It should be noted that the searching process may be realized by comparing the keywords in the restaurant data in the ordering request with the keywords in the restaurant data in the matching range. The keywords include a meal name keyword, a meal attribute keyword, a meal quantity keyword, etc., as described above.
After the matching is completed in the step S102, no matter whether the matching catering data is obtained, the step S103 may be executed according to a matching result of the matching, that is, the matching result may have a situation that the matching catering data is obtained or may have a situation that the matching catering data is not obtained, and the step S103 is executed without depending on the obtaining of the matching catering data in the step S102.
Therefore, the step S103 can be entered regardless of the matching result in the step S102.
Step S103: and outputting prompt information of the catering data matched with the ordering data according to the matching result.

Outputting corresponding option prompt information aiming at the matching result, wherein the option prompt information comprises:

When the number of the matching results is multiple, the obtained matched catering data can be sorted according to the generation time of the matched catering data. For example: aiming at the catering data of the set A of meals in the ordering request, the matched catering data obtained after matching comprises: package a 1, package a 2, package a 3, etc., wherein package a 1 in the matching restaurant data is generated at time of day, package a 2 is generated at time of day, package a 3 is generated at time of day, package a 1 is generated at time of day earlier than package a 2, package a 2 is generated at time of day earlier than package a 3, package a 1, package a 2, package a 3 may be sorted in accordance with the order request acquisition time when the option prompt information for package a is output, package a 1, package a 2, package a 3 may be sorted in accordance with the order request acquisition time, the sorting may be in either a descending order or an ascending order, and in general, the order close to the order request acquisition time is arranged ahead.
It should be noted that, the ordering is performed according to the generation time of the matched catering data, and actually, the ordering can be performed according to the price information of the matched catering data, that is, the ordering can be performed according to the payment amount, so that the requester can obtain the option prompt information of the matched catering data with the best preference.
When the matching result is a failure, the output option prompt message may include: and outputting the option prompt information of re-ordering, and certainly outputting the option prompt information of some recommended catering data under the condition that the matching result fails.
Through the operation of the output option prompt information, the subsequent operations can be performed under corresponding interfaces, for example: the operation of outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data can be completed to order, and the operation can also be skipped to another interface to complete ordering; the operation of outputting the option prompt message of re-ordering can be skipped to another interface to complete the re-ordering operation.

As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an ordering apparatus provided in the present application, where the ordering apparatus includes:

The meal ordering data in the obtaining unit 601 may refer to names of meal items selected by the user according to the needs or preferences of the user and/or amounts to be paid for the meal items for meals offered by the meal provider, where the amounts to be paid for the meal items may include: the detailed amount of the catering food and/or the total amount of the catering food is the unit price amount of various catering food listed in the ordering data.
It should be noted that the food ordering data may only include names of food and beverage items selected by the user according to the needs or preferences of the user.
The food provider may be a restaurant, hotel restaurant, street establishment, or the like, that is capable of providing food service.
In this embodiment, the ordering request in the obtaining unit 601 may be generated by a user through an ordering application platform on a terminal device of the user, for example: a user can complete the operation of a food ordering request through a food ordering application APP installed on a mobile phone, and then food ordering data are generated; or the user generates the order through an ordering application platform on the terminal equipment provided by the merchant, for example: the user can also complete the operation of the ordering request through ordering equipment provided by a merchant so as to generate ordering data; or the user generates image information provided by the merchant through operations, such as: the user finishes the operation of the ordering request by scanning the two-dimensional code provided by the merchant, and then the ordering data is generated.
In order to facilitate the operation of the ordering request for different people, in this embodiment, the operation of the ordering request may be performed in a voice form and/or a text input form, that is, the voice information of the ordering data in the ordering request is obtained and/or the text information of the ordering data in the ordering request is obtained. For example: for the old, the text input mode is not suitable, so the old can perform the operation of ordering request on the electronic terminal device in a voice mode. As shown in fig. 2-3, the sending of the order request in voice form can be completed through the set voice control key.
Therefore, the acquisition unit comprises: a voice acquisition subunit and/or a text acquisition subunit;
the voice acquiring subunit is configured to acquire voice information of the ordering data in the ordering request;
and the text acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the text information of the ordering data in the ordering request.
In order to increase the ordering speed, in this embodiment, the operation for the ordering request may be an operation according to the ordering operation prompt information on the historical order interface, so as to complete the operation of the ordering request, and a background (which may understand the server or the application platform itself) may obtain the ordering request and ordering data included in the ordering request according to the operation of the ordering request.
According to the operation of the ordering operation prompt information on the historical order interface, the voice operation prompt information and/or the text operation prompt information are/is arranged on the historical order interface of the user.
In order to avoid the situation that the voice operation prompt information and/or the text operation prompt information blocks historical order information in the operation process of the voice operation prompt information and/or the text operation prompt information, the voice operation prompt information and/or the text operation prompt information can be set in a suspension mode, namely the voice operation prompt information and/or the text operation prompt information can move along with the requirements of a user and is not fixed at a certain point.
The matching unit 602 is configured to match the ordering data in the obtaining unit 601 with the meal data in the matching range according to the matching priority of the determined matching range, so as to obtain a matching result.
The matching range in the matching unit 602 may refer to that the catering data is matched within a certain range, and the catering data does not need to be matched outside the certain range, that is, the catering data is matched within a set range, and the catering data does not need to be matched outside the certain range.
The matching priority may refer to a matching sequence of the restaurant data when the matching ranges are multiple, that is, the restaurant data is matched according to a set sequence of the matching ranges when being matched.

