Detailed Description
The traditional public welfare activity supervision mechanism is imperfect, and has the problems of insufficient capital supervision, poor project supervision, insufficient evaluative supervision, hypodynamia in social supervision and the like. In the existing supervision mechanism, the supervision of the donor and the public in society is mainly to supervise the public welfare activities through inquiry, tracking, investigation, internet surfing, complaints and the like, and due to lack of supervision power, the donor does not inquire or track the content of the project in the later period. After the block chain technology is applied to the public service field, the public trust of the public service platform is improved, but the public service platform is still weak in public supervision.
If only a public link is used, anyone can participate in the publication of the public welfare activity, the authenticity of the public welfare activity is difficult to control, and the rights of the public welfare organization are correspondingly weakened, so applying the public link directly to the public welfare activity leaves something to be desired.
If only the private chain is used, the node can be added into the block chain network only by being authenticated by an administrator, public welfare organizations obtain enough authority to participate in the management of projects and platforms, but the supervision of the public participation projects becomes difficult, donors can only view transaction lists and block information, and ordinary users cannot even view the relevant information of transactions.
Based on the research findings, the embodiment of the application provides a public welfare supervision scheme based on the block chain, and by means of the combination of the private chain and the public chain, the reality and the reliability of data information are guaranteed, and public supervision on public welfare projects can be realized without influencing project development.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
Referring to fig. 1, an interaction diagram of a block chain-based public welfare supervision system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the system includes a server 100, a plurality of administrator nodes 200, a plurality of private chain nodes 300, and a plurality of public chain nodes 400. The server 100, the plurality of administrator nodes 200, the private link node 300, and the public link node 400 are communicatively connected to each other, so as to implement data transmission and communication.
Optionally, in this embodiment, specific types of the administrator node 200, the private chain node 300, and the public chain node 400 are not limited, and may be, for example, but not limited to, a smart phone, a Personal Computer (PC), a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a web server 100, a data server 100, and other devices with a processing function.
With reference to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a block chain-based public welfare supervision method applicable to the block chain-based public welfare supervision system 10. The specific process shown in fig. 2 will be described in detail below.
In step S110, when any private chain node 300 of the plurality of private chain nodes 300 issues project information or donation information, any administrator node 200 generates a current data block according to the project information or donation information.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, step S110 may include step S111 and step S112.
In step S111, the administrator node 200 obtains the last data block in the stored private chain.
Step S112, generating a hash value according to the last data block in the private chain, and generating a current data block according to the hash value and the item information or the donation information.
In this embodiment, the nodes in the system may be registered in advance on a related platform, such as a public service project platform, through the server 100 to become corresponding node users. For example, a user may register on the platform as an administrator node 200, a private chain node 300, or a public chain node 400, etc. For registering as the administrator node 200, authentication by the server 100 is required, and the server 100 can authenticate the trusted node as the administrator node 200. Wherein a user registered as a private chain node 300 may have rights to issue items, participate in donations to conduct transactions, and the like. The user registered as the public link node 400 has a right to view and verify data, but does not have a right to participate in a transaction.
In this embodiment, any private chain node 300 may issue the project information, or issue the contribution information. The administrator node 200 may generate the current data chunk from project information or donation information, etc. In which a plurality of private chain nodes 300 maintain a private chain, the administrator node 200 may add the generated current data block to the private chain after passing the verification.
Optionally, when generating the current data block, the administrator node 200 may obtain the last data block in the stored private chain, and generate a hash value according to the last data block in the private chain, where the hash value has a length of 256 bits, and finally calculate a binary number of 256 bits regardless of the original content, and as long as the original content is different, the corresponding hash value is also different. The administrator node 200 generates a current data block according to the hash value and the item information or the contribution information.
Step S120, sending the current data block to other administrator nodes 200 in the administrator nodes 200, and adding the current data block to a private chain after the current data block passes the consensus verification of the other administrator nodes 200.
After a current data block is generated by an administrator node 200, the current data block may be broadcast to other administrator nodes 200, and the other administrator nodes 200 may verify the current data block based on a consensus algorithm, such as a Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus mechanism. The Byzantine fault-tolerant mechanism can accommodate dislocation error node errors close to 1/3, the nodes for consensus verification are composed of service participants or supervisors, and safety and stability are guaranteed by service related parties.
After the generated current data block is verified by the consensus of other administrator nodes 200, the current data block can be added into the private chain, and the data information added into the private chain cannot be tampered, so that the reliability of the data is guaranteed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the server 100 may store the data blocks in the private chain in a database, for example, MySQL database. When the preset condition is met, the data in the database may be synchronized into the public chain maintained by the public chain node 400. The preset condition may be, for example, that the number of newly added data blocks in the private chain exceeds a preset number, or a preset threshold value from the last synchronization time interval. That is, after the number of newly added data blocks in the private chain exceeds the preset number or the interval preset threshold, the server 100 may copy the data blocks in the private chain in the database to the public chain maintained by the plurality of public chain nodes 400. In this embodiment, the MySQL database is used as a bridge to avoid concurrency abnormality, so that data in the private chain is backed up in the database in time, and the public chain reads data from the database.
In step S130, any public link node 400 in the plurality of public link nodes 400 acquires the data block in the private link, verifies the acquired data block, and submits the data block to the administrator node 200 when the verification is abnormal.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, step S130 may include step S131 and step S132.
