Technical Field

Background
In 5G communication services, in order to improve resource utilization, UEs (user equipments) with different data transmission durations may multiplex the same time-frequency physical resource, that is, in order to meet the low delay requirement of the short-duration UEs, a base station may schedule the short-duration UEs on the physical resource of the scheduled long-duration UEs, so that the short-duration UEs occupy the resource of the long-duration UEs by force, resulting in that part of data of the long-duration UEs is damaged.
When resource Preemption occurs, the base station may send a Preemption Indication (Preemption Indication) to the UE through a group common DCI (group common downlink Control information), and the UE needs to monitor the Preemption Indication and configure by an RRC (radio resource Control) signaling. The content of the preemption indication is a time-frequency range of a preemption Resource (Preempted Resource) in a preemption indication monitoring period.
On the other hand, to meet the capability and service requirements of 5G different UEs, a BWP (Bandwidth Part) concept is introduced, and one UE configures one or more BWPs semi-statically. The UE determines whether to monitor the camping indication through configuration of the base station RRC signaling, and when the configuration indication is monitoring, the UE needs to monitor on all active BWPs: at a given time, when there is only one active BWP and it does not contain a common search space, the UE cannot acquire a preemption indication even if the downlink data received by the UE on that BWP is preempted by other UEs. When there are multiple BWPs activated at a given time, the UE needs to listen for the preemption indication for each activated BWP, regardless of whether it is likely to have resource preemption, which results in wasted user resources.

Further, for case 3, the base station may send a preemption indication to the UE in a common search space of a partial BWP of the plurality of activated BWPs, wherein the base station instructs the UE to listen for the preemption indication only in the common search space of the partial BWP while activating BWP; or, the base station sends the preemption indication to the UE in the common search space of the activated BWPs.
In the method for issuing the preemption indication provided by the embodiment of the present invention, if one or more activated BWPs are not configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication, downlink data transmission on the one or more BWPs is not preempted by other UEs, and the base station does not send the preemption indication to the UE; if only one activated BWP is configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication at the current moment, the downlink data transmission on the BWP may be preempted by other UE, and the base station sends the preemption indication to the UE in the common search space of the activated BWP; if a plurality of activated BWPs are configured with the common search space for listening for the camping indication at the current time, and downlink data transmission on the BWPs may be camped by other UEs, the base station camps the camping indication below the UE in the common search space of one or more activated BWPs and indicates the UE in which common search space of the activated BWPs to listen for the camping indication, so as to save user resources.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for monitoring a preemption indication, where the method is applied to a UE, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:

Likewise, at time T3, only BWP3 is in an activated state, and UE1 listens for a preemption indication only in the common search space contained in BWP 3. When the downlink data received by the UE1 is preempted by other UEs, the base station only sends the preemption indication in the common search space included in BWP3, and the UE1 only listens and blindly detects the preemption indication sent by the base station in the common search space of BWP3, so as to obtain the information of the preempted resources for assisting decoding of the received downlink data.
As shown in fig. 4, the base station configures three BWPs for the UE1, where the parameter set of each BWP is different, BWP1 does not overlap with the reference resource, BWP2 partially overlaps with the reference resource, BWP3 completely overlaps with the reference resource, the base station configures a common search space for listening to the preemption indication on BWP2 and BWP3 for the UE1, and the UE1 listens to the preemption indication on BWP2 and BWP 3. At time T1, only BWP1 is in the activated state, and therefore UE1 does not listen for the preemption indication. At time T2, BWP2 and BWP3 are simultaneously in the activated state. The base station may send a preemption indication to the UE1 in three ways:
mode 1: the base station, while activating BWP2 and BWP3, instructs UE1 to listen for the preemption indication only in the common search space contained in BWP 2. Therefore, when the downlink data received by the UE1 is dominated by other UEs, the base station only transmits the preemption indication in the common search space contained in BWP2, and the UE1 only listens in the common search space of BWP2 and blindly detects the preemption indication transmitted by the base station, thereby obtaining information of the dominated resources for assisting decoding of the received downlink data.