In this embodiment, the requester of the ordering request in the first matching range may be a user (also referred to as a customer). The historical dining data may be data information for the historical orders of the user, namely: meal consumption data that has been completed prior to the issuance of the order request, comprising: name of food, number of people, tableware and/or amount of money.
The provider of the order data in the second matching range may be a food service provider, i.e. a merchant. The preferential catering data can be preferential information of food in the catering service provided by the merchant, such as: and 8-fold preferential meals, special price meals, full-reduced meals and the like.
The search range related to the search engine of the third-party application platform in the third matching range may be understood as search operation prompt information generally on a main page of the third-party application platform, and the search performed under the search operation prompt information is directed to catering information provided by all merchants registered and passing through the third-party application platform. The third matching range is wider than the second matching range, and the second matching range is wider than the first matching range.
In order to speed up the food ordering, in this embodiment, the first matching range is determined as a high matching priority level, the second matching range is determined as a medium matching priority level, and the third matching range is determined as a low matching priority level; therefore, the ordering can be firstly carried out in a range with a smaller matching range, namely in a high-level matching range according to the acquired ordering data, and the ordering speed is further improved.
Please refer to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 6, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a food ordering apparatus provided in the present application.
After determining the matching range and the matching priority of the matching range, the determining unit needs to match the obtained ordering data within the determined matching range to obtain a matching result, and therefore the matching unit 602 may include: a first search subunit 602-1, a second search subunit 602-2, a third search subunit 602-3, and an obtaining subunit 602-4;
the first searching subunit 602-1 is configured to search whether there is dining data that is the same as the ordering data in the historical dining data in the first matching range, and if yes, enter the obtaining subunit 602-4; if not, the second lookup subunit 602-2 is entered.
The second searching subunit 602-2 is configured to search, in the offer catering data in the second matching range, whether catering data identical to the ordering data exists, and if so, enter the obtaining subunit 602-4; if not, the third search subunit 602-3 is entered.
The third searching subunit 602-3 is configured to search, in the search range related to the search engine of the third-party application platform within the third matching range, whether the restaurant data identical to the meal ordering data exists, and if so, enter the obtaining subunit 602-4.
The obtaining subunit 602-4 is configured to obtain the matching catering data according to the catering data found by the first finding subunit 602-1, the second finding subunit 602-2, or the third finding subunit 602-3.
It can be understood that, through the third searching subunit 602-3, in the search range related to the search engine of the third-party application platform within the third matching range, whether there is the same meal data as the meal ordering data is searched, and if there is no meal data, the matching meal data is not searched, so the matching result may further include: the information matching the catering data is not found.
Based on the description in the acquisition unit 601, when the order data in the order request is acquired as voice data, the voice data needs to be identified and keywords need to be identified. In this embodiment, the searching may be performed by comparing the keyword of the meal ordering data in the meal ordering request with the keyword of the meal ordering data in the first matching range, so as to obtain a matching result.
To further increase the speed of meal order matching, in this embodiment, the second matching range in the second lookup sub-unit 602-2 is further narrowed, so that the second lookup sub-unit 602-2: searching whether catering data identical to the ordering data exists in the preferential catering data in the second matching range, wherein the searching comprises the following steps:
