Background
The screw air compressor is configured by a pre-manufactured set, only needs single power supply connection and compressed air connection, and is internally provided with a cooling system, so that the installation work is greatly simplified; the screw air compressor consistently provides high-quality compressed air for various industries due to the advantages of high efficiency, no maintenance, high reliability and the like.
The existing air compressor lacks good protective measures at an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, so that impurities in air are easy to suck, oil gas in a machine is easy to carry out, discharged compressed gas cannot be used immediately, and more impurities are collected on a screw rod; the partial protection structure also has the problems of inconvenient operation and inconvenient maintenance. In view of this, the present invention provides a screw air compressor, which has the following features:
(1) according to the screw air compressor, the air inlet plugging mechanism and the air outlet plugging mechanism which can rotate up and down are used, the air inlet plugging mechanism and the air outlet plugging mechanism can plug the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe when rotating in, the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are plugged and protected, a lot of dirt attached to the screw is avoided, friction is reduced, the screw is rotated out when in use, the operation is simple and convenient, and the mesh cover on the outer wall can filter dust and oil dirt, so that the exhausted air is cleaner;
(2) according to the screw air compressor, the second fixing pipe, the oil filtering mechanism and the second through pipe are of a three-section structure, and can be separated, so that the oil filtering mechanism is cleaned and replaced, and the oil filtering effect is guaranteed; through filter hopper and its inside separation blade, can improve the filter effect with gaseous oily particle bumping post.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a screw air compressor, which adopts an air inlet plugging mechanism and an air outlet plugging mechanism which can rotate up and down, wherein the air inlet plugging mechanism and the air outlet plugging mechanism can plug an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe when rotating in, and plug and protect the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe, so that a plurality of dirt is prevented from being attached to the screw, the friction is reduced, the screw is rotated out when in use, the operation is simple and convenient, and a mesh enclosure on the outer wall can filter dust and oil dirt, so that the exhausted air is cleaner; the second fixed pipe, the oil filtering mechanism and the second flow pipe are of a three-section structure and can be separated, so that the oil filtering mechanism is cleaned and replaced, and the oil filtering effect is ensured; through filter hopper and its inside separation blade, can improve the filter effect with gaseous oily particle bumping post.

Specifically, the oil filtering mechanism comprises an oil filtering pipe, an oil filtering plate, a filtering hopper, a side plate and separation blades, wherein the two ends of the oil filtering pipe are respectively in threaded connection with the second fixing pipe and the second flow pipe, the oil filtering plate is arranged inside the oil filtering pipe, the filtering hopper is distributed on the bottom surface of the oil filtering plate, the side wall of the oil filtering pipe is connected with the side plate through screws, the separation blades are distributed on the inner wall of the filtering hopper in a staggered mode from top to bottom, and the separation blades are arranged obliquely and downwards.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1-5, the screw air compressor according to the present invention includes an air inlet seat 1, a compressor case 2, an air inlet pipe 3, an air inlet plugging mechanism 4, an air outlet pipe 5, and an air outlet plugging mechanism 6; the surface of the air inlet seat 1 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 3, the interior of the air inlet pipe 3 is matched and connected with the air inlet plugging mechanism 4, and the air inlet plugging mechanism 4 is used for sealing the air inlet pipe 3 and introducing outside air into the air inlet pipe 3; the bottom surface of the compressor case 2 is communicated with the exhaust pipe 5, the exhaust pipe 5 is connected with the exhaust plugging mechanism 6 in a matched mode, and the exhaust plugging mechanism 6 is used for plugging the exhaust pipe 5 and draining compressed gas.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the air inlet pipe 3 is integrally formed by a first pipe 31 and a second pipe 32, the first pipe 31 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second pipe 32, the outer diameters of the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 are the same, the inner diameter of the second pipe 32 is smaller than that of the first pipe 31, an internal thread structure is distributed on the inner wall of the first pipe 31, and the inner wall of the second pipe 32 is a smooth structure; through set up two bodys in intake pipe 3, can conveniently admit air shutoff mechanism 4 and can lock the displacement from top to bottom.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the exhaust blocking mechanism 6 includes a second fixed pipe 61, an oil filtering mechanism 62, a second flow pipe 63 and a second cover plate 64, an equal-length internal thread structure is distributed on the inner wall of the exhaust pipe 5, the second fixed pipe 61, the oil filtering mechanism 62 and the second flow pipe 63 are of a sectional structure, the inner part of the exhaust pipe 5 is connected with the second fixed pipe 61 through a thread, the bottom of the second fixed pipe 61 is communicated with the oil filtering mechanism 62, the bottom end of the oil filtering mechanism 62 is communicated with the second flow pipe 63, the bottom end of the second flow pipe 63 is provided with the second cover plate 64, and the second cover plate 64 is used for covering and sealing the exhaust pipe 5; the exhaust pipe 5 can be protected by plugging through the exhaust plugging mechanism 6, so that external dust is prevented from entering.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the oil filtering mechanism 62 includes an oil filtering pipe 621, an oil filtering plate 622, a filtering hopper 623, a side plate 624 and a blocking piece 625, two ends of the oil filtering pipe 621 are respectively in threaded connection with the second fixing pipe 61 and the second circulation pipe 63, the oil filtering plate 622 is arranged inside the oil filtering pipe 621, the filtering hopper 623 is distributed on the bottom surface of the oil filtering plate 622, the side wall of the oil filtering pipe 621 is connected with the side plate 624 through a screw, the blocking pieces 625 are distributed on the inner wall of the filtering hopper 623 in a staggered manner from top to bottom, and the blocking pieces 625 are obliquely arranged downward; the oil filter mechanism 62 can be unscrewed, and the oil filter pipe 621 can be unscrewed for replacement and cleaning.
