The invention belongs to the field of hot galvanizing belt processing devices, and relates to a galvanized pot, in particular to an environment-friendly galvanized pot capable of preventing flue gas from overflowing.
Background
Hot galvanizing is also called hot dip galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing, is an effective metal corrosion prevention mode, and is mainly used for metal structure facilities in various industries. The rust-removed steel strip is immersed in molten zinc at about 500 ℃ to adhere a zinc layer to the surface of a steel member, so that the aim of corrosion prevention is fulfilled.
Because galvanized steel strip is galvanized through high-temperature zinc liquid, the temperature of the steel strip leaving the zinc pot is high, and after the steel strip leaves the zinc pot, part of the zinc liquid on the surface of the steel strip can react with oxygen in the air to form zinc oxide due to the gradual decrease of the external temperature, and part of the zinc liquid with high temperature can react with the steel strip to form zinc-iron alloy, which can affect the quality of the steel strip and the galvanized layer. Therefore, after the steel strip leaves the zinc liquid surface, the steel strip needs to be cooled so as to reduce side reactions after the galvanized steel strip leaves the zinc pot. However, the existing galvanized pot lacks a cooling function and cannot meet the requirement on improvement of the galvanization quality. And, during the galvanization reaction, white flue gas is generated, and if the flue gas is not treated, the environment of a workshop is polluted, and the health of workshop workers is threatened.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the environment-friendly galvanized pot which has the advantages of simple structure, improved galvanization quality, safety, environmental protection and easy realization and can prevent the overflow of flue gas.
The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly galvanization pot capable of preventing flue gas from overflowing is characterized in that: the galvanized steel strip cooling device comprises a galvanized pot body, guide wheels, a cooling mechanism and a smoke treatment mechanism, wherein a steel strip outlet and a steel strip inlet which are arranged up and down are respectively formed in the side wall of the front end of the galvanized pot body, the guide wheels are respectively arranged at the inner side ends of the steel strip outlet and the steel strip inlet, the guide wheels are uniformly distributed in the galvanized pot body, the cooling mechanism is hung at the upper end of the galvanized pot body, one side of the cooling mechanism is covered on the zinc liquid surface of the galvanized pot body through a telescopic plate, and the smoke treatment mechanism covered on the zinc liquid surface is arranged on the other side of the cooling mechanism.
The cooling mechanism is composed of a penetrating shell with front and rear openings, a fixed wheel, an adjusting wheel, a grate net and a fan, the adjusting wheel and the fan are installed on the inner top surface of the penetrating shell at intervals, the adjusting wheel is adjusted to lift through a screw rod on the top surface of the penetrating shell, the grate net is arranged at the lower end of the fan and the upper end of the bottom surface of the penetrating shell, the adjusting wheel extends out of the grate net at the upper end, and the fixed wheel is installed on the grate net at the lower end and is arranged opposite to the adjusting wheel.
The flue gas treatment mechanism consists of an air suction cover, an air suction fan, a pipeline and an air processor, wherein the air suction cover is arranged at the upper end of a gap between the cooling mechanism and one side wall of the galvanized pot body, the air suction cover is connected with the air suction fan through the pipeline, and the air processor is connected with the air suction fan through the pipeline.
And the bottom surface of the penetrating shell is of a slope structure which is inclined downwards from the expansion plate end to the smoke treatment mechanism end.
The telescopic plate comprises a fixed sleeve body, a telescopic plate body and a hook, wherein the hook with an upward opening is arranged on the inner wall of the galvanized pot body, the fixed sleeve body is arranged on the side part of the lower end of the penetrating shell of the cooling mechanism, the telescopic plate body is sleeved in the fixed sleeve body, one end of the telescopic plate body is connected with the inside of the fixed sleeve body, and the other end of the telescopic plate body is hooked on the hook on the inner wall of the galvanized pot body through the hook with the downward opening.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. when the environment-friendly galvanized pot capable of preventing flue gas from overflowing is used, a steel belt penetrates from a steel belt inlet, passes through guide wheels and then enters a penetrating shell of a cooling mechanism, the primary cleaning of zinc liquid is finished through wiping of sponges on a fixed wheel and an adjusting wheel, the purposes of air drying, cooling and steam blowing are achieved through the effect of a fan, and finally the cooled steel belt is sent to the next procedure from a steel belt outlet. The device has the advantages that the zinc liquid containing part of the galvanized pot body is a closed space, the smoke generated in the reaction can be controlled through the arrangement of the expansion plate and the smoke treatment mechanism, the smoke is prevented from diffusing everywhere, and the galvanized pot body is safe and environment-friendly after being treated by the air processor. The galvanized pot has compact structure, does not occupy redundant workshop space, is beneficial to the layout in workshops, and can be used by only hanging the cooling mechanism on the edge of the galvanized pot body. After the steel belt sent out of the zinc liquid level is wiped, air-dried and cooled, the occurrence of side reaction can be effectively avoided, and the galvanization quality is improved.
2. The cooling mechanism comprises a penetrating shell 7 with front and rear openings, a fixed wheel 6, an adjusting wheel 4, a grate net 9 and a fan 5, wherein the adjusting wheel and the fan are installed on the inner top surface of the penetrating shell at intervals, the adjusting wheel is adjusted to lift through a screw rod on the top surface of the penetrating shell, the grate net is arranged at the lower end of the fan and the upper end of the bottom surface of the penetrating shell, the adjusting wheel extends out from the grate net at the upper end, and the fixed wheel is installed on the grate net at the lower end and is arranged opposite to the adjusting wheel.
The flue gas treatment mechanism comprises an air suction cover 11, an air suction fan, a pipeline 12 and an air processor, wherein the air suction cover is arranged at the upper end of a gap between the cooling mechanism and one side wall of the galvanized pot body, the air suction cover is connected with the air suction fan through the pipeline, and the air processor is connected with the air suction fan through the pipeline.
The bottom surface of the penetrating shell is provided with a slope surface structure 8 which is inclined downwards from the end of the expansion plate to the end of the smoke treatment mechanism.
The telescopic plate comprises a fixed sleeve body, a telescopic plate body and a hook, wherein the hook with an upward opening is arranged on the inner wall of the galvanized pot body, the fixed sleeve body is arranged on the side part of the lower end of the penetrating shell of the cooling mechanism, the telescopic plate body is sleeved in the fixed sleeve body, one end of the telescopic plate body is connected with the inside of the fixed sleeve body, and the other end of the telescopic plate body is hooked on the hook on the inner wall of the galvanized pot body through the hook with the downward opening.