a location area determining subunit, configured to determine a location area of a requester of the ordering request;
the second searching subunit 602-2 is specifically configured to search, within the second matching range, whether matching catering data matching the catering data in the ordering request exists in the offer catering data provided by the ordering data provider according to the determined location area of the requester of the ordering request.
The requester of the order request may also be referred to as the sender of the order request, and may also be understood as a client or a user. And obtaining the position area of the requester of the ordering request through GPS positioning, and searching whether matched catering data matched with the catering data in the ordering request exists in the position area in the second matching range. For example: and if the position area of the requester for obtaining the ordering request by GPS positioning is a Beijing Hai lake area, searching the catering data in the ordering request from preferential catering data provided by an ordering data provider in the Hai lake area.
It is understood that the location area may be further determined according to the specific location of the requester of the order request, for example: determining a business turn near a requestor of the order request or by distance.
Based on the above, in other embodiments, the second lookup subunit 602-2 may include:
the discount data determining subunit is used for determining discount data which the requester of the ordering request has;
the second searching subunit is specifically configured to search, within the second matching range, whether there is matching catering data that matches the catering data in the ordering request in the preferential catering data provided by the ordering data provider according to the determined preferential data of the requester of the ordering request; therefore, the ordering service is further completed according to the requirements of the requester of the ordering request.
For example: and if the discount data of the requester is 8 discount, searching the food data with the discount of 8 discount in the restaurant offer data provided by the merchant according to the discount of 8 discount.
When the first searching subunit 602-1 and the second searching subunit 602-2 both match the matching catering data, the third searching subunit 602-3 is entered.
To improve the matching speed in the third searching subunit 602-3, in this embodiment, the third searching subunit 602-3 may include:
a location area determining subunit, configured to determine a location area of a requester of the ordering request;
the third searching subunit is specifically configured to search, within the third matching range, whether matching catering data that is the same as the catering data in the ordering request exists in a search range related to the search engine of the third-party application platform according to the determined location area of the requester of the ordering request. That is to say, when matching is performed in the third matching range, the search range provided by the search engine of the third-party platform can be narrowed based on the determined location information of the requester of the ordering request, and the search range is defined in the area range of the current location of the requester, so that waste of resources caused by the fact that the requester generates useless catering data due to large-range search is avoided.
It should be noted that the searching process may be realized by comparing the keywords in the restaurant data in the ordering request with the keywords in the restaurant data in the matching range. The keywords include a meal name keyword, a meal attribute keyword, a meal quantity keyword, etc., as described above.
After the matching unit 602 completes the matching, no matter whether the matching catering data is obtained, the matching result may enter the output unit 603 according to the matching result, that is, the matching result may have a situation that the matching catering data is obtained or may have a situation that the matching catering data is not obtained, and the execution of the output unit 603 does not depend on the obtaining of the matching catering data by the matching unit 602. Therefore, regardless of the matching result of the matching unit 602, the output unit 603 can be entered to perform the corresponding operation.
An output unit 603, configured to output, according to the matching result obtained in the matching unit 602, prompt information of the meal data matched with the meal ordering data.