The air inlet plugging mechanism 4 and the air outlet plugging mechanism 6 which can rotate up and down are adopted, the air inlet plugging mechanism 4 and the air outlet plugging mechanism 6 can plug the air inlet pipe 3 and the air outlet pipe 5 when rotating, the air inlet pipe 3 and the air outlet pipe 5 are plugged and protected, a plurality of dirt is prevented from being attached to a screw rod, friction is reduced, the screw rod is screwed out when in use, the operation is simple and convenient, and the mesh enclosure on the outer wall can filter dust and oil dirt, so that the exhausted air is cleaner; the second fixed pipe 61, the oil filtering mechanism 62 and the second circulation pipe are of a three-section structure, and can be separated, so that the oil filtering mechanism 62 is cleaned and replaced, and the oil filtering effect is ensured; through filter hopper 623 and its inside separation blade 625, can be with gaseous oily granule bumping post, improve the filter effect. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) when the air inlet pipe does not work in daily life, the first fixing pipe 43 is screwed into the bottom of the first pipe body 31, the air inlet blocking mechanism 4 is embedded into the air inlet pipe 3, and the first cover plate 41 carries out sealing protection on the top of the air inlet pipe 3 to prevent external dust from entering; the second fixed pipe 61 is screwed into the top of the exhaust pipe 5, the exhaust plugging mechanism 6 is embedded into the exhaust pipe 5, and the second cover plate 64 seals the bottom end of the exhaust pipe 5; the interior of the machine is cleaner, so that a lot of dirt is prevented from being attached to the screw, and the friction is reduced;
(2) when the air inlet mesh enclosure 421 is completely exposed, the first fixing tube 43 and the bottom end of the second tube 32 abut against each other, and then the rotation can be stopped; the second cover plate 64 is rotated to make the second fixing pipe 61 be screwed out along the exhaust pipe 5, and when the exhaust mesh cover 631 is completely leaked, the rotation is stopped; the flow pipes are fixed at the screwing-out position;
(3) the outside air enters the first circulation pipe 42 after being filtered from the air inlet mesh enclosure 421, then is discharged to the air inlet seat through the first circulation pipe 42 and the central through hole of the first fixing pipe 43, then flows into the compressor case 2, forms compressed gas under the compression of the internal thread of the case, and finally is output to the exhaust pipe 5 and passes through the second fixing pipe 61 and the oil filtering mechanism 62; the gas is filtered by the oil filter plate 622, then passes through the filter bucket 623, is blocked and filtered by the baffle 625 in the filter bucket, and finally is discharged after being filtered by the exhaust mesh cover 631; impurities in the air can be effectively filtered through the air inlet mesh enclosure 421, the oil filtering mechanism 62 and the exhaust mesh enclosure 631, so that the finally discharged compressed air is cleaner and can quickly meet the use requirement; the cover plate can also form shielding on the mesh enclosure, so that the dust collection amount of the mesh enclosure is reduced;
(4) during routine maintenance, the leaked mesh enclosure can be cleaned, the oil filtering mechanism 62 can be screwed out, and then the oil filtering pipe 621 is rotated, so that the oil filtering pipe 621 is separated from the second fixing pipe 61 and the second circulation pipe 63 to be cleaned and replaced.
