a static electricity removing mechanism (5) is arranged in the upper box body (2), the static electricity removing mechanism (5) comprises a first fixing column (502), a second supporting plate (503), a second fixing column (504), a third supporting plate (505), a first mounting block (507), a first elastic cylinder (508), a first compression spring (509), a rib (510), a second elastic cylinder (511), a second compression spring (512) and a second mounting block (513), the support (501) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the upper box body (2) through bolts, the first fixing column (502) is symmetrically mounted at one end of the support (501) through bolts, the static electricity removing rod is fixedly mounted on the second supporting plate (503) through bolts, a reinforcing plate (506) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the second supporting plate (503) through bolts, the first mounting block (507) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the reinforcing plate (506), the first elastic cylinder (508) is fixedly mounted at one end of the first mounting block (507) through bolts, one end of the first elastic column body (508) is fixedly connected with the support (501) through a bolt, a first compression spring (509) is installed on the first elastic column body (508), and two ends of the first compression spring (509) are fixedly connected with the first installation block (507) and the support (501) respectively.
