Description

Grounding wire device and state detection method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of grounding wires, in particular to a grounding wire device and a state detection method thereof.
Background
As the safety appliance for power production, the grounding wire has the advantages of low cost, simple and reliable principle, convenience in use and operation and the like, is widely applied to maintenance operation of power equipment, performs grounding protection on maintenance equipment or circuits, and prevents personnel injury and equipment damage caused by accidental incoming calls.
However, in view of portability and temporary property of the grounding wire, manual intervention is required for the hanging and dismantling operations, and the situation of missed hanging or missed dismantling of the grounding wire is easy to occur, so that serious electric safety production accidents such as personal injury and equipment destruction are caused. In view of this, the prevention or the prevention of the occurrence of the above-mentioned illegal accidents by technical means is very important for the safety production and the guarantee of electric power.
The key point of preventing or stopping the occurrence of the illegal situation is to improve the reliability of the acquisition of the hanging/dismantling state of the grounding wire. According to the hanging/dismantling state of the grounding wire and the error prevention logic, the microcomputer error prevention locking technology means is used for preventing the grounding wire from being missed to hang or be missed to dismantle, so that part of grounding wire misoperation accidents can be prevented.
However, the safety management of the existing ground wire focuses on the hanging/detaching action itself of the ground wire, that is, detecting and identifying whether there is a ground wire hanging/detaching action, rather than the reliability of the ground wire hanging/detaching operation, particularly, ensuring reliable conduction connection between the service equipment or line and the ground terminal when the ground wire is hung.
At present, the hanging/dismantling state of the grounding wire is collected, a mechanical touch switch is usually adopted for identification, a micro switch is arranged at the hanging contact position of the grounding wire hook, and two contact points of the micro switch are conducted to form a detection loop. When the grounding wire is hung on a conductor to be grounded, the hook gravity or spring force triggers the micro switch to conduct the change state so as to judge that the grounding wire is in the hanging state; and if the microswitch is in the opposite state, judging that the grounding wire is in the dismantling state. However, this state acquisition method has several drawbacks:
(1) Only the connection action of the grounding wire can be identified, and whether the hook is well conducted with maintenance equipment or a circuit (a conductor needs to be grounded) cannot be detected.
(2) The operation recognition judgment of the micro switch cannot recognize whether the ground wire is a conductor or not, and even if the ground wire is attached to the insulator, the ground wire is erroneously judged to be attached in place.
(3) When the grounding wire is hung, one end of the grounding wire is well conducted with maintenance equipment or a circuit (a conductor to be grounded), and the other end of the grounding wire is well conducted with a grounding end (such as a grounding pile). The conduction connection of any end of the grounding wire has problems, and casualties and equipment damage can occur, so that electric safety production accidents are caused. The existing ground wire state detection technical means cannot guarantee reliable conduction state monitoring of two ends of a ground wire.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a ground wire apparatus, it should be noted that the service equipment/line in fig. 8 includes a conductor 60 to be grounded.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the ground line device in the present embodiment is provided with a state detection circuit. Specifically, the state detection circuit includes a line terminal pin 10, a ground cable 14, a ground terminal pin 13, a ground state detection device 70, a detection cable 40, and a detection assembly 20, which are electrically connected in this order. When not grounded, the line terminal clamp 10 is arranged in an insulating manner with the detection assembly 20; when the grounding conductor 60 is grounded, the grounding conductor is in abutting connection with the line terminal clamp 10 and the detection assembly 20 respectively, so that the line terminal clamp 10 and the detection assembly 20 are in conductive connection, and at the moment, the state detection circuit forms a conductive state detection loop.
Since the ground wire device in this embodiment is provided with the state detection circuit, when the ground wire device of the present invention is grounded, if the to-be-grounded conductor 60 is in abutting connection with the line terminal clamp 10 and the detection component 20, respectively, so that the line terminal clamp 10 and the detection component 20 are in conductive connection, the ground wire device can detect that the ground wire device is in contact with the to-be-grounded conductor 6060, and if the state detection circuit cannot form the conductive state detection circuit, it is indicated that the ground wire device is not in contact with the to-be-grounded conductor 6060. By the action of the ground state detection means 70, a corresponding state signal can be generated and transmitted out through the ground state detection means 70.
The grounding wire device in the embodiment can detect whether the grounding wire device is hung on a conductor or an insulator, can very simply identify whether the hanging position is in good contact with the grounding wire device, can prevent false situation of 'walking idle stroke' when the wiring grounding device is hung on the non-conductor insulator, and can be seen that the grounding wire device is more consistent with the actual grounding application situation, has stable and reliable structure and is not easy to have potential safety hazard.
When the grounding wire device is grounded, the to-be-grounded conductor 60 serves as a conducting connecting piece to bridge and conduct the wire terminal clamp 10 and the detection assembly 20. In other words, the conductor to be grounded 60 serves as a conductor bridging directly between the line terminal pin 10 and the sensing assembly 20.
