The anti-dismantling label can play an ineffective role in tearing, and has an important role in production and life. For example: tamper evident labels on product packaging, tamper evident labels for use in the packaging and transportation of goods, and tamper evident labels for some confidential documents.
At present, two common anti-disassembly labels are available, one is a paper anti-disassembly label, splayed or other special lines are cut on the surface of the paper anti-disassembly label, and the label is cracked and the original complete shape is damaged when the paper anti-disassembly label is uncovered, so that an anti-disassembly effect is achieved. The other type of label is made of paper and plastic film, when the label is torn off, the preset characters or pictures are separated from the base material and remain on the surface of the object, so as to achieve the anti-dismantling effect.
However, with paper tamper evident labels or tamper evident labels, cracking or abrasion can occur upon application of an external force, resulting in loss of tamper evident effect. The uncovering and leaving word label made of plastic can bear external force with larger strength, is inconvenient to tear, and can cause serious consequences due to difficult tearing when in emergency.

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is, it is the meaning of "including but not limited to".
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Furthermore, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the constitution of a label according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the label includes a transparent film layer 11, a color ink layer 12, a release layer 13, an adhesive layer 14, a tear-away layer 15, and a release liner 16, which are laminated in this order.
In this embodiment, the transparent film layer 11 is disposed at the uppermost part of the label, and provides protection for the label. The transparent film layer 11 has strong external force resistance, can bear external force with high strength, and has certain waterproof and anti-corrosion effects. Meanwhile, the related contents such as LOGO, slogan, warning sign, etc. may be printed on the upper side or the lower side of the transparent film 11. The thickness of the transparent film 11 can be adaptively adjusted according to practical application.
Preferably, the transparent film layer 11 is a transparent plastic film. Specifically, the transparent film layer 11 may be PET (Polyethylene terephthalate ) plastic, PVC (Polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl chloride) plastic, or the like. The PET plastic has high symmetry in molecular structure and certain crystallization orientation capacity, so that the PET plastic has high film forming property, good wear resistance, good dimensional stability, good transparency and the like. PVC plastic is one of plastic products with the largest output in the world, has low price and wide application, and meanwhile, a proper amount of plasticizer is added into the PVC material to prepare various hard, soft and transparent products, etc., thus the PVC plastic can also be used for preparing plastic transparent films.
In this embodiment, the color ink layer 12 is located below the transparent film layer 11, and the corresponding color may be set according to the actual application.
In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 14 is located below the color ink layer 12 and may be various adhesives or combinations thereof, and specifically, the adhesive layer 14 may be one or more of AB glue (a special name of two-liquid mixed hardening glue), all-purpose glue, self-adhesive glue, or the like.
In this embodiment, the release layer 13 is located between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14, and is configured to have a pattern and/or text.
Specifically, the release layer 13 may be a PET release film, also called a PET silicone oil film, and a layer of silicone oil is coated on the surface of the PET film, so as to reduce the adhesion force on the surface of the PET film, and achieve the release effect.
Preferably, the release layer 13 is provided with a pattern and/or text, such as a VOID, unsealed, failed or common symbol, etc. The release layer 13 is provided to separate the color ink layer 12 from the adhesive layer 14. Specifically, after the detachment of the transparent film layer, a release layer 13 is provided between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14, and since the release layer 13 separates the color ink layer 12 from the adhesive layer 14, the adhesive layer 14 has little adhesion to the color ink layer 12, and the color ink layer 12 follows the detachment of the transparent film layer 11; and a portion where the release layer 13 is not provided between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 14 to the color ink layer 12 is large, so that the color ink layer 12 is separated from the transparent film layer 11, and remains on the object following the adhesive layer 14. Therefore, after the transparent film 11 is separated, patterns and/or characters can be left, so as to achieve the anti-disassembly effect.
In an alternative implementation, the portion of the release layer 13 between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14 is patterned and/or written, so that, after the transparent film layer 11 is detached, the portion of the color ink layer 12 where the release layer 13 is not disposed follows the detachment of the transparent film layer 11, and the remaining color ink layer 12 forms the pattern and/or written.
In another alternative implementation, the portion between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14 where the release layer 13 is not provided is pattern and/or text, and thus, the blank area left after the transparent film layer 11 is detached forms pattern and/or text.
