Technical Field
The invention relates to an LED lamp, in particular to an LED lamp capable of generating electricity and emitting light in emergency.
Background
At present, the traditional electric lamp sometimes encounters an emergency situation to cause that the power supply cannot be carried out in time, so that a product named as a hand-operated power generation lamp is produced. Most hand generators in the prior art are small-size and low-power generators. Hand cranking power generation lamp's kind has a lot, has flashlight formula, desk lamp formula etc. has advantages such as can be domestic, laborsaving, the structure is succinct, nevertheless still has following problem:
1. the kinetic energy itself is limited and a large amount of artificial kinetic energy needs to be converted into the electrical energy needed by the lamp. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN104676288A discloses that the operation is simple by rotating the rocking handle to rotate the generator set, but it also requires a lot of manpower.
2. Power generation cannot be performed continuously. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN107726234A proposes a method for generating electricity by fixing a generator rotor and shaking and rotating a generator stator, and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the structure is simple and labor-saving, but the problem of continuous power generation is not solved.
3. Generally, as the power generation efficiency of the power generation module increases, the size and weight of the power generation module increase, and therefore, the external magnetic force of the rotatable ring driving the power generation module also increases, so that the power generation module with a larger size must provide a larger magnetic force.
Therefore, how to effectively convert the external power into the electric energy is a problem to be improved in the current power generation module.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an LED lamp capable of generating electricity and emitting light in an emergency, in the present invention, a rotatable ring is rotated, and electric energy generated by cutting a coil in a fixed ring in a ring magnetic field is stored in an electric storage device and can be used for emergency of the LED lamp on a support frame, so as to effectively convert external power into electric energy.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an LED lamp capable of generating electricity and emitting light in emergency, which includes a supporting frame, the supporting frame includes a base and a supporting column, the supporting column is fixedly communicated with the base, wherein:
an electric storage device is installed in the base;
the supporting upright posts comprise hollow upper-section supporting upright posts, hollow fixed circular rings and hollow lower-section supporting upright posts, the upper-section supporting upright posts are fixedly communicated with the top ends of the fixed circular rings, and the lower-section supporting upright posts are fixedly communicated with the bottom ends of the fixed circular rings; a plurality of turns of coils are wound in the fixed circular ring, and the head end and the tail end of each coil are respectively and electrically connected with two poles of the power accumulator;
the supporting upright post is also rotatably connected with at least one rotatable ring, one end of the rotatable ring is rotatably connected with the upper section supporting upright post, the other end of the rotatable ring is rotatably connected with the lower section supporting upright post, and the diameter of the fixed ring is smaller than that of the rotatable ring; an N-pole curved permanent magnet and an S-pole curved permanent magnet are arranged in the rotatable circular ring, and an annular magnetic field is formed between the N-pole curved permanent magnet and the S-pole curved permanent magnet; the rotatable circular ring is rotated, and electric energy generated by cutting the coil in the fixed circular ring in the annular magnetic field is stored in the electric storage device and can be used for the emergency of the LED lamp on the support frame.
Preferably, an LED lamp strip is installed in the rotatable ring, and the LED lamp strip is electrically connected with the power storage device.
Preferably, the rotatable ring is made of a material with a light-transmitting effect or a transparent material.
Preferably, the upper end and the lower end of the rotatable ring are respectively connected with the upper section supporting column and the lower section supporting column in a rotating manner through bearings.
Preferably, the support frame further comprises a hollow semicircular support arm and a hollow bottom support column, the bottom support column is fixedly communicated with the base, and the support upright column is fixedly communicated with the bottom support column; the upper end of the semicircular supporting arm is fixedly communicated with the upper end of the upper section supporting upright post, and the lower end of the semicircular supporting arm is fixedly communicated with the lower end of the lower section supporting upright post.
Preferably, two arc-shaped LED lamp strips connected in parallel are arranged in the rotatable ring, and the two arc-shaped LED lamp strips form a circle.
Preferably, the LED lamp strip can be connected with an external power supply through a voltage converter, and the voltage converter is arranged in the base.
Preferably, the support column is rotatably connected with a plurality of rotatable rings, and the rotatable rings are concentric rings with different diameters.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
the invention provides an LED lamp capable of generating electricity and emitting light in emergency, wherein a rotatable ring is rotated, electric energy generated by cutting a coil in a fixed ring in an annular magnetic field is stored in an electric storage device and can be used for emergency of the LED lamp on a support frame, and external power is effectively converted into electric energy.

Detailed Description
The LED lamp capable of generating electricity and emitting light for emergency provided by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3, and the present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and those skilled in the art can modify and color the LED lamp without changing the spirit and content of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an LED lamp capable of generating electricity and emitting light in emergency includes a support frame, where the support frame includes a hollow base 6, a bottom support pillar 5, a support pillar 7 and a semicircular support arm 4, the bottom support pillar 5 is fixedly communicated with the base 6, and the support pillar 7 is fixedly communicated with the bottom support pillar 5.
