In one embodiment, the analyzing the plurality of images with different gray scale values to obtain the standard color coordinate values of the images displayed by the display panel at a plurality of different standard levels includes:
respectively carrying out digital processing on the images with different gray scale values, analyzing a standard color coordinate value corresponding to a specific primary color in each image with the gray scale value, and obtaining the standard color coordinate value of the image displayed by the display panel under a plurality of different standard levels; wherein the specific primary color comprises red or blue.
In one embodiment, the specific primary colors include three primary colors of red, blue, and green that may be mixed to constitute white light; when the corresponding relationship between the gray scale value and the standard color coordinate value is established, the corresponding relationship between the different gray scale values of the picture with the specific primary color and the standard color coordinate value is selected.
The corresponding relation between the measured gray scale and the coordinate value of the standard color can be stored in a document form; as shown in tables 3 and 4, R and B are different gray scale values corresponding to the red and blue test pictures, the selected sample point is a test picture corresponding to 30 gray scale values between 0 and 255, and Xs and Ys are standard color coordinate values corresponding to the gray scale values of the red standard picture and the blue standard picture, respectively.

In one embodiment, the actual color coordinate values are color coordinate values of images corresponding to different gray scale values analyzed according to a currently displayed picture of the display panel; the preset standard color coordinate values are stored in the display device in advance and correspond to different gray scale values subjected to color temperature correction. The color coordinate values determine the color temperature of the image, the same color coordinate values reflect the same color temperature, but when the display device generates color cast and needs to be adjusted, the same color coordinate values correspond to different gray scale values; the gray scale value of the image is determined by the driving level of the display panel; and comparing the analyzed current actual color coordinate value of the display panel with the standard actual color coordinate value stored in the display device, correspondingly acquiring the gray scale value deviation corresponding to the same color coordinate value, and further determining the deviation of the level for driving the display panel according to the gray scale value deviation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the gray scale values of the red and blue pictures are compared with the corresponding curves of the color coordinate values, and the color coordinate values determine the color temperature of the picture, and under the condition that the color temperature of the picture is not changed, the gray scale values corresponding to the same color coordinates are deviated, and the level deviation of the driving display panel is further determined according to the gray scale value deviation, wherein the level deviation is the corresponding level adjustment value of the level of the driving display panel and the gray scale value deviation.

In one embodiment, the driving level of the display panel is adjusted according to the level deviation, so that the image displayed by the display panel conforms to the standard color coordinate value; under the drive of the adjusted level, the adjustment of the color coordinate value of the displayed image is realized, so that the color temperature effect of the image is displayed normally.

and driving the display panel through the adjusted driving level to acquire the actual color coordinate value of the corresponding adjusted image.
In one embodiment, the actual color coordinate values of different gray-scale images displayed by the display panel are adjusted according to the level deviation corresponding to each gray-scale value of the image.
By the embodiment, a plurality of data points are collected and analyzed, and color cast calibration can be accurately and timely carried out; when the color cast appears after the display device is used for a long time, a user can start the color temperature automatic adjusting program to finish off-line automatic calibration of the color cast, the off-line automatic calibration of the color cast is not needed to be returned to a factory for correction, the repair rate is reduced, the off-line calibration of the color cast can be finished at a client, and the television picture is ensured to be in a 'new state'; the deviation of the driving level of the image corresponding to the same color coordinate value is determined through the analysis of the image, the driving level of the display panel is adjusted, the color coordinate value of the displayed image is further adjusted, the picture display effect of the display device is improved, the service life of the display device is prolonged, and the picture quality is improved.
As shown in fig. 11, an embodiment of the present application provides a regulating system 100 for a display panel, which is applied to a display device, and the driving system 100 includes:
an image obtaining unit 101 configured to obtain an image displayed by the display panel under a preset level drive;
a first data obtaining unit 102 configured to obtain an actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to a correspondence between a gray scale and the actual color coordinate value;
a second data obtaining unit 103 configured to obtain a standard level corresponding to the actual color coordinate value when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value, according to a corresponding relationship between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value;
a data processing unit 104 configured to obtain a level deviation of the preset level from the standard level;
an adjusting unit 105 arranged to adjust the actual color coordinate values in accordance with the level deviation.
In one embodiment, the image acquisition Unit may be a Circuit or a device having a function of acquiring an image, and may be implemented by a general purpose Integrated Circuit, such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), or an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit).
In one embodiment, the first data obtaining Unit may be a Circuit or a device with data collecting function, and may be implemented by a general-purpose Integrated Circuit, such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), or an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit).

