In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the customer information of the target customer in the facial image to be recognized may be determined based on the facial image to be recognized and the customer information database collected by the image collecting device, where the customer information database includes a corresponding relationship between the facial image of the customer and the customer information, and the customer information includes relevant information of the customer, such as interested commodity information, member information, and the like, and then the information to be pushed may be generated based on the customer information of the target customer, and the information to be pushed may be pushed to a terminal device of the target customer, and the information to be pushed combines with the customer information of the target customer, so that the content in the information to be pushed may be pushed based on the favorite commodities of the target customer, and the purpose of performing personalized recommendation for the customer is achieved.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, different store clerks may perform voice interaction through respective terminal devices, so as to facilitate communication between the store clerks, the terminal devices of the store clerks are further configured to receive various notification information, the terminal devices of the store clerks may store related information of all the commodities in the store, and the store clerks may also search for the inventory of the commodities through the respective terminal devices.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, an image capturing device may be installed at a designated location of the fitting room, for example, at a doorway of the fitting room, and the image capturing device installed at the designated location of the fitting room captures fitting information of a customer, for example, information about which product is fitted.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, if a customer does not want to try on clothes in person, virtual fitting can be performed on intelligent fitting equipment of a store, the intelligent fitting equipment has a function of identifying a commodity identification tag, and the body type data of the customer can be stored in a customer information database, the body type data of the customer can be acquired in the customer information database on the basis of a face image of the customer through the intelligent fitting equipment, and the to-be-tried commodity selected by the customer can be displayed in a fitting manner through the intelligent fitting equipment on the basis of the body type data of the customer, so that fitting time is saved for the customer, and off-line shopping experience of the customer is further improved.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the collected relevant information of the customer can be stored in a customer information database, and the customer information database can be stored in a local server or a cloud server.
Based on the same principle as the management method of the intelligent store shown in fig. 1, an alternative embodiment of the present invention further provides a management apparatus 20 of the intelligent store, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention may include an information obtaining module 210, a product quantity determining module 220, a notification information generating module 230, and an information pushing module 240, wherein,
the information acquisition module 210 is configured to acquire identification information of each commodity on a shelf of a store according to a preset time interval, and acquire a passenger flow volume of the store;
a commodity number determining module 220, configured to determine, according to the identification information of each commodity and a pre-configured commodity statistical condition, a current number of commodities that satisfy the commodity statistical condition, where the commodity statistical condition is configured based on the identification information of the commodities;
a notification information generation module 230 configured to generate first notification information based on the passenger flow volume and the current amount;
and the information pushing module 240 is configured to push the first notification information to a terminal device of a first designated store clerk of the store.
According to the scheme in the embodiment of the invention, the current quantity of the commodities on the goods shelf of the store can be obtained through statistics based on the identification information of the commodities, the first notification information is generated based on the passenger flow quantity of the store and the current quantity of the commodities on the goods shelf, a salesperson of the store can timely master the change of the passenger flow quantity of the store and the quantity of the commodities on the goods shelf based on the first notification information, and timely replenishment is carried out on the commodities on the goods shelf based on the change of the passenger flow quantity so as to avoid influencing the normal selling of the commodities, so that the purchasing experience of a user can be improved.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, a commodity identification tag is carried on a commodity, and the commodity identification tag comprises identification information; when acquiring the identification information of each commodity on the shelf of the store, the information acquisition module 210 is specifically configured to:
the identification information of each commodity on the goods shelf of the store is acquired through a commodity label identification device arranged on the goods shelf of the store, and the commodity label identification device is used for scanning the commodity identification label of each commodity on the goods shelf so as to acquire the identification information in the commodity identification label.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include:
the system comprises a commodity information pushing module, a commodity information acquiring module and a commodity information analyzing module, wherein the commodity information pushing module is used for acquiring commodity information of a commodity to be tried through electronic equipment arranged in each fitting room of a store, and the electronic equipment in the fitting room is used for scanning a commodity identification label of the commodity to be tried so as to acquire identification information in the commodity identification label; and displaying the commodity information of the commodity matched with the tried-on commodity on the electronic equipment of the fitting room according to the identification information of the tried-on commodity.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include:
the commodity replacing module is used for receiving a commodity replacing request sent by electronic equipment of the fitting room, wherein the commodity replacing request comprises commodity information of commodities to be replaced; generating second notification information based on the commodity replacement request; and pushing the second notification information to the terminal device of a second designated store employee of the store.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the identification information further includes price information of the commodity, and the apparatus may further include:
the commodity price information acquisition module is used for acquiring the price information of the tried-on commodity according to the identification information of the tried-on commodity, wherein the price information comprises the price information of the tried-on commodity in a store and the price information of an online store corresponding to the store; sending the price information of the tried-on goods to the electronic equipment of the fitting room.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include:
the commodity payment module is used for scanning a commodity identification label of a commodity to be paid through checkout terminal equipment arranged in a store to acquire identification information of the commodity to be paid; generating a payment information label based on the identification information of the commodity to be paid and displaying the payment information label on checkout terminal equipment; and receiving payment information returned based on the payment information label.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include:
the member information processing module is used for acquiring a face image to be recognized of a customer in a store; determining member information of a target customer in the facial image to be recognized according to the facial image to be recognized and a customer information database, wherein the customer information database comprises a corresponding relation between the facial image of the customer and the member information; generating third notification information according to the member information of the target customer; and pushing the third notification information to the terminal equipment of a third appointed store clerk of the store.