The option output subunit outputs at least one of the following information:
outputting price information of the matched catering data;
outputting detailed information of the matched catering data;
outputting the time information of the matched catering data;
outputting the preferential information of the matched catering data.
The option output subunit includes: a sorting subunit and a sorting output subunit;
the ordering subunit is used for ordering the matched catering data according to the generation time of the matched catering data;

Claims (24)

1. An ordering method, comprising:
obtaining a food ordering request, wherein the food ordering request comprises: ordering data;
according to the matching priority of the determined matching range, matching the ordering data in the ordering request with the catering data in the matching range to obtain a matching result, wherein the matching result comprises the following steps: according to the priority sequence of the matching priority from high to low, the ordering data are sequentially matched with the catering data in the matching range, and if a matching success result is obtained, the matching operation is ended; otherwise, continuing to execute the matching operation, and completing matching between the ordering data and the catering data in the matching range of all matching priorities to obtain a matching result;
according to the matching result, outputting prompt information of the catering data matched with the ordering data, wherein the prompt information comprises the following steps: outputting corresponding option prompt information aiming at the matching result;
if the matching result is successful, outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data and/or the option prompt information of the re-ordering;
and outputting the option prompt information of re-ordering if the matching result is failure.
2. The method of ordering food according to claim 1, further comprising:
determining the matching priority of the matching range;
the matching priority of the determined matching range comprises:
determining historical catering data of a requester of the ordering request as a first matching range;
determining preferential catering data of a provider of the ordering data as a second matching range;
determining a search range related to a search engine of a third-party application platform operated by the ordering request as a third matching range;
wherein the matching priority of the first matching range is higher than the matching priority of the second matching range, and the matching priority of the second matching range is higher than the matching priority of the third matching range.
3. The ordering method according to claim 2, wherein the step of matching the ordering request with the catering data in the matching range according to the matching priority of the matching range to obtain a matching result comprises the following steps:
searching whether the historical catering data in the first matching range has the same catering data as the ordering data, and if so, obtaining matched catering data according to the searched catering data; if not, searching whether catering data identical to the ordering data exists in the preferential catering data in the second matching range, and if so, obtaining matched catering data according to the searched catering data; and if not, searching whether the catering data same as the ordering data exists in a search range related to a search engine of a third-party application platform in the third matching range, and if so, obtaining matched catering data according to the searched catering data.
4. The meal ordering method according to claim 3, wherein the searching whether the catering data identical to the meal ordering data exists in the catering data in the second matching range comprises:
and in the second matching range, searching whether the preferential catering data provided by the ordering data provider has matched catering data matched with the catering data in the ordering request or not according to the determined position area of the requester of the ordering request.
5. The ordering method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the searching whether the catering data identical to the ordering data exists in the preferential catering data in the second matching range comprises:

outputting price information of the matched catering data;
outputting detailed information of the matched catering data;
outputting the time information of the matched catering data;
outputting the preferential information of the matched catering data.
8. The food ordering method according to claim 7, wherein the matching result is successful, and option prompt information of the matched food and beverage data is output, and the method comprises the following steps:
sequencing the matched catering data according to the generation time of the matched catering data;
and outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data according to the sorting sequence.
9. The ordering method according to claim 1, wherein outputting prompt information of the food and beverage data matched with the ordering data according to the matching result comprises:

the matching unit is used for matching the ordering data in the ordering request with the catering data in the matching range according to the matching priority of the determined matching range to obtain a matching result, and comprises the following steps: according to the priority sequence of the matching priority from high to low, the ordering data are sequentially matched with the catering data in the matching range, and if a matching success result is obtained, the matching operation is ended; otherwise, continuing to execute the matching operation, and completing matching between the ordering data and the catering data in the matching range of all matching priorities to obtain a matching result;
the output unit is used for outputting prompt information of the catering data matched with the ordering data according to the matching result;
the output unit includes: an option output subunit, configured to output, for the matching result, corresponding option prompt information, where the option output subunit includes: outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data and/or the option prompt information of the re-ordering when the matching result is successful; and outputting the option prompt information of re-ordering when the matching result is failure.
13. The ordering device of claim 12, further comprising:
a determination unit configured to determine a matching priority of the matching range;
the determination unit includes:
the first matching range determining subunit is used for determining the historical catering data of the requester of the ordering request as a first matching range;
the second matching range determining subunit is used for determining preferential catering data of a provider of the ordering data as a second matching range;
a third matching range determining subunit, configured to determine, as a third matching range, a search range related to a search engine of a third-party application platform that is operated by the meal ordering request;
wherein the matching priority of the first matching range is higher than the matching priority of the second matching range, and the matching priority of the second matching range is higher than the matching priority of the third matching range.
14. The ordering device according to claim 13, wherein said matching unit comprises: the first searching subunit, the second searching subunit, the third searching subunit and the obtaining subunit;
the first searching subunit is used for searching whether the historical catering data in the first matching range has the same catering data as the ordering data, and if so, entering the obtaining subunit; if not, entering the second searching subunit;

