the pivoting cylinder comprises a cylinder body and two blocking rings respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the cylinder body, an extrusion groove is arranged on the cylinder body, a first supporting body comprises a plurality of buckling supporting strips, the buckling supporting strips are arranged in parallel, the buckling supporting strips are all sleeved on the cylinder body, each buckling supporting strip comprises a sleeve ring part, a buckling part and a supporting part, the sleeve ring part is sleeved on the cylinder body, the buckling parts are convexly arranged at one side of the sleeve ring part, the supporting parts are positioned at one ends of the buckling parts, which are far away from the supporting parts, the sleeve ring parts are annular, the supporting parts are smoothly connected with the buckling parts, arc supporting surfaces are formed on the supporting parts, the protruding direction of the arc supporting surfaces is opposite to the protruding direction of the buckling parts, each expansion lug comprises a plurality of expansion bulges, each expansion bulge is arranged in the sleeve ring part of the corresponding buckling supporting strip, an accommodating groove is formed in the sleeve ring part, a pressure spring is arranged in the accommodating groove, each expansion bulge comprises an arc bulge sheet and two positioning blocks respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the arc bulge sheet, the top wall of the accommodating groove is provided with an exposure groove which is communicated with the accommodating groove, the two positioning blocks are respectively clamped at the two opposite ends of the accommodating groove, the middle part of the arc-shaped protrusion sheet is arched and exposed outside the exposure groove, the pressure spring is arranged in the accommodating groove and is abutted against the arc-shaped protrusion sheet, the middle part of the arc-shaped protrusion sheet is provided with a deformation arched part, and the two opposite ends of the pressure spring are respectively abutted against and pressed between the bottom surface of the accommodating groove and the deformation arched part;
the heating water bag comprises a main body bag and two auxiliary bags, the main body bag is communicated with the two auxiliary bags, the two auxiliary bags are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the main body bag, the main body bag and the two auxiliary bags are cylindrical bag bodies, the diameter of each auxiliary bag is smaller than that of the main body bag, the volume of the main body bag is 5 times of that of each auxiliary bag, the main body bag faces towards the extrusion groove, a foot stepping mechanism is arranged at one end, away from the pivot drum, of the first support body, the illuminating lamp is electrically connected with the foot stepping mechanism, and a vibrator is further arranged on the second support body and used for vibrating to massage and relax the human body;