Specifically, the to-be-grounded conductor 60 in this embodiment has a conducting surface 61, the line terminal clamp 10 has a contact surface 11, and in the process of grounding the line, the conducting surface 61 of the to-be-grounded conductor 60 can press the end of the detection component 20, that is, the conducting surface 61 of the to-be-grounded conductor 60 can be electrically connected with the contact surface 11 of the line terminal clamp 10, and the detection component 20 faces one end of the to-be-grounded conductor 60 and can be electrically connected with the conducting surface 61 of the to-be-grounded conductor 60. The conducting surface 61 in the present invention may be a plane surface, or may be a cambered surface or other regular or irregular contact surface. When the grounding is performed, if the conducting surface 61 is in contact with the contact surface 11 to realize electrical conduction, the contact surface 11 is conducted with the end part of the detection assembly 20, and the grounding is illustrated in place; if the conductive surface 61 is not electrically conductive with the contact surface 11, it is indicated that the ground is not in place.
Referring to fig. 7, when the ground wire device is grounded, the ground wire device is hung at the hanging point of the to-be-grounded wire conductor 6060, and at this time, the to-be-grounded wire conductor 60 is used as a conducting driving member to conduct the wire end clamp 10 and the detection assembly 20 automatically, so as to realize the grounding action, and meanwhile, a corresponding state signal is generated through the state detection circuit and transmitted through the ground wire state detection device 70. In other words, when the line terminal clamp 10 is fixedly connected with the conductor to be grounded 60, the conductor to be grounded 60 drives the detection assembly 20 to act, so that the detection assembly 20 abuts against the line terminal clamp 10 to realize electrical connection.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, when the grounding wire device is grounded, the grounding wire device is hung at a hanging node of the to-be-grounded wire conductor 6060, at this time, the to-be-grounded wire conductor 60 is in contact with the detecting component 20, so that the detecting component 20 acts, the wire end clamp 10 is in conductive connection with the detecting component 20, so that the wire end clamp 10 is in conductive connection with the detecting component 20, on one hand, the grounding action of the grounding wire device is realized, and meanwhile, the wire end clamp 10 is in conductive connection with the detecting component 20, and can also form a conductive state detecting loop, and send out a state signal and transmit the state signal through the ground wire state detecting device 70.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the detection assembly 20 in the present embodiment includes a detection probe 21, and the probe body of the detection probe 21 is a conductor, so as to be connected to the conductor 60 to be grounded in a conductive manner to form a conductive state detection circuit. When installed, the detection probe 21 is insulated and embedded on the line terminal clamp 10, and is electrically connected with the detection cable 40. In actual grounding, the detection probe 21 and the line terminal clamp 10 can be conducted only when the conductor 60 to be grounded is conducted with the contact surface 11 on the line terminal clamp 10, so that a conductive state detection loop is formed conveniently.
Specifically, the detecting assembly 20 in this embodiment further includes an elastic element 22, and the detecting probe 21 is telescopically mounted on the line terminal wire clamp 10 by the elastic element 22, so that the detecting probe 21 is reset after being compressed by the conductor 60 to be grounded by the action of the elastic element 22. When in installation, the line terminal clamp 10 is provided with an installation hole 12 for accommodating the detection assembly 20; one end of the detection cable 40 penetrates into the mounting hole 12 and is electrically connected with the detection assembly 20; one end of the detecting component 20 passes through the mounting hole 12 and is in interference connection with the conductor 60 to be grounded when being grounded.
The invention installs the flexible detecting probe 21 with spring insulated from line terminal wire clamp 10 on line terminal wire clamp 10, when the contact surface 11 of line terminal wire clamp 10 is separated from the conducting surface 61 of the conductor 60 to be grounded, i.e. not contacted, the detecting probe 21 is not electrically conducted with the line terminal wire clamp 10 itself installed; when the conductor 60 to be grounded contacts the line terminal clamp 10, the contact surface 11 contacts the detection probe 21 at the same time as the conduction surface 61 contacts, and at this time, since the conduction surface 61 is a conductor, the conduction surface 61 electrically conducts both the detection probe 21 and the contact surface 11 of the line terminal clamp 10 to which it is attached. Thus, by means of such a simple principle design, it is possible to detect whether two specific conductors are in a reliable contact connection or a disconnection.
Preferably, the elastic element 22 in the present embodiment is a spring, however, in other embodiments of the present invention, the elastic element 22 may be configured as an elastic rubber pad or a rubber ring, and other modifications within the scope of the present invention are possible.