Mode 2: the base station, while activating BWP2 and BWP3, instructs UE1 to listen for the preemption indication only in the common search space contained in BWP 3. Therefore, when the downlink data received by the UE1 is dominated by other UEs, the base station only transmits the preemption indication in the common search space contained in BWP3, and the UE1 only listens in the common search space of BWP3 and blindly detects the preemption indication transmitted by the base station, thereby obtaining information of the dominated resources for assisting decoding of the received downlink data.
Mode 3: the base station, when activating BWP2 and BWP3, has no indication of the BWP identity containing the common search space that UE1 should listen to. Therefore, when the downlink data received by the UE1 is preempted by other UEs, the base station will send the preemption indication in the common search spaces contained in BWP2 and BWP3, and the UE1 will listen to and blindly detect the preemption indication sent by the base station in the common search spaces contained in BWP2 and BWP3, so as to obtain the information of the preempted resources for assisting in decoding the received downlink data.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a device for issuing a preemption indication, where the device is located in a base station, and as shown in fig. 5, the device includes:

In the apparatus for monitoring a preemption indication provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a UE determines whether to monitor a preemption indication on a BWP according to whether a base station configures a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication on the BWP activated by the base station, when the base station is not configured, downlink data transmission on the BWP is not preempted by other UEs, and the UE does not need to monitor; when the base station is configured, the downlink data transmission on the BWP may be preempted by other UEs, and the UE monitors the preemption indication according to the indication of the base station, so as to save user resources.
The apparatus of this embodiment may be configured to implement the technical solution of the method embodiment for monitoring a preemption indication, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a base station which comprises the device for issuing the preemption indication.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the user equipment which comprises the device for monitoring the preemption indication.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (16)
1. A method for issuing a preemption indication, the method being applied to a base station, characterized in that the method comprises:
configuring a common search space on a bandwidth part (BWP) for monitoring a preemption indication for a UE according to the frequency domain range relation between the BWP and a reference resource configured for the UE;
and in a monitoring period of the preemption indication, when the downlink data sent to the user on the reference resource is preempted by other downlink data, selecting a corresponding mode to send the preemption indication to the UE according to whether the activated BWP at the current moment is configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuring the UE for the common search space for listening for the camping indication on the BWP according to the frequency domain range relationship between the BWP configured for the UE and the reference resource comprises: when the BWP configured for the UE is partially overlapped or completely overlapped with the frequency domain range of the reference resource, configuring a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication on the BWP for the UE, otherwise not configuring the common search space for monitoring the preemption indication on the BWP for the UE.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the selecting the corresponding manner to send the camping indication to the UE according to whether the BWP activated at the current time is configured with the common search space for listening to the camping indication comprises:
if one or more activated BWPs at the current moment are not configured with a public search space for monitoring the preemption indication, not sending the preemption indication to the UE;
if only one activated BWP is configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication at the current moment, sending the preemption indication to UE in the common search space of the activated BWP;
and if a plurality of activated BWPs are configured with the common search space for monitoring the preemption indication at the current moment, sending the preemption indication to the UE in the common search space of at least one BWP in the activated BWPs.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending a preemption indication to a UE in a common search space of at least one of the plurality of activated BWPs comprises:
sending a preemption indication to a UE in a common search space of a partial BWP of the plurality of activated BWPs, wherein the UE is instructed to listen for the preemption indication only in the common search space of the partial BWP while the BWP is activated; or,
sending a preemption indication to the UE in a common search space of the plurality of activated BWPs.
