The third transmission device 26 comprises a motor 48, a first transmission wheel 49, a second transmission wheel 53 and a transmission belt 54, the second transmission wheel 53 is connected with the motor 48, the transmission belt 54 is respectively connected with the first transmission wheel 49 and the second transmission wheel 53, the motor 48 is connected with the first transmission wheel 49, the press roller 27 penetrates through the fixed frame 23, and the axis of the first transmission wheel 49 is connected with the press roller 27. The motor 48 plays the effect of driving the motion of second drive wheel 53, drives first drive wheel 49 through drive belt 54 and rotates, and first drive wheel 49 and compression roller 27 fixed connection drive compression roller 27 and rotate to drive the cloth and move, play tensile cloth's effect, make the cloth receive pulling force, flattening unevenness's position and fold department.
