碟式四通风道阀属于节能环保利用工程的范畴,尤其是一种集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统的配套运行体系。四通风道阀由阀体、碟形阀芯和限位电机组成;其特征是:阀体中间是阀芯室,阀芯室里装配碟形阀芯,碟形阀芯中轴导出阀体后装配限位电机;阀体周侧依次预留新风口、出风口、回风口、排风口;限位电机带动碟形阀芯旋转时有两个限位止点,分别是正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点。该发明属于一体式结构,构思新颖;能够作为核心部件接入集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统,完成集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统的内循环和外循环的相互切换。

技术领域
该发明属于节能环保利用工程的范畴,尤其是一种集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统的配套运行体系。
背景技术
现今,空气质量越来越差,雾霾严重,新风系统成为时代的新宠,新风系统多级过滤,净化了室内空气,逐渐成为家居、学校、医院、写字楼等高密度建筑群的标准配置。热泵系统由于其高效节能,冬季能制热,夏季可制冷的功能逐渐取代了空调系统,特别是地源热泵和水源热泵的节能效果更加明显,也逐渐成为家居、学校、医院、写字楼等高密度建筑群的标准配置。对于二者的合理切合是节省资源设计的重点,针对此需求,我们公司自主设计了集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统,该系统的运行离不开能够切换风道流通方式的四通风道阀,现阶段,四通风道阀一般利用普通风道阀拼接,成本高,稳定性差;因此,设计稳定性高的一体四通风道阀尤为必要。
发明内容
针对以上所需,特设计了这种碟式四通风道阀。
碟式四通风道阀,四通风道阀由阀体、碟形阀芯和限位电机组成;其特征是:阀体中间是阀芯室,阀芯室里装配碟形阀芯,碟形阀芯中轴导出阀体后装配限位电机;阀体周侧依次预留新风口、出风口、回风口、排风口;限位电机带动碟形阀芯旋转时有两个限位止点,分别是正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点。
如上所述,阀芯室与新风口、出风口、回风口、排风口导通;新风口和回风口相对,出风口和排风口相对;阀芯室上下对称预留中轴限位孔和中轴导出孔,中轴导出孔外侧预留限位电机固定孔。
如上所述,碟形阀芯呈碟形,中间预置中轴,中轴一端置入中轴限位孔,另一端从中轴导出孔导出阀体外侧;碟形阀芯周边与阀芯室内壁紧密结合,且能够在阀芯室内自由滑动。
如上所述,限位电机的动力输出轴与导出阀体外侧的中轴连接,限位电机利用限位电机固定孔固定在阀体上;限位电机能够带动碟形阀芯转动,限位电机设置正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点;限位电机正向旋转到正旋限位止点会自动停止,此时碟形阀芯处于新风口、出风口和排风口、回风口之间,新风口和出风口导通,回风口和排风口导通;限位电机反向旋转到反旋限位止点会自动停止,此时碟形阀芯处于新风口、排风口和出风口、回风口之间,回风口和出风口导通,新风口和排风口导通。
如上所述,限位电机外侧能够装配定时开关,定时开关能够任意设定时间段控制限位电机正向旋转或反向旋转,从而设定碟式四通风道阀的导通模式。
如上所述,碟式四通风道阀能够接入集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统,利用其可控的导通方式,取代连体式切换阀,完成集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统的内循环和外循环切换。
该发明的有益效果是:该发明属于一体式结构,构思新颖;能够作为核心部件接入集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统,完成集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统的内循环和外循环的相互切换。

