Detailed Description
The cooperative office is mainly applied to the cooperative office of enterprises; of course, the cooperative office may also be based on a cooperative office of a school, a cooperative office of an organization, or a cooperative office of any other organization or institution.
The enterprise collaborative office can help the enterprise tamping management; the portal function is realized through integration with other application systems, the information and data of the application systems are integrated, unified management is achieved, business activity management is expanded to key business links, and business value is improved; effective strategic control landing is realized through strategic performance, plan management, data management and the like; personalized content and function organization configuration are realized through personalized portal integration, and composite application is formed to meet the requirements of different crowds.
However, the existing method for realizing enterprise collaborative office still has the following problems:
(1) a unified entrance with other application systems is not formed, and the single sign-on of a user cannot be realized;
with the development of enterprise business, more and more information systems are provided in enterprises, so that users repeatedly input user names and passwords, and the steps of logging in the system are complicated. Meanwhile, the user needs to keep in mind a large amount of login information of the application system, otherwise, the user cannot log in. Because the existing enterprise collaborative office system does not form a uniform entrance of an application system, all application systems cannot be logged in by using a set of user name and password, and the trust that a user logs in other application systems by logging in one application system in a plurality of application systems cannot be realized.
(2) No organizational architecture synchronization is achieved;
the existing enterprise cooperative office method does not form a mechanism that other application systems can call and synchronize the organization architecture from the cooperative office system in real time or at regular time, so that the existing enterprise cooperative office method does not realize the function of unified management and maintenance of the organization architecture of the enterprise informatization system. Therefore, other application systems need to maintain their own set of organizational structures. Therefore, the user data sources are not uniform, and the operation and maintenance work of the administrator is large.
(3) No uniform backlog is realized;
the existing enterprise collaborative office method is not deeply integrated with other application systems, and a function that tasks to be handled of each application system are uniformly pushed to a portal system and displayed is formed, so that a user needs to log in each application system to perform tasks to be handled. Therefore, users need to frequently switch among the systems, the work is complicated, and the real-time performance is poor.
(4) The system portal interface is complex to maintain, and the user experience is poor;
the portal interface of the conventional enterprise collaborative office system needs a front-end programmer to realize the portal interface through a large amount of development codes, and the style consistency and compatibility of the portal interface need to be manually ensured in the development process, so that the development efficiency is greatly reduced. In addition, the maintenance of the portal and the updating of the content often need professional personnel to maintain, and the maintenance cost is greatly increased. Therefore, the portal interface is unchanged, the portal content is not updated timely, and the user experience is poor due to the existing enterprise collaborative office.
(5) The fine granularity of user authority is poor, a three-person management mechanism is lacked, and the safety and the reliability of the system are all deficient;
in the existing enterprise collaborative office method, the fine granularity of user use authority division is not enough, and the use range and the authority are not comprehensively considered according to roles, posts, departments, service ranges and the like. And the three-right separate management mechanism is not realized, namely, the responsibility among a system administrator, a security administrator and an audit administrator is relatively clear and mutually restricted. Therefore, the potential safety hazard of overlarge administrator permission exists in the conventional enterprise collaborative office.
Based on the problems existing in the known enterprise collaborative office method, embodiments of the present invention provide an enterprise collaborative method, system and storage medium, which can solve at least some of the above problems.
