Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable rain cover, which comprises a rain cover body and binding tapes, wherein the rain cover body is unfolded to be a fan ring, at least 2 locking pieces are arranged on one side of the rain cover body, and at least 2 binding tapes with one fixed end are arranged on the other side of the rain cover body; one side of the rain-proof cover body is partially overlapped with the other side, and the other free end of the binding belt is fixedly connected through the locking piece. Because the position of partial overlapping of one side and the other side of the rain cover body and the length of the binding belt are adjustable, the rain cover can be adjusted according to different diameters of the insulating rods when in use. When the rain-proof cover is installed, the upper end of the rain-proof cover is wrapped and attached with the insulating rod, and rainwater can flow away along the rain-proof cover body, so that the insulating rod is prevented from being wetted by the rainwater. The invention is suitable for insulating rods with different diameters, and has good universality and flexible and convenient disassembly and assembly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power equipment, in particular to an adjustable rain cover.
Background
The insulating operating rod is an operating tool most commonly used in daily work of groups of power transmission and distribution lines of 10 kilovolts or more, and is widely applied to power transmission and distribution line switches of 10 kilovolts or more and drop-out fuse equipment power cut and transmission operation. The insulating rod is the most important tool for the electric power department to develop the switching operation of the electric power equipment, but in rainy days, the insulating rod is soaked by rainwater, the insulating performance is reduced, potential safety hazards of electric shock exist for operators, and the operation must be stopped, so that the related maintenance and construction operation of the electric power equipment are forced to be stopped, and the power supply reliability of an electric power network is greatly reduced.
In order to be able to switch over in rainy days, safety regulations require the use of insulating rods with a rain-proof cover. The rain-proof covers commonly used at present have the following defects:
1. The long-term fixed rain-proof cover is not detachable in the use process, is easy to be extruded and is hooked by foreign matters, and the rain-proof function is lost. Electric shock accidents are easy to occur during operation in rainy days;
2. the existing detachable insulating rod rain cover is fixed in shape and cannot be adjusted according to the diameter of the insulating rod, so that the insulating rod is difficult to adapt to insulating rods with different diameters, and the universality is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an adjustable rain cover for solving the problems of unadjustable size, poor universality, inconvenient disassembly and assembly and the like of the existing rain cover for insulating rods.
The technical means adopted for realizing the aim of the invention are as follows:
an adjustable rain-proof cover comprises a rain-proof cover body and a binding belt, wherein the rain-proof cover body is unfolded to be a fan ring, at least 2 locking pieces are arranged on one side of the rain-proof cover body, and at least 2 binding belts with one fixed end are arranged on the other side of the rain-proof cover body; one side of the rain-proof cover body is partially overlapped with the other side, and the other free end of the binding belt is fixedly connected through a locking piece.
According to the scheme, the position of one side of the rain-proof cover body and the local overlapping of the other side and the length of the binding belt are adjustable, when the rain-proof cover is used, the size of the rain-proof cover can be adjusted according to the sizes of different insulating rod diameters, the function of adjusting the size of the rain-proof cover is achieved, and the free other end of the binding belt is fixedly connected through the locking piece, so that the rain-proof cover forms a hollow round platform with the upper part small and the lower part large. When the rain-proof cover is used, the rain-proof cover body is positioned at a proper position of the insulating rod, and the connecting piece is used for connecting and fixing the rain-proof cover body, so that the upper end of the rain-proof cover is wrapped and attached to the insulating rod, rainwater can flow along the rain-proof cover body, and the insulating rod is prevented from being wetted by the rainwater.
Preferably, the at least 2 locking elements are arranged in the same radial direction.
Preferably, the fixed ends of the at least two straps are arranged in the same radial direction.
Preferably, the fixed end of the ribbon is fixed by a plurality of fixing pieces.
Preferably, the rain-proof cover body is provided with a groove for accommodating the ribbon.
Preferably, the fixed end of the strap is connected to the locking member.
Preferably, the strap is integrally formed with the locking member.
Preferably, the rain cover body is made of an insulating material.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
The position of partial overlapping of one side and the other side of the rain shield body and the length of the binding belt are adjustable, and the free other end of the binding belt is fixedly connected through the locking piece, so that the size-adjustable function of the rain shield is realized, the rain shield is suitable for insulating rods with different diameters, and the universality of the rain shield is enhanced; meanwhile, as the lower end of the rain cover is a horn mouth, the insulating rod can be better shielded, and rainwater is prevented from wetting the insulating rod. The universal adjustable rain cover disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, detachable for storage in sunny days and instantly installed and applied in rainy days, and solves the problems of unadjustable size, poor universality, inconvenience in disassembly and assembly and the like of the conventional insulation rod rain cover.