碟式四通风道阀(4),四通风道阀由阀体(1)、碟形阀芯(2)和限位电机(3)组成;其特征是:阀体(1)中间是阀芯室(11),阀芯室(11)里装配碟形阀芯(2),碟形阀芯(2)的中轴(21)导出阀体(1)后装配限位电机(3);阀体(1)周侧依次预留新风口(12)、出风口(13)、回风口(14)、排风口(15);限位电机(3)带动碟形阀芯(2)旋转时有两个限位止点,分别是正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点。
如上所述,阀芯室(11)与新风口(12)、出风口(13)、回风口(14)、排风口(15)导通;新风口(12)和回风口(14)相对,出风口(13)和排风口(15)相对;阀芯室(11)对称预留中轴限位孔(16)和中轴导出孔(17),中轴导出孔(17)外围预留限位电机固定孔(18)。
如上所述,碟形阀芯(2)呈碟形,中间预置中轴(21),中轴(21)一端置入中轴限位孔(16),另一端从中轴导出孔(17)导出阀体(1)外侧;碟形阀芯(2)周边与阀芯室(11)内壁紧密结合,且能够在阀芯室(11)内自由滑动。
如上所述,限位电机(3)的动力输出轴与导出阀体(1)外侧的中轴(21)连接,限位电机(3)利用限位电机固定孔(18)固定在阀体(1)上;限位电机(3)能够带动碟形阀芯(2)转动,限位电机(3)设置正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点;限位电机(3)正向旋转到正旋限位止点会自动停止,此时碟形阀芯(2)处于新风口(12)、出风口(13)和排风口(15)、回风口(14)之间,新风口(12)和出风口(13)导通,回风口(14)和排风口(15)导通;限位电机(3)反向旋转到反旋限位止点会自动停止,此时碟形阀芯(2)处于新风口(12)、排风口(15)和出风口(13)、回风口(14)之间,回风口(14)和出风口(13)导通,新风口(12)和排风口(15)导通。
如上所述,限位电机(3)外侧能够装配定时开关(31),定时开关(31)能够任意设定时间段控制限位电机(3)正向旋转或反向旋转,从而设定碟式四通风道阀(4)的导通模式。
如上所述,碟式四通风道阀(4)能够接入集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统,利用其可控的导通方式,取代连体式切换阀,完成集中式热泵与新风匹配运行系统的内循环和外循环切换。

1.碟式四通风道阀(4),四通风道阀由阀体(1)、碟形阀芯(2)和限位电机(3)组成;其特征是:阀体(1)中间是阀芯室(11),阀芯室(11)里装配碟形阀芯(2),碟形阀芯(2)的中轴(21)导出阀体(1)后装配限位电机(3);阀体(1)周侧依次预留新风口(12)、出风口(13)、回风口(14)、排风口(15);限位电机(3)带动碟形阀芯(2)旋转时有两个限位止点,分别是正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碟式四通风道阀,其特征是:阀芯室(11)与新风口(12)、出风口(13)、回风口(14)、排风口(15)导通;新风口(12)和回风口(14)相对,出风口(13)和排风口(15)相对;阀芯室(11)对称预留中轴限位孔(16)和中轴导出孔(17),中轴导出孔(17)外围预留限位电机固定孔(18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碟式四通风道阀,其特征是:碟形阀芯(2)呈碟形,中间预置中轴(21),中轴(21)一端置入中轴限位孔(16),另一端从中轴导出孔(17)导出阀体(1)外侧;碟形阀芯(2)周边与阀芯室(11)内壁紧密结合,且能够在阀芯室(11)内自由滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碟式四通风道阀,其特征是:限位电机(3)的动力输出轴与导出阀体(1)外侧的中轴(21)连接,限位电机(3)利用限位电机固定孔(18)固定在阀体(1)上;限位电机(3)能够带动碟形阀芯(2)转动,限位电机(3)设置正旋限位止点和反旋限位止点;限位电机(3)正向旋转到正旋限位止点会自动停止,此时碟形阀芯(2)处于新风口(12)、出风口(13)和排风口(15)、回风口(14)之间,新风口(12)和出风口(13)导通,回风口(14)和排风口(15)导通;限位电机(3)反向旋转到反旋限位止点会自动停止,此时碟形阀芯(2)处于新风口(12)、排风口(15)和出风口(13)、回风口(14)之间,回风口(14)和出风口(13)导通,新风口(12)和排风口(15)导通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碟式四通风道阀,其特征是:限位电机(3)外侧能够装配定时开关(31),定时开关(31)能够任意设定时间段控制限位电机(3)正向旋转或反向旋转,从而设定碟式四通风道阀(4)的导通模式。