5. A method for monitoring a preemption indication, the method being applied to a user equipment, and the method comprising:
determining whether the base station configures a common search space for listening for the camping indication for BWP;
and selecting a corresponding mode to listen for the preemption indication according to whether the activated BWP at the current moment is configured with a common search space for listening for the preemption indication.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the selecting the corresponding mode to listen for the preemption indication according to whether the activated BWP at the current time is configured with a common search space for listening to the preemption indication comprises:
if one or more activated BWPs at the current moment are not configured with a public search space for monitoring the preemption indication, not monitoring the preemption indication;
if only one activated BWP is configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication at the current moment, monitoring the preemption indication in the common search space of the activated BWP;
and if a plurality of activated BWPs are configured with the common search space for monitoring the preemption indication at the current moment, monitoring the preemption indication in the common search space of at least one BWP in the activated BWPs.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein said listening for a common search space of at least one of the plurality of activated BWPs to a preemption indication comprises:
if the base station indicates that the camping indication is listened in the common search space of only a part of the BWPs in the activated BWPs while activating the BWPs, the base station listens in the common search space of the part of the BWPs for the camping indication;
and if the base station does not indicate the interception preemption indication of the common search space of which activated BWP while activating the BWP, the base station listens the interception preemption indication in the common search spaces of the activated BWPs.
8. An apparatus for issuing a preemption indication, the apparatus being located at a base station, the apparatus comprising:
a configuration unit, configured to configure, according to a frequency domain range relationship between a BWP configured for a UE and a reference resource, a common search space on the BWP for listening to a preemption indication;
and the issuing unit is used for selecting a corresponding mode to send the preemption indication to the UE according to whether the activated BWP at the current moment is configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication or not when the downlink data sent to the user on the reference resource is preempted by other downlink data in a monitoring period of the preemption indication.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the configuring unit is configured to configure a common search space for the UE to listen for the camping indication on the BWP when the BWP configured for the UE partially or completely overlaps with the frequency domain range of the reference resource, and not configure the common search space for the UE to listen for the camping indication on the BWP otherwise.
10. The apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the issuing unit is configured to not send the camping indication to the UE when one or more BWPs activated at the current time are not configured with a common search space for listening to the camping indication; when only one activated BWP is configured with a common search space for monitoring a preemption indication at the current moment, sending the preemption indication to UE in the common search space of the activated BWP; and when a plurality of activated BWPs are configured with a common search space for listening for the camping indication at the current moment, transmitting the camping indication to the UE in the common search space of at least one BWP of the activated BWPs.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein if there are multiple activated BWPs configured with a common search space for listening camping indication at the current time, the issuing unit is configured to send the camping indication to the UE in the common search space of a part of the multiple activated BWPs, wherein the UE is instructed to listen to the camping indication only in the common search space of the part of the BWPs while activating BWPs; alternatively, a camping indication is sent to the UE in a common search space of the plurality of activated BWPs.
12. An apparatus for listening for a camping indication, the apparatus being located at a user equipment, the apparatus comprising:
a determining unit, configured to determine whether the base station configures a common search space for the BWP for listening to the camping indication;
and the monitoring unit is used for selecting a corresponding mode to monitor the preemption indication according to whether the activated BWP at the current moment is configured with a common search space for monitoring the preemption indication.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the listening unit is configured to not listen for the preemption indication when one or more BWPs activated at the current time are not configured to listen for a common search space for the preemption indication; when only one activated BWP is configured with a common search space for monitoring a preemption indication at the current moment, monitoring the preemption indication in the common search space of the activated BWP; and when a plurality of activated BWPs are configured with a common search space for listening for a camping indication at the current moment, listening for the camping indication in the common search space of at least one BWP of the plurality of activated BWPs.
14. The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein if there are multiple activated BWPs configured with a common search space for listening camping indication at the current time, the listening unit is configured to listen for the camping indication in the common search space of a part of the multiple activated BWPs when the base station indicates listening for the camping indication in the common search space of the part of the BWPs while activating BWPs; when the base station does not indicate which activated BWP common search space to listen for the preemption indication while activating BWP, listening for the preemption indication in the common search spaces of the activated BWPs.
15. A base station, characterized in that it comprises means for issuing a preemption indication as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 11.
16. A user equipment, characterized in that the user equipment comprises means for listening for a camping indication according to any of claims 12-14.
