Background
Because wet quenching is not beneficial to environmental protection in the production of coke by coking enterprises, the production of dry quenching is gradually changed in recent years. The structural characteristics of the lining plate greatly improve the service life, and statistics of trial conditions show that the service life of the lining plate at each part of the coke tank is as low as 24 months, and the lining plate at each part does not generate cracks, deformation and corrosion within 24 months; high impact resistance, and no adhesion to the lining plate even when the head coke or the tail coke in the coke oven is not completely burned. The lining plate has better effect on protecting the coke tank, greatly prolongs the whole service life of the coke tank, is convenient and quick to install and replace, improves the production efficiency and saves the production cost.

The invention provides a further scheme that: the back of each lining board is provided with convex lacing wires, at least two lacing wires are distributed in a crossing way, and the length of each lacing wire penetrates through the height or the width of the lining board.
