The invention relates to the field of structural design of electronic water pumps, in particular to an automobile electronic water pump with improved heat dissipation performance.
Background
The electronic water pump for automobile is a main component of water circulation, cooling or water supply system for automobile, and is used for automobile, including common fuel oil automobile, new energy automobile, motor home and other special vehicles. Because the heat dissipation performance of the motor and the controller on different electronic water pumps is different, and meanwhile, the requirements of different automobiles on the electronic water pumps are different, the electronic water pumps of the automobiles have the difference in size in terms of structure and performance. However, if the structural design of the automobile electronic water pump is unreasonable, especially if the spatial structural design of the internal circulation pump chamber is unreasonable, the fluidity of the cooling liquid is directly affected, and then the heat dissipation performance of the motor and the controller panel is affected, so that the service life of the automobile electronic water pump is shortened.

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the automobile electronic water pump comprises a rotor, a placing plate, a separation plate and a shielding sleeve, wherein the separation plate is fixedly connected with a shell, the bottom of the separation plate is fixedly connected with a controller panel, the rotor is positioned between the placing plate and the separation plate, and an I-shaped structure is formed among the placing plate, the rotor and the controller panel; the balance holes are formed in the placing plate, an internal circulation pump chamber is formed among the placing plate, the shielding sleeve and the isolating plate, and the balance holes are communicated with the internal circulation pump chamber.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the isolation plate is fixedly connected with the shell, an internal circulation pump chamber is formed among the placement plate, the shielding sleeve and the isolation plate, the bottom of the isolation plate is fixedly connected with the controller panel, the placement plate, the rotor and the controller panel form an I-shaped structure together, and balance holes on the placement plate are communicated with the internal circulation pump chamber, so that the internal circulation pump chamber and the controller panel can be separated through the isolation plate, the internal circulation pump chamber is a place where internal circulation cooling fluid is gathered, heat generated by the controller panel can be dissipated through the shell, and can be transferred to the internal circulation cooling fluid for dissipating heat, and the heat dissipating capacity of the controller panel is improved to a certain extent; in addition, the cooling fluid firstly passes through the balance hole and then enters the internal circulation pump chamber, so that the heat generated by the rotor can be absorbed to a certain extent, and the heat dissipation performance of the rotor is improved; therefore, the invention can improve the heat radiation reliability of the automobile electronic water pump, and further can prolong the service life of the automobile electronic water pump.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The automobile electronic water pump shown in fig. 1 mainly comprises a rotor 1, a placing plate 3, an impeller 4, a volute 5, a rotating shaft 6, a casing 7, a partition plate 8, a controller panel 9 and a shielding sleeve 10, wherein the placing plate 3 is provided with a mounting through hole 12 and a balancing hole 13 respectively, as shown in fig. 2. The spiral case 5, the placing plate 3 and the casing 7 are fixedly connected into a whole through connecting bolts, the rotating shaft 6 is a hollow shaft with a hollow structure, one end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the rotor 1 and the placing plate 3 and is fixedly connected with the impeller 4, and the impeller 4 is positioned in the inner cavity of the spiral case 5. The isolation plate 8 is fixedly connected with the casing 7, the bottom of the isolation plate 8 is fixedly connected with the controller panel 9, the rotor 1 is positioned between the placing plate 3 and the isolation plate 8, and an I-shaped structure is formed among the placing plate 3, the rotor 1 and the controller panel 9. An internal circulation pump chamber 2 is formed among the placing plate 3, the shielding sleeve 10 and the isolation plate 8, and the internal circulation pump chamber 2 is respectively communicated with the balance hole 13 and the hollow cavity of the rotating shaft 6.
The automobile electronic water pump adopting the structural design has the advantages that the volute 5 and the internal circulation pump chamber 2 are separated through the mounting plate 3, the internal circulation pump chamber 2 and the controller panel 9 are separated through the separation plate 8, an I-shaped structure is formed by the mounting plate 3, the rotor 1 and the controller panel 9 together, and the balance hole 13 on the mounting plate 3 is communicated with the internal circulation pump chamber 2, so that the internal circulation pump chamber 2 has reasonable space structure and better fluidity, the controller panel 9 is fully contacted with the shell 7, and the internal circulation pump chamber 2 is the place where internal circulation cooling fluid is gathered, therefore, heat generated by the controller panel 9 can be dissipated through the shell 7 and also can be transferred to the internal circulation cooling fluid for dissipating heat through heat, and the heat dissipating capacity of the controller panel 9 can be improved to a certain extent; in addition, the cooling fluid is subjected to internal circulation by utilizing the structural design of the invention, and the cooling fluid firstly passes through the balance hole 13 and then enters the internal circulation pump chamber 2 and finally flows out of the hollow cavity of the rotating shaft 6, so that the heat generated by the rotor 1 can be absorbed to a certain extent, and the heat dissipation performance of the rotor 1 is improved. Therefore, the invention improves the heat radiation reliability of the automobile electronic water pump, and further effectively prolongs the service life of the automobile electronic water pump. The isolation plate 8 and the casing 7 can be of an integrated structure, and the mounting plate 3, the rotor 1 and the controller panel 9 form an I-shaped structure together, so that the structure is simple, the assembly is easy, and the production time and the cost are saved.
In order to further improve the heat dissipation reliability of the electronic water pump of the automobile, a sealing ring 11 is usually arranged between the mounting plate 3 and the casing 7, and the sealing ring 11 is also arranged between the isolation plate 8 and the shielding sleeve 10 so as to avoid leakage loss of cooling fluid; moreover, a plurality of balance holes 13 can be formed on the placing plate 3, and the plurality of balance holes 13 are distributed around the mounting through holes 12; further, the plurality of balance holes 13 are preferably uniformly distributed in the ring mounting through holes 12, wherein the balance holes 13 can be counter sunk holes as shown in fig. 2, so as to increase the flow rate and the flow speed of the cooling fluid passing through the mounting plate 3, and improve the heat dissipation performance of the electronic water pump of the automobile.