In this embodiment, the tear-off layer 15 covers a partial area of the adhesive layer 14 so that the label is not tacky in this area. Preferably, the tearing layer 15 is a film made of a material having high strength. In an alternative implementation, the tear-away layer 15 is a plastic film. Specifically, the tearing layer 15 is a film made of PET plastic or PVC plastic, etc.
In this embodiment, the release liner 16 is disposed at the lowest part of the whole label structure, and can prevent blocking. Specifically, the release liner 16, also called release liner, silicone liner, etc., is made of a paper coated with a release substance for preventing the adhesion layer 14 from adhering and protecting the adhesion layer 15 from contamination. Thereby, it is possible to smoothly separate from the adhesive layer 14 without damaging the adhesive layer 14. When the label is used, the release liner 16 is simply torn off and the rest is adhered to the required object.
In this embodiment, the transparent film layer, the color ink layer, the adhesive layer and the tearing layer are arranged in the label, and the tearing layer covers a part of the area of the adhesive layer so that the label has no adhesiveness in the area. Therefore, the transparent film layer has strong capability of resisting external force, so that the phenomena of cracking, abrasion and the like caused by the external force are reduced, and meanwhile, the tearing layer can be easily torn, so that serious consequences possibly caused by the fact that the label is not easy to tear due to the fact that the strength of the label is too high in some emergency situations can be reduced.
Fig. 2 is a functional area and composition structure comparison chart of a label according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2a, the functional areas of the label comprise a first area 21, a tear-away area 22 and a second area 23. Referring to fig. 2b, the first region 21 is identical in structure to the second region 23 and is different from the tear-away region 22.
Specifically, the composition structure of the first region 21 and the second region 23 includes a transparent film layer 11, a color ink layer 12, a release layer 13, an adhesive layer 14, and a release underlayer 16. The tear-off region includes a transparent film layer 11, a color ink layer 12, a release layer 13, an adhesive layer 14, a tear-off layer 15, and a release base layer 16.
Thus, the tear-off region 22 has more tear-off layers 15 than the first and second regions, and the tear-off layers 15 cover a partial region of the adhesive layer 14 so that the label is not tacky in that region. Thus, the tearing area 22 can be easily torn off without sticking to the object.
Fig. 3 is a functional area schematic of a label according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the functional areas of the label include a first area 21, a tear-away area 22, a second area 23, a tear-away handle 24, and two tear-away lines 25.
In this embodiment, the first area 21 and the second area 23 are tear-away word-leaving areas. Specifically, by providing the release layer 13 with a pattern and/or a letter, the adhesion force of the color ink layer 12 to the adhesive layer 14 can be reduced due to the release layer 13. So that after the transparent film layer is detached, a release layer 13 is arranged between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14, and the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 14 to the color ink layer 12 is smaller as the release layer 13 separates the color ink layer 12 from the adhesive layer 14, so that the color ink layer 12 is detached along with the transparent film layer 11; and a portion where the release layer 13 is not provided between the color ink layer 12 and the adhesive layer 14, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 14 to the color ink layer 12 is large, so that the color ink layer 12 is separated from the transparent film layer 11, and remains on the object following the adhesive layer 14. Therefore, after the transparent film 11 is separated, patterns and/or characters can be left, so as to achieve the anti-disassembly effect. For example, after tearing the label, a VOID, unsealed, dead and common symbols, etc. are left on the object to indicate that the package has been unpackaged.
In this embodiment, the tear-away region 22 is not adhered to an object so that the label can be removed relatively easily. Serious consequences that may occur in some emergency situations due to the fact that the labels are too strong to tear easily can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the tear-off handle 24 matches the tear-off layer shape and is identical to the constituent structure of the tear-off region 22. Thus, the tear-away layer 22 can be easily separated by tearing the handle 24 to tear the label away.
Preferably, the label is also printed with text or icons that indicate the direction of tearing, in an alternative implementation, the text or icons are printed on the tear handle 24 or tear layer 22. Thus, some operational errors and the like can be reduced.
In this embodiment, a tear line structure is provided between the tear-off region 22 and the first and second regions 21, 22. Preferably, the tear line 25 has the same composition as the tear region 22.
In this embodiment, the tear-open region 22 is attached to the object at a location where an opening is desired, such as an opening in a package, box, or the like, when the label is used. A specific use scenario is shown in figure 4,