In one embodiment, the Display device may be any type of Display device, such as an LCD (liquid crystal Display) Display device, an OLED (Organic electroluminescent Display) Organic electroluminescent Display device, a QLED (Quantum Dot Light emitting diodes) Quantum Dot Light emitting diode Display device, a curved Display device, or the like. The display panel is a display panel corresponding to the type of the display device.
As shown in fig. 12, an embodiment of the present application provides a display device 200, which includes a display panel 1, and further includes a processor 30, a memory 31, and a computer program 32, such as a regulation program, stored in the memory 31 and executable on the processor 30. The processor 30 implements the steps of the above-mentioned adjusting method when executing the computer program, such as steps S201 to S205 shown in fig. 2.
Illustratively, the computer program 32 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 31 and executed by the processor 30 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 32 in the display device 200. For example, the computer program 32 may be divided into an image acquisition unit, a first data acquisition unit, a second data acquisition unit, a data processing unit, and an adjustment unit, each unit functioning specifically as follows:
the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring an image displayed by the display panel under the drive of a preset level;
the first data acquisition unit is set to acquire an actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value;
the second data acquisition unit is set to acquire a corresponding standard level when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value;
the data processing unit is arranged to acquire the level deviation of the preset level and the standard level;
an adjusting unit configured to adjust the actual color coordinate value according to the level deviation.
The display device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 30 and a memory 31. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that fig. 12 is merely an example of the display apparatus 200, and does not constitute a limitation of the display apparatus 200, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the display apparatus may further include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, and the like.
The Processor 30 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 31 may be an internal storage unit of the display apparatus 200, such as a hard disk or a memory of the display apparatus 200. The memory 31 may also be an external storage device of the display apparatus 200, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like provided on the display apparatus 200. Further, the memory 31 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the display apparatus 200. The memory 31 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the display device. The memory 31 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Claims (9)

1. An adjustment method for a display panel, comprising:
acquiring an image displayed by the display panel under the drive of a preset level;
acquiring an actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value; acquiring a gray scale corresponding to the preset level; acquiring an actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value and the gray scale corresponding to the preset level;
acquiring a corresponding standard level when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value; acquiring a corresponding gray scale when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value; acquiring a corresponding standard level when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding gray scale when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value;
acquiring the level deviation of the preset level and the standard level;
and adjusting the actual color coordinate value according to the level deviation.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before obtaining the actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to the corresponding relationship between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value, the method comprises:
after the display panel leaves a factory, acquiring a plurality of images with different gray scale values displayed by the display panel under a plurality of different preset levels;
analyzing the images with different gray scale values to obtain actual color coordinate values of the images displayed by the display panel under different preset levels;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value according to the different gray scale values and the actual color coordinate value of the image displayed by the display panel at the different preset levels.
3. The adjustment method of a display panel according to claim 2, further comprising:
and drawing a corresponding relation curve of the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation of the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the analyzing the plurality of images with different gray scale values to obtain the actual color coordinate values of the images displayed by the display panel at a plurality of different preset levels comprises:
respectively carrying out digital processing on the images with different gray scale values, analyzing actual color coordinate values corresponding to specific primary colors in the images with the gray scale values, and obtaining actual color coordinate values of the images displayed by the display panel under different preset levels; wherein the specific primary color comprises red or blue.
5. The method for adjusting a display panel according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a standard level corresponding to the actual color coordinate value before the standard color coordinate value is obtained according to the correspondence between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value comprises:
before the display panel leaves a factory, acquiring a plurality of images with different gray scale values displayed by the display panel under a plurality of different standard levels;
analyzing the images with different gray scale values to obtain standard color coordinate values of the images displayed by the display panel under different standard levels;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value according to the plurality of different gray scale values and the standard color coordinate value of the image displayed by the display panel under the plurality of different standard levels.
6. The adjustment method of a display panel according to claim 5, further comprising:
and drawing a corresponding relation curve of the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation of the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value.
7. The method for adjusting a display panel according to claim 5, wherein the analyzing the plurality of images with different gray scale values to obtain the standard color coordinate values of the images displayed by the display panel at a plurality of different standard levels comprises:
respectively carrying out digital processing on the images with different gray scale values, analyzing a standard color coordinate value corresponding to a specific primary color in each image with the gray scale value, and obtaining the standard color coordinate value of the image displayed by the display panel under a plurality of different standard levels; wherein the specific primary color comprises red or blue.
8. A system for adjusting a display panel, comprising:
the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring an image displayed by the display panel under the drive of a preset level;
the first data acquisition unit is set to acquire an actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value; acquiring a gray scale corresponding to the preset level; acquiring an actual color coordinate value corresponding to the preset level according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the actual color coordinate value and the gray scale corresponding to the preset level;
the second data acquisition unit is set to acquire a corresponding standard level when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value; acquiring a corresponding gray scale when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding relation between the gray scale and the standard color coordinate value; acquiring a corresponding standard level when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value according to the corresponding gray scale when the standard color coordinate value is the actual color coordinate value;
the data processing unit is arranged to acquire the level deviation of the preset level and the standard level;
an adjusting unit configured to adjust the actual color coordinate value according to the level deviation.
9. A display device comprising a display panel, further comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the adjustment method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
