the switch cabinet, the handle operation connecting rod 1 is in transmission connection with the transmission connecting rod 2 through a connecting bracket 9, the connecting bracket 9 includes two side plates 90 and an intermediate connecting piece 91 for connecting the two side plates 90, the handle operation connecting rod 1 is mounted at one end of one side plate 90, and the top end of the transmission connecting rod 2 is connected to the other side plate and is vertically disposed at the side plate.
One end of the limiting side plate 3 is vertically fixed on the transmission connecting rod 2 through the fixing plate 10, the other end is provided with a limiting groove 11 perpendicular to the transmission connecting rod 2, the opening of the limiting groove 11 is provided with a horn opening which is convenient for the limiting rotating shaft 4 to enter, one end of the limiting rotating shaft 4 is clamped in the limiting groove 11, the other end is fixedly connected with the upper end of the L-shaped connecting plate 5, the middle bending part of the L-shaped connecting plate 5 is fixedly connected with the fixing side plate 7 through the fixing shaft 12, the fixing side plate 7 is provided with a strip-shaped side plate horizontal sliding groove 13, one end of the connecting shaft 6 is connected to the lower end of the L-shaped connecting plate 5, the other end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the side plate horizontal sliding groove 13 and is fixedly connected to the position selection sliding plate 8, and the position selection sliding plate 8 can be arranged on the outer side of the fixing side plate 7 in a reciprocating manner along the side plate horizontal sliding groove 13.
A plurality of strip-shaped slide plate horizontal sliding grooves 14 are formed in the position selection slide plate 8, and a change-over switch operating mechanism is connected to the position selection slide plate.
When in operation, the change-over switch is in a brake-separating state, the handle operation connecting rod 1 outside the cabinet has two positions, namely the handle operation connecting rod 1 is operated outside the cabinet, and the two positions comprise unlocking and locking: firstly, when the handle operation connecting rod 1 is positioned at the upper unlocking position, the handle operation connecting rod pulls the transmission connecting rod 2 and the limit side plate 3 to be at the upper unlocking position, the limit rotating shaft 4 is also at the upper unlocking position, the L-shaped connecting plate 5 pulls the position selection sliding plate 8 to slide through the connecting shaft 6, so that the change-over switch operation mechanism is led into a rail capable of being switched on, and the change-over switch can perform switching-on and switching-off operations at present; secondly, when the handle operation connecting rod 1 is located at the lower locking position, the handle operation connecting rod pulls the transmission connecting rod 2 and the limiting side plate 3 to be located at the lower locking position, the limiting rotating shaft 4 is also located at the lower locking position, the L-shaped connecting plate 5 pulls the position selection sliding plate 8 to slide through the connecting shaft 6, the change-over switch operation mechanism is led into a fixed dead angle track, that is, the closing rotating shaft of the change-over switch is limited to be not in a rotating position, at this time, no method is adopted for closing the change-over switch, and the operation is invalid.
When the change-over switch is required to be switched on after the electric circuit, the components and the like are overhauled, maintained and replaced, the handle operation connecting rod 1 can be operated at the moment, the handle operation connecting rod 1 is driven to the upper unlocking position, the change-over switch is allowed to be switched on, and the change-over switch enters into a working state.

The mechanical interlocking operation device of the switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a handle operation connecting rod, a transmission connecting rod, a limiting side plate, a limiting rotating shaft, an L-shaped connecting plate, a connecting shaft, a fixed side plate and a position selection sliding plate, wherein the handle operation connecting rod is arranged outside the switch cabinet and is in transmission connection with the transmission connecting rod through a connecting bracket, one end of the transmission connecting rod is connected to the connecting bracket, the limiting side plate is fixed on the transmission connecting rod, a limiting groove is formed in the limiting side plate, one end of the limiting rotating shaft is clamped in the limiting groove, the other end of the limiting rotating shaft is connected with one end of an L-shaped connecting plate, the bent part of the middle part of the L-shaped connecting plate is fixedly connected with a fixed side plate through a fixed shaft, a long-strip-shaped side plate horizontal sliding groove is formed in the fixed side plate, one end of the connecting shaft is connected to the other end of the L-shaped connecting plate, the other end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the side plate horizontal sliding groove and is fixedly connected to a position selection sliding plate, and the position selection sliding plate is connected with a change-over switch operating mechanism;
the limiting groove on the limiting side plate is perpendicular to the transmission connecting rod; the position selection sliding plate is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped sliding plate horizontal sliding grooves.