The supporting column 7 comprises a hollow upper section supporting column 71, a hollow fixed ring 73 and a hollow lower section supporting column 72, the upper section supporting column 71 is fixedly communicated with the top end of the fixed ring 73, and the lower section supporting column 72 is fixedly communicated with the bottom end of the fixed ring 73; a plurality of turns of coils are wound in the fixed circular ring 73, and the head end and the tail end of each coil are respectively and electrically connected with two poles of the power accumulator;
the upper end of the semicircular supporting arm 4 is fixedly communicated with the upper end of the upper section supporting upright 71, and the lower end of the semicircular supporting arm 4 is fixedly communicated with the lower end of the lower section supporting upright 72.
And a voltage converter and an electric accumulator are arranged in the base 6.
The supporting upright post 7 is also rotatably connected with at least one rotatable ring 1, one end of the rotatable ring 1 is rotatably connected with the upper section supporting upright post 71, the other end of the rotatable ring 1 is rotatably connected with the lower section supporting upright post 72, and the diameter of the fixed ring 73 is smaller than that of the rotatable ring 1; an N-pole curved permanent magnet 131 and an S-pole curved permanent magnet 132 are arranged in the rotatable ring 1, and an annular magnetic field is formed between the N-pole curved permanent magnet 131 and the S-pole curved permanent magnet 132; the rotatable ring is rotated, and electric energy generated by cutting the coil in the fixed ring 73 in the annular magnetic field is stored in the electric storage device and can be used for emergency of the LED lamp on the support frame.
In this embodiment, at least two rotatable rings are preferred, for example, if the support column 7 is rotatably connected with a plurality of rotatable rings, the plurality of rotatable rings are concentric rings with different diameters. In this embodiment, the fixed ring 73 is concentric with a plurality of rotatable rings, and the diameters of the rings increase in sequence from the fixed ring 73 to the outermost rotatable ring. Three rotatable rings (1, 2, 3) can be selected from fig. 1, the diameter of the rotatable ring 1 is larger than that of the rotatable ring 2, the diameter of the rotatable ring 2 is larger than that of the rotatable ring 3, and the diameter of the rotatable ring 3 is larger than that of the fixed ring 73.
Furthermore, the rotatable ring is made of a material with a light-transmitting effect or a transparent material.
Further, the upper and lower ends of the rotatable ring are rotatably connected to the upper section support column 71 and the lower section support column 72 through bearings 14, respectively.
In this embodiment, install LED lamp strip in the rotatable ring, LED lamp strip is through two kinds of mode power supplies, and one is from the electricity generation, and one is through external power supply:
in the embodiment of self-generating power supply, a voltage converter and an electrical storage device (not shown) are installed in the base 6, the voltage converter can convert 220 v voltage into rated operating voltage of the LED to ensure that the LED light bar can operate normally, and the electrical storage device can store electrical energy generated in the magnetic force assisted power generation module (that is, an annular magnetic field is formed between the N-pole curved permanent magnet 131 and the S-pole curved permanent magnet 132, the rotatable ring is rotated, and the coil in the fixed ring 73 is cut in the annular magnetic field to generate electrical energy) in the electrical storage device, so as to be used in emergency.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of supplying power by the external power source, two parallel arc LED light bars are disposed in the rotatable ring, and the two arc LED light bars (121,122) form a circle.
Since the magnet cannot have only one magnetic pole and exists independently, the permanent magnet is only installed on one rotatable ring in consideration of the condition that the permanent magnet is installed in a plurality of rotatable rings and can attract each other to be incapable of rotating.
102 is a fixed conductive groove of the upper supporting upright 71, 111 is a conductive brush with wires on a rotatable ring, and the size and shape of the conductive brush 111 are completely matched with those of the conductive groove 102. Similarly, 101 is a fixed conductive slot of the lower supporting column 72, 112 is a conductive brush with wires on the rotatable ring, the size and shape of the conductive brush 112 are completely matched with those of the conductive slot 101, and the conductive brush is in contact with the conductive slot to enable the conductive current circuit to work normally.
The conductor wire of the power supply is connected with the conductive groove through the hollow cylinder: the positive pole (or negative pole) of the power supply is connected with the conductive groove 101, and the negative pole (or positive pole) of the power supply is connected with the conductive groove 102 by penetrating through the hollow supporting arm 4. Current is respectively LED into the LED lamps (121,122) at two sides through the left conductive brush and the right conductive brush (111,112), so that the circuit works normally to form a parallel circuit. In this embodiment, the LED lamps (121,122) are mounted in a rotatable ring, and the LED lamps (121,122) on the left and right sides are connected in parallel after the power supply is connected to both sides of the ring.
