The cup cover edge of the secondary cup cover 2 is inwards turned over to be protruded to form a clamping groove 8, namely an inverted clamping hook, a clamping hook 9 which is protruded to the outer direction of the cup body is arranged on the push rod 4, the lower end face of the clamping hook 9 is contacted with the upper end face of the clamping groove 8, and the two-stage cup cover 2 is mutually restricted, so that the two-stage cup cover 2 cannot be turned over upwards; thereby locking the primary cup cover 1 and the secondary cup cover 2; the push rod 4 is pushed inwards, and the clamping hook 9 can be moved out of the clamping groove 8 to unlock the primary cup cover 1 and the secondary cup cover 2. The push rod 4 is provided with a push surface 10 in the moving direction, the top surface of the first-stage cup cover 1 is correspondingly provided with a blocking surface 11, when the push rod 4 is positioned at the initial position, a gap 12 is arranged between the push surface 10 and the blocking surface 11, the gap 12 can be compressed along with inward pushing of the push rod, and an elastic device for the push rod 4 to rebound back to the initial position after inward pushing is arranged in the gap 12 and is a spring or an elastic rubber block. As shown in fig. 1.
When the cup cover is used, when the secondary cup cover is to be unlocked and drinking water is taken by the suction pipe, the push rod 4 is pushed, the push rod 4 moves towards the inner direction of the cup, the elastic device (namely the space of the compression gap 12) is compressed, the clamping hook 9 also moves inwards and is separated from the clamping groove 8, and therefore the primary cup cover 1 and the secondary cup cover 2 are unlocked; the secondary cup cover 2 is turned over by the elastic sheet and bounces off, at the moment, the pressure lever is separated from the soft suction pipe, the suction pipe stands up to not close the air outlet duct 5 any more, and the part of the suction pipe on the upper surface of the top cover of the primary cup cover 1 is in a sealing state;
meanwhile, the push rod 4 is arranged in the top cover of the first-level cup cover 1 and presses the suction pipe, so that the suction pipe is still sealed; simultaneously, the butt joint air outlet hole moves to the position of the air outlet hole, and the upper and lower sections of hole channels of the air outlet hole are communicated, so that the hot air expanded in the cup is discharged from the air outlet hole channel 5;
therefore, when the secondary cup cover is opened, the push rod 4 presses the suction pipe, so that the suction pipe still keeps sealing, hot water does not enter the suction pipe when the air is discharged and reduced, and the suction pipe is free of hot water when the air pressure in the cup is discharged. When the user drinks water by using the straw, the drinking straw is completely safe, and no hot water is sprayed out.
If the suction pipe is in a completely opened state while hot air is discharged, part of hot water is extruded into the suction pipe to be sprayed out while the air is discharged due to high air pressure in the cup, and the danger of water spraying is also caused by simply making an air outlet hole on the first-stage cup cover 1.
The invention has the advantages of simple and ingenious structure, convenient and quick use, single-hand one-step operation, complete uncovering and deflating operation, no hot water is sprayed out of the suction tube, and safety and reliability.
Claims (5)