An insulating element 30 is arranged in the mounting hole 12, and the detection assembly 20 is wrapped in the insulating element 30 in an insulating manner. The insulating element 30 is installed in the installation hole 12 and sleeved on the periphery of the detection assembly 20, so that the insulativity of the detection probe 21 and the line terminal clamp 10 is ensured, the detection probe 21 and the line terminal clamp 10 can be conducted only when the conductor 60 to be grounded is conducted with the contact surface 11 on the line terminal clamp 10, and the detection probe 21 can conveniently send a detection signal.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the ground wire apparatus further includes a ground lever 50, the line end clip 10 is mounted on the ground lever 50, and the line end clip 10 includes a hooking portion 51, the hooking portion 51 is provided with the above-described detecting member 20, and an inner surface of the hooking portion 51 forms the contact surface 11. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hooking portion 51 has an inverted U-shaped structure.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the ground wire device is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the hooking portion 51 in the present embodiment has a C-shaped structure.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, in order to facilitate clamping the conductor 60 to be grounded, the hook portion 51 in this embodiment includes a clamping block 52 and an adjusting lever 53, the clamping block 52 is disposed at an end of the adjusting lever 53, and the adjusting lever 53 is screwed onto the hook portion 51 and drives the clamping block 52 to move in a direction approaching or separating from the detection assembly 20. In the actual grounding wire process, the adjusting rod 53 is screwed to drive the clamping block 52 to move towards or away from the ground wire hanging state detecting device, so that the conductor 60 to be grounded is clamped or released conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the ground state detection device 70 is disposed on the ground terminal clamp 13, and the ground terminal clamp 13 is detachably disposed on the ground post 80. The ground wire state detecting device 70 is connected to the detection probe 21 via the detection cable 40.
Referring again to fig. 1 to 8, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for detecting a state of a ground wire device, where the ground wire device in this embodiment is the ground wire device in the above embodiment, and the method includes a grounding step, a detecting step, and a processing step.
In the grounding step, the line end clamp 10 is fixedly connected to the conductor 60 to be grounded of the maintenance equipment/line, so that the line end clamp 10 and the detection assembly 20 are in conductive connection; then fixedly connecting the grounding end wire clamp 13 to the ground wire pile 80; in the detection step, the ground state detection device 70 acquires the on signal of the state detection circuit; in the processing step, the ground state detecting device 70 determines whether the ground device is reliably connected to the conductor 60 to be grounded according to the on signal of the state detecting circuit, so as to form ground state information.
The ground wire device in the present invention further includes a transmission step of transmitting the ground state information to the ground wire management system through the ground wire state detection device 70. Specifically, the ground state detection device 70 transmits the ground state information to the computer key, which transmits the ground state information back to the ground management system.
Preferably, the computer key in this embodiment is connected to the ground state detecting device 70 in a wireless communication manner. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the computer key and the ground state detecting device 70 may be connected by a wired communication, and any other modification is within the scope of the present invention.
The above-mentioned ground wire device is used for the detection of the hanging/dismantling state of the temporary ground wire, the conductor to be grounded 60 is regarded as an overhaul equipment/line conductor to be overhauled, the line end wire clamp 10 is connected to the ground wire pile 80 as a ground wire detection cable, the contact surface 11 is regarded as a contact surface of the temporary ground wire device, and the telescopic detection assembly 20 is arranged on the line end wire clamp 10. When the grounding wire device is not hung on the conductor 60 to be grounded, the detection probe 21 is not conducted with the line terminal wire clamp 10, and when the grounding wire device is hung on the conductor 60 to be grounded, the conductor 60 to be grounded conducts the detection probe 21 with the grounding wire device, so that a conducting state detection loop can be formed, and whether the grounding wire is hung on the conductor to be grounded or not can be judged. If the status detection circuit is non-conductive, it may be determined that the temporary ground wire means has not been hung up.
In the state detection method of the grounding wire device, the grounding wire state detection device can generate corresponding grounding state information according to the conduction signal of the state detection circuit, and the grounding state information is transmitted to the grounding wire management system or transmitted to the computer key, and then transmitted back to the grounding wire management system by the computer key.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the grounding wire device and the state detection method thereof are completely different from the working principle of the mechanical micro switch in the background technology, and can automatically identify the grounding wire hanging/dismantling state. The grounding wire device and the state detection method thereof can very simply identify whether the hanging position is in good contact with the grounding wire device or not, and can prevent false situation of 'walking idle stroke' of the hook hanging on the insulator of the non-conductor, so that the method is more consistent with the practical grounding application situation.
That is, the grounding wire device and the state detection method thereof have the advantages of very simple principle, very few required devices, reliable and easy realization of circuits and low cost. If the state detection circuit of the ground wire device and the state detection method thereof is in a non-conductive state, it can be determined that the ground wire device is not hooked on or not hooked well with a conductor to be grounded.
The invention can prevent the ground wire hook from being artificially falsified and connected to the non-conductor, and if the hook is hooked to the non-conductor, the detection loop can not be conducted.