It can be understood that, since the management apparatus of the smart store described in the embodiment is an apparatus capable of executing the management method of the smart store in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the management method of the smart store described in the embodiment of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can understand a specific implementation manner of the management apparatus of the smart store of the embodiment and various modifications thereof, and therefore, a detailed description of how the management apparatus of the smart store realizes the management method of the smart store in the embodiment of the present invention is not provided herein. The device used by the person skilled in the art to implement the method for managing intelligent stores in the embodiment of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, including: at least one processor (processor) 41; and at least one memory (memory)42, a bus 43 connected to the processor 41; wherein,
the processor 41 and the memory 42 complete mutual communication through the bus 43;
the processor 41 is arranged to call program instructions in the memory 42 to perform the steps in the above-described method embodiments.
The present embodiments provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause a computer to perform the methods provided by the method embodiments described above.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Claims (10)
1. A management method of an intelligent store is characterized by comprising the following steps:
according to a preset time interval, acquiring identification information of each commodity on a shelf of a store, and acquiring the passenger flow of the store;
determining the current number of commodities meeting the commodity statistical conditions according to the identification information of each commodity and the preconfigured commodity statistical conditions, wherein the commodity statistical conditions are configured on the basis of the identification information of the commodities;
generating first notification information based on the passenger flow volume and the current number;
and pushing the first notification information to a terminal device of a first appointed store employee of the store.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein a product carries a product identification tag, the product identification tag including the identification information; the acquiring of the identification information of each commodity on the shelf of the store comprises:
the identification information of each commodity on the shelf of the store is acquired through a commodity label identification device arranged on the shelf of the store, and the commodity label identification device is used for scanning the commodity identification label of each commodity on the shelf so as to acquire the identification information in the commodity identification label.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring commodity information of a commodity to be tried through electronic equipment arranged in each fitting room of the store, wherein the electronic equipment in the fitting room is used for scanning a commodity identification label of the commodity to be tried so as to acquire identification information in the commodity identification label;
and displaying the commodity information of the commodity matched with the tried-on commodity on the electronic equipment of the fitting room according to the identification information of the tried-on commodity.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a commodity replacement request sent by electronic equipment of the fitting room, wherein the commodity replacement request comprises commodity information of a commodity to be replaced;
generating second notification information based on the commodity replacement request;
and pushing the second notification information to a terminal device of a second designated store employee of the store.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the identification information further includes price information of the item, the method further comprising:
acquiring price information of the tried-on product according to the identification information of the tried-on product, wherein the price information comprises the price information of the tried-on product in the store and the price information of the on-line store corresponding to the store;
and sending the price information of the tried-on goods to the electronic equipment of the fitting room.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
scanning a commodity identification label of a commodity to be paid through checkout terminal equipment arranged in the store to acquire identification information of the commodity to be paid;
generating a payment information label based on the identification information of the commodity to be paid and displaying the payment information label on the checkout terminal equipment;
and receiving payment information returned based on the payment information label.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
acquiring a face image to be recognized of a customer in the store;
determining member information of a target customer in the facial image to be recognized according to the facial image to be recognized and a customer information database, wherein the customer information database comprises a corresponding relation between the facial image of the customer and the member information;
generating third notification information according to the member information of the target customer;
and pushing the third notification information to a terminal device of a third appointed store clerk of the store.
8. A management device of an intelligent store, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring identification information of each commodity on a goods shelf of a store according to a preset time interval and acquiring the passenger flow of the store;
the commodity quantity determining module is used for determining the current quantity of the commodities meeting the commodity counting condition according to the identification information of each commodity and a pre-configured commodity counting condition, and the commodity counting condition is configured based on the identification information of the commodities;
the notification information generation module is used for generating first notification information based on the passenger flow and the current number;
and the information pushing module is used for pushing the first notification information to terminal equipment of a first appointed store employee of the store.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
and at least one memory, bus connected with the processor; wherein,
the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus;
the processor is configured to invoke program instructions in the memory to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
