Description
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸工业领域,具体涉及一种包装纸用的施胶剂。
背景技术
随着我国的经济发展,物流产业也得到了快速的发展,由于需要流通的物品越来越多,对于包装用纸箱的需求也越来越大。目前,用于包装纸表面施胶剂普遍存在灭菌过程中表面施胶剂容易粘附在包装物上破坏包装物卫生,纸张与薄膜的热封强度不够,造成纸袋密封不牢固,并且剥离时纸张与薄膜不能完全分离,造成纸袋破损或纸张纤维粘出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包装纸用的施胶剂,该施胶剂具有透气度好、耐水性强、粘接强度高、安全环保、稳定性好的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种包装纸用的施胶剂,按重量份计算,包括淀粉亚硫酸氢钠10-20份、硫酸钾5-10份、硫酸镁5-10份、柠檬酸10-16份、去离子水10-18份、阳离子松香胶20-30份、磷酸二氢钾1-10份、聚乙二醇-1000 10-20份、硝酸钠1-10份、乙烯基咪唑2-8份、改性石油树脂1-10份、表面活性剂10-20份、引发剂1-5份、水100-150份。
前述包装纸用的施胶剂,按重量份计算,包括淀粉亚硫酸氢钠12-18份、硫酸钾6-9份、硫酸镁6-9份、柠檬酸12-15份、去离子水12-16份、阳离子松香胶22-28份、磷酸二氢钾2-8份、聚乙二醇-1000 12-18份、硝酸钠2-8份、乙烯基咪唑3-7份、改性石油树脂2-8份、表面活性剂12-18份、引发剂2-4份、水120-140份。
前述包装纸用的施胶剂,按重量份计算,包括淀粉亚硫酸氢钠15份、硫酸钾8份、硫酸镁8份、柠檬酸13份、去离子水14份、阳离子松香胶25份、磷酸二氢钾6份、聚乙二醇-100015份、硝酸钠5份、乙烯基咪唑5份、改性石油树脂6份、表面活性剂15份、引发剂3份、水130份。

1.一种包装纸用的施胶剂,按重量份计算,其特征在于:包括淀粉亚硫酸氢钠10-20份、硫酸钾5-10份、硫酸镁5-10份、柠檬酸10-16份、去离子水10-18份、阳离子松香胶20-30份、磷酸二氢钾1-10份、聚乙二醇-1000 10-20份、硝酸钠1-10份、乙烯基咪唑2-8份、改性石油树脂1-10份、表面活性剂10-20份、引发剂1-5份、水100-150份。
