An adjustable portable commodity carrying device comprises a wheel (300), and is characterized by further comprising a pair of fixed arms (100) and at least one pair of rotating arms (200) which are connected in series, wherein the rotating arms (200) are rotationally connected with the fixed arms (100), the rotating arms (200) can be folded together with the fixed arms (100) or can be unfolded to form a certain angle with the fixed arms (100), and the wheel (300) is respectively arranged at the bottoms of the rotating arms (200) and the fixed arms (100); the rotating arm (200) is rotationally connected with the fixed arm (100) through a connecting mechanism (400), the connecting mechanism (400) comprises a fixed block (410) connected with the fixed arm (100), a rotating block (420) connected with the rotating arm (200) and a first limiting piece (430), the fixed block (410) is provided with a fixed slot (411), the rotating block (420) is rotationally arranged in the fixed slot (411), the first limiting piece (430) comprises a circular lower end (431) and a polygonal upper end (432), the fixed block (410) is provided with a first limiting slot (412) penetrating through the fixed block (410) and matched with the first limiting piece (430), the rotating block (420) is provided with a second limiting slot (413) matched with the first limiting piece (430), and the first limiting piece (430) can be pulled and arranged in the first limiting slot (412) and the second limiting slot (413).