the second searching subunit is configured to search, in the preferential catering data in the second matching range, whether catering data identical to the ordering data exists, and if yes, enter the obtaining subunit; if not, entering the third searching subunit;

15. The ordering device of claim 14, wherein said second lookup subunit comprises:
a location area determining subunit, configured to determine a location area of a requester of the ordering request;
the second searching subunit is specifically configured to search, within the second matching range, whether matching catering data matching the catering data in the ordering request exists in the preferential catering data provided by the ordering data provider according to the determined location area of the requester of the ordering request.
16. The ordering apparatus according to claim 14 or 15, wherein said second lookup sub-unit comprises:
the discount data determining subunit is used for determining discount data which the requester of the ordering request has;
the second searching subunit is specifically configured to search, within the second matching range, whether matching catering data matching the catering data in the ordering request exists in the catering data provided by the ordering data provider according to the determined discount data of the requester of the ordering request.
17. The ordering apparatus according to claim 14, wherein said third searching subunit comprises:
a location area determining subunit, configured to determine a location area of a requester of the ordering request;
the third searching subunit is specifically configured to search, within the third matching range, whether matching catering data that is the same as the catering data in the ordering request exists in a search range related to the search engine of the third-party application platform according to the determined location area of the requester of the ordering request.
18. The ordering apparatus according to claim 12, wherein said option output subunit outputs at least one of the following information:
outputting price information of the matched catering data;
outputting detailed information of the matched catering data;
outputting the time information of the matched catering data;
outputting the preferential information of the matched catering data.
19. The ordering apparatus according to claim 18, wherein said option output subunit comprises: a sorting subunit and a sorting output subunit;
the ordering subunit is used for ordering the matched catering data according to the generation time of the matched catering data;
and the sorting output subunit is used for outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data according to the sorting sequence.
20. The ordering device according to claim 12, wherein the output unit outputs a prompt message of the food and drink data matched with the ordering data in a voice form.
21. The ordering apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the obtaining unit comprises: a voice acquisition subunit and/or a text acquisition subunit;
the voice acquiring subunit is configured to acquire voice information of the ordering data in the ordering request;
and the text acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the text information of the ordering data in the ordering request.
22. The ordering device according to claim 12, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain the ordering request according to an operation on the ordering operation prompt information on the history order interface.
23. A computer storage medium for storing network platform generated data and a program for processing the network platform generated data;
when read and executed by the processor, the program performs the following operations:
obtaining ordering data of ordering;

if the matching result is successful, outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data and/or the option prompt information of the re-ordering;
and outputting the option prompt information of re-ordering if the matching result is failure.

a processor;
a memory for storing a program for processing network platform generated data, the program when read and executed by the processor performing the following operations:
obtaining ordering data of ordering;
according to the matching priority of the determined matching range, the ordering data and the catering data in the matching range are matched to obtain a matching result, and the method comprises the following steps: according to the priority sequence of the matching priority from high to low, the ordering data are sequentially matched with the catering data in the matching range, and if a matching success result is obtained, the matching operation is ended; otherwise, continuing to execute the matching operation, and completing matching between the ordering data and the catering data in the matching range of all matching priorities to obtain a matching result;
according to the matching result, outputting prompt information of the catering data matched with the ordering data, wherein the prompt information comprises the following steps: outputting corresponding option prompt information aiming at the matching result;
if the matching result is successful, outputting the option prompt information of the matched catering data and/or the option prompt information of the re-ordering;
and outputting the option prompt information of re-ordering if the matching result is failure.
