With the development of science and technology, decorative films are widely applied to the surfaces of electronic products such as mobile phones and computers, household appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners and washing machines, and products such as automobiles.

For example, a flash lamp window on a rear cover plate of a mobile phone generally forms an opening on the decorative film (or the optical film), then a fresnel lens is made on the rear cover of the mobile phone, and finally the fresnel lens is aligned and attached; such a process greatly increases the manufacturing cost and the yield may be reduced. the texture structure area 10 is positioned on one side of the bearing layer 11, and the texture structure area 10 is provided with a raised and/or depressed texture structure 22; the texture structure 22 can be embossed on the carrier layer 11 by a mold, and then solidified to form a complementary raised and/or depressed texture structure 22 on the mold; of course, embossing is only one way, and the texture structure may also be formed by photolithography, screen printing, or inkjet printing. The texture structure 22 may be one or a combination of two or more of a linear cylindrical lens, a curved cylindrical lens, a small short line, a micro lens, a relief texture, a micro-nano structure arranged continuously, a CD texture and a Fresnel lens.
The first window 30 is located in the texture structure region 10, and a raised and/or recessed first micro-nano structure 31 is/are arranged in the region where the first window 30 is located. Referring to fig. 2, the first micro-nano structure 31 is a fresnel lens, that is, the first micro-nano structure 31 is used for collecting diffused light and emitting light rays in parallel as much as possible, and here, the first window 30 is used for collecting light rays; of course, the first window 30 may also be a window of a camera (not shown in the figure), and if the first window is a window of a camera, the structure of the first window is the same as that of the second window. Of course, the first window may also have anti-reflection, light direction changing or moth-eye functions, so that the first micro-nano structure may be not only a fresnel lens, but also a moth-eye structure, or a deformed structure of a fresnel lens (as shown in fig. 9).
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, a second window 20 is further provided, the second window 20 is located in the texture structure region 10, the second window 20 includes a perspective region and a second micro-nano structure region, the second micro-nano structure region is provided with a raised and/or recessed second micro-nano structure 21, and when the second window 20 is used as a window of a camera, the second window 20 includes the perspective region and the second micro-nano structure region; of course, the second window 20 may also be a flash window (not shown), and if the second window is a flash window, the second window has the same structure as the first window.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, a reflective layer 40 is disposed in the texture region 10 and the second micro-nano structure region, and the reflective layer 40 covers the texture 22 region and the second micro-nano structure region 21; the second window 20 in fig. 2 is a camera window, so that the texture region 22 and the second micro-nano structure region 21 in the second window 20 cover the reflective layer, 40; the reflecting layer 40 is not conductive, and the transmittance of the reflecting layer 40 is 5% -80%; the reflective layer 40 serves to reflect light and may also serve to present color.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the texture region 10 is provided with a reflective layer 41, and the reflective layer 41 covers the texture region 10; the reflective layer 41 described here covers the textured area 10, but the first window 30 and the second window 20 are not provided with the reflective layer 41; because the first window 30 is used as a flash lamp window, a reflective layer is not needed, and the second micro-nano structure region of the second window 20 may also not be provided with a reflective layer.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, coloring layers 50 and 51 are disposed on sides of the reflective layer 40 and the second micro-nano structure region, which are far away from the carrier layer 11, and the coloring layers 50 and 51 may play a role in priming and shading, and also may play a role in color matching or color rendering, or play a role in color matching with other color layers.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in an embodiment, the texture structure 22 and the first micro-nano structure 31 are directly formed on the surface of the bearing layer 11 and are integrated with the bearing layer 11, that is, the bearing layer 11 is a thermosetting or photo-curing adhesive, and a structure is directly formed on the surface of the bearing layer, so that the optical film has no substrate, is a bearing layer, is greatly reduced in thickness, is suitable for ultrathin products, and reduces the thickness, cost, and the like of final products.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in one embodiment, the texture structure 22, the first micro-nano structure 31, and the second micro-nano structure 21 are directly formed on the surface of the bearing layer 11 and are integrated with the bearing layer 11, that is, the bearing layer 11 is a thermosetting or photo-curing adhesive, and a structure is directly formed on the surface of the bearing layer, so that the optical film has no substrate and is a bearing layer, the thickness is greatly reduced, the optical film is suitable for ultra-thin products, and the thickness, the cost, and the like of final products are reduced.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in one embodiment, a substrate layer 12 is further disposed on a side of the carrying layer 11 away from the textured region 10; or still include substrate layer 12, substrate layer 12 through tie coat 13 with the texture district one side connection is kept away from to carrier layer 11, the substrate layer can be in PET, PC, PMMA, glass, metal or sapphire glass one or the combination more than two, and when the substrate layer was one, the substrate layer can be coloured material or be in substrate layer one side is equipped with coloured material or coloured membrane, and when the substrate layer was the composite sheet more than two, one of them panel was coloured material or coloured panel, or was equipped with coloured material or coloured membrane in a table of composite sheet.

An optical film as recited in claim 1, wherein the texture structure is selected from one or a combination of two or more of linear lenticular lens, curved lenticular lens, small short line, micro-lens, embossed texture, CD texture, and fresnel lens; the first micro-nano structure is a Fresnel lens.
9. An optical film according to claim 1, wherein the second micro-nano structure is selected from one or more of linear cylindrical lens, curved cylindrical lens, small short line, micro-lens, embossed texture, CD texture and Fresnel lens.

a substrate layer;
