Claims (11)

1. A blade transportation and storage support is used for transporting and storing blades (17) with double-end connecting bolts (15), wherein the double-end connecting bolts (15) are used for connecting the blades (17) and a hub, and is characterized by comprising a bottom platform (16), vertical rods are arranged on two sides of the bottom platform (16), movable transverse baffles (5) are arranged on the vertical rods, clamping grooves (18) used for being inserted between gaps of the double-end connecting bolts (15) are formed in the movable transverse baffles (5), detachable vertical plates (11) are further arranged on the bottom platform (16), the vertical plates (11) are provided with clamping grooves (18) used for being inserted between the gaps of the double-end connecting bolts (15),
wherein one end of the movable transverse baffle (5) is provided with a strip-shaped hole, the other end is provided with the clamping groove (18), and
wherein the upright is movable on the bottom platform (16).
2. Blade transportation and storage bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that the uprights are provided with bolt holes of different heights, and the mobile crosspiece (5) is fixed to the uprights by means of long bolts (6) passing through the strip-shaped holes and the bolt holes.
3. Blade transportation and storage rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the riser (11) is bolted to the bottom platform (16).
4. Blade transportation and storage rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the two opposite inner sides of the uprights and the upper surface of the bottom platform (16) are provided with elastic glue strips.
5. Blade transportation and storage rack according to claim 1, characterized in that a blade root conformal support surface (14) is arranged between the bottom platform (16) and the upright.
6. Blade transportation and storage rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper end of the uprights is provided with a stacking connection port (1) and the lower end of the uprights has a bottom connection port (19) matching the stacking connection port (1).
7. Blade transportation and storage bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that the blade transportation and storage bracket is further provided with connection bolt protection brackets (9) on both sides.
8. Blade transportation and storage rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the uprights comprise an upper upright (3) and a lower upright (8), the lower upright (8) being fixed to the bottom platform (16), the upper upright (3) being detachably mounted on the lower upright (8).
9. Blade transportation and storage rack according to claim 1, characterized in that said slots (18) are provided with a cushioning.
10. A method of blade transportation and storage, the method comprising:
providing a blade (17) mounted with a stud connection bolt (15);
-placing the blade (17) in a blade transport and storage rack according to any of claims 1 to 9;
-mounting said riser (11) on said bottom platform (16); the clamping grooves (18) of the vertical plates (11) are positioned between the gaps of the double-headed connecting bolts (15);
transversely moving the movable transverse baffle (5) to a position where the clamping groove (18) of the movable transverse baffle (5) enters the gap of the double-headed connecting bolt (15) and locking the movable transverse baffle (5);
and the double-head connecting bolt (15) adjacent to the clamping groove (18) of the movable transverse baffle (5) is provided with a limiting nut.
11. The blade transportation and storage method of claim 10, wherein the method comprises:
and a connecting bolt protective sleeve is arranged on the double-head connecting bolt (15) adjacent to the clamping groove (18).
