detecting a distance between a user and the washing machine → judging whether the distance is less than a preset illumination distance threshold → detecting a staying time of the user within the preset illumination distance threshold → judging whether the staying time is greater than the preset time threshold → controlling the illumination device to be in an on state → judging whether the distance is less than a first preset display distance threshold → controlling the washing machine to increase the brightness of the display device to a first brightness → judging whether the distance is less than a second preset display distance threshold → controlling the washing machine to increase the brightness of the display device to a second brightness → judging whether the distance is less than a third preset display distance threshold → controlling the washing machine to increase the brightness of the display device to a third brightness.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, although the display method of the present invention is described in the embodiment only in conjunction with the washing machine, such description is only exemplary, and those skilled in the art can understand that the display method can also be applied to the display of the display device of the drying machine, or the display of the display device of the washing and drying machine, or the display of the display device of the shoe washing machine, and the brightness of the display device can be adjusted according to the distance between the user and the laundry treatment apparatus during the display process, so as to improve the user experience.

1. A display method for a laundry treatment apparatus including a display device, characterized by comprising the steps of:
detecting a distance between a user and the laundry treating apparatus;
comparing the distance with a preset display distance threshold;
selectively adjusting the brightness of the display device according to the comparison result of the distance and the preset display distance threshold;
the laundry treating apparatus further includes an illumination device, and the display method further includes, simultaneously with or before the step of comparing the distance with a preset display distance threshold:
judging whether the distance is smaller than a preset illumination distance threshold value or not;
if the distance is less than the preset illumination distance threshold, adjusting the state of the illumination device according to the stay time of the user within the preset illumination distance threshold;
the step of adjusting the state of the lighting device according to the user's stay time within the preset illumination distance threshold if the distance is less than the preset illumination distance threshold further comprises:
if the staying time is larger than a preset time threshold, controlling the lighting device to be in an on state;
if the staying time is less than or equal to the preset time threshold, controlling the lighting device to be in a closed state;
the preset display distance threshold comprises a first preset display distance threshold;
the step of selectively adjusting the brightness of the display device according to the comparison result of the distance with the preset display distance threshold further comprises:
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to increase the brightness of the display device to a first brightness if the distance is less than the first preset display distance threshold;
the preset display distance threshold value further comprises a second preset display distance threshold value;
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to increase the brightness of the display device to a second brightness if the distance is less than the second preset display distance threshold;
wherein the second brightness is greater than the first brightness;
the preset display distance threshold value further comprises a third preset display distance threshold value;
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to increase the brightness of the display device to a third brightness if the distance is less than the third preset display distance threshold;
wherein the third brightness is greater than the second brightness;
the third preset display distance threshold is smaller than the second preset display distance threshold, and the second preset display distance threshold is smaller than the first preset display distance threshold.
2. The display method according to claim 1, wherein the third luminance is full luminance and the second luminance is half luminance.
3. The display method according to claim 1, wherein, simultaneously with or before the step of comparing the distance with a preset display distance threshold, the display method further comprises:
and if the distance is greater than or equal to the preset illumination distance threshold value, controlling the illumination device to be in a closed state.
4. A laundry treatment apparatus comprising a washing drum, characterized in that it further comprises:
an illumination device for illuminating the interior of the washing drum;
a display device for displaying a program and/or status information of the laundry treating apparatus;
distance detection means for detecting a distance between a user and the laundry treating apparatus;
a control device that controls the illumination device and/or the display device based on a detection result of the distance detection device and according to the display method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