In step S131, any public link node 400 in the public link nodes 400 acquires the data block in the private link, verifies the acquired data block, and discloses the data block and the verification result to other public link nodes 400 in the public link nodes 400 when the verification is abnormal.
In step S132, when the other public link node 400 determines that the data block is abnormal, the data block is submitted to the administrator node 200.
In this embodiment, the public link is open, any user can register as the public link node 400, but the authority of the public link node 400 needs to be strictly controlled, and the public link node 400 user cannot perform operations such as transaction or data block generation, and can only check the data block, check whether the transaction is legal, check the flow direction of project funds, and record the operation of a worker.
Any public link node 400 in the plurality of public link nodes 400 may obtain a data block in the private link. Alternatively, the data can be copied to the public chain maintained by the data base synchronization through the steps. Public link node 400 may view, verify, etc. data blocks in the public link. The public link nodes 400 may check the data blocks through hash value comparison and verification of specific information related to items in the data blocks, and if it is checked that a certain data block is abnormal, the abnormal data block and the verification result may be disclosed to other public link nodes 400 in the plurality of public link nodes 400.
The other public link nodes 400 may perform consensus verification on the data block based on a consensus algorithm, such as a consensus mechanism of "citizen election". When the other public link node 400 determines that there is an anomaly in the data block, the data block is submitted to the administrator node 200.
In this embodiment, when the number of the public link nodes 400 exceeding the preset threshold among the other public link nodes 400 determines that the data block is abnormal, the data block is submitted to the administrator node 200.
Optionally, if the number of the public link nodes 400 determining that the data block has the abnormality does not exceed the preset number and the public link time from the data block exceeds the preset time, the administrator node 200 cancels the public link information of the data block.
In step S140, the administrator node 200 verifies the data block, and marks the data block with an abnormality in the private chain when it is determined that the data block has an abnormality.
In this embodiment, after receiving the data block verified as abnormal by the public link node 400, the administrator node 200 may further verify the data block, and mark the data block with abnormality in the private link to prompt error information when determining that the data block is abnormal. Optionally, the administrator node 200 may calculate a hash value by using the Merkle Tree, and compare the calculated hash value with the hash value in the data block to check whether the data block is abnormal.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in order to improve the positivity of the public to participate in the supervision of the public welfare project, optionally, when determining that the data block submitted by the public link node 400 is abnormal, the administrator node 200 generates reward information, and issues corresponding virtual currency to the public link node 400 that verifies that the data block is abnormal according to the reward information.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the present solution, a specific example will be given below in conjunction with the scenario shown in fig. 5 to further describe the block chain-based public welfare supervision method provided in the embodiment of the present application, which is specifically as follows.
In fig. 5, a is an administrator node 200, PB is a node that issues project information, PC is a node that issues contribution information, and N is a node corresponding to a general person. After the project information or the contribution information is issued, the transaction pool is processed according to a preset intelligent contract (i.e. a preset set of transaction rules), and the administrator node 200 may generate a data block according to the project information and the contribution information, and broadcast the data block to other administrator nodes 200, such as a2, A3, and a4, to perform consensus verification. If the administrator node 200 agrees to verify the generated data block, the generated data block may be added to the private chain. The data blocks in the private chain may be updated into the database at regular time, for example, at a preset threshold interval or when the number of data blocks newly added into the private chain exceeds a preset number, the data blocks in the private chain may be updated into the database.
The public chain may synchronize data blocks from the database, and any one of the nodes 400 of the public chain may view, check, etc. data blocks synchronized into the public chain. If the public link node 400 verifies that an exception exists in a certain data block, the abnormal data block is disclosed to other public link nodes 400. To perform consensus verification on the data block using other public link nodes 400. If the other public link nodes 400 verify that the data block is indeed anomalous and has reached consensus, the data block may be submitted to the administrator node 200, node A1 in FIG. 5. The administrator node 200 will re-verify the data block, mark the data block after verifying that the data block has an exception, and update the data block into the private chain.
Also, after determining that the data block is abnormal, the manager node 200 may issue virtual money (token) to indicate a reward to the public link node 400 that verifies the data block and other public link nodes 400 that participate in the verification of the data block.
Another embodiment of the present application further provides a block chain-based public welfare supervision system 10, which includes a plurality of administrator nodes 200, a plurality of private chain nodes 300, and a plurality of public chain nodes 400.

The administrator node 200 is configured to send the current data block to other administrator nodes 200 in the plurality of administrator nodes 200, and add the current data block to a private chain after the current data block passes the consensus verification of the other administrator nodes 200.
Any public link node 400 in the plurality of public link nodes 400 is configured to acquire a data block in the private link, verify the acquired data block, and submit the data block to the administrator node 200 when the verification is abnormal.
Specifically, any public link node 400 in the plurality of public link nodes 400 is configured to acquire a data block in the private link and verify the acquired data block, and when the verification is abnormal, the data block and the verification result are disclosed to other public link nodes 400 in the plurality of public link nodes 400. The public link node 400 is configured to submit the data block to the administrator node 200 when the other public link nodes 400 determine that the data block is abnormal.
The administrator node 200 is configured to verify the data block, and mark the data block with an exception in the private chain when it is determined that the data block has an exception.
In this embodiment, the administrator node 200 is further configured to determine, in the other public link nodes 400, that the number of the public link nodes 400 having the data block with the abnormality does not exceed the preset number, and the time length of the public link node from the data block exceeds the preset time length, and then cancel the public link information of the data block.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the system described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method, and will not be described in too much detail herein.
