The second transmission mechanism specifically comprises a second driving device 13, a second nut 14 and a second ball screw 12 which is horizontally arranged. One end of the second ball screw 12 is connected with an output shaft of the second driving device 13, and the other end of the second ball screw 12 is provided with a limiting block. The second driving device 13 is fixed to a side portion of the mounting base 11. The second nut 14 is mounted on the second ball screw 12 and can be driven by the second driving device 13 to move horizontally along the second ball screw 12. The second actuating device 13 is electrically connected to a horizontal push button. The horizontal buttons are provided on the control panel 4. The second nut 14 is provided with a horizontal supporting plate 7, and the bedpan body 6 is arranged on the horizontal supporting plate 7. The second driving device 13 may be a micro motor or an electric motor.
The first through hole 2 is a sitting type pit and is h1 away from the end serving as the head of the bed, the second through hole 3 is a lying type pit and is h2 away from the end serving as the head of the bed, and h1 is less than h 2. Specifically, the first through hole 2 and the second through hole 3 are both circular through holes, and the distances indicated by h1 and h2 are both straight distances from the center point of the circular through hole to the end serving as the head of the bed.
If the length of the bed plate 1 is L, the length relations between h1 and h2 and the bed plate 1 are respectively: 1/2L < h1 < 2/3L,2/3L < h1 < 3/4L. Wherein, the first through hole 2 is positioned at the position of 1/2L < h1 < 2/3L, and people with different heights or heights can adapt to sitting or squatting toilet postures; the second through hole 3 is arranged at the position of 2/3L < h1 < 3/4L, so that people with different heights can adapt to the horizontal toilet posture, and the use of more people is met to the maximum extent.

As shown in figures 3 and 4, the bedpan body 6 comprises a bottom plate 21, a bedpan 6-2 and a body support seat 6-1. The basin body supporting seat 6-1 is arranged on the bottom plate 21, and a cavity with an opening at the top is arranged on the basin body supporting seat 6-1. The bottom plate 21 is fixed on the horizontal support plate 7. The top of the cavity is detachably connected with the bedpan 6-2, and the operation of replacing the bedpan 6-2 is convenient when the bedpan 6-2 is damaged. The bottom of the cavity is provided with a washing mechanism 19 for washing the buttocks.
The bedpan 6-2 comprises a bedpan panel 6-23, and a clamping plate 6-22 is arranged at one end of the bedpan panel 6-23. The bedpan panel 6-23 is provided with a sunken bedpan groove 6-21. The catch plates 6-22 and the sunken bedpan grooves 6-21 are all positioned on the same side of the bedpan panel 6-23. The side wall bodies of the toilet basins 6-21 are provided with flushing holes 20, and the flushing holes 20 are arranged opposite to the clamping plates 6-22. The bottom of the bedpan groove 6-21 is provided with a sewage draining exit which is connected with a sewage draining pipe 15. In this embodiment, the waste outlet is provided at the bottom of the bowl slots 6-21 at the end opposite the flush opening 20. The flushing mechanism 19 sprays water into the bidet grooves 6 to 21 through the flushing holes 20. In this embodiment, the catch plates 6-22 are integrally formed with the pan panel 6-23. When the bedpan panel 6-23 is arranged on the basin body supporting seat 6-1, the bedpan groove 6-21 is positioned in the cavity of the basin body supporting seat 6-1, and the snap plate 6-22 is clamped on the outer wall of the basin body supporting seat 6-1.
An arc-shaped splash guard 6-11 is arranged on the basin body supporting seat 6-1, and when the bedpan 6-2 and the basin body supporting seat 6-1 are arranged, the arc-shaped splash guard 6-11 and the flushing hole 20 are positioned at the same end of the basin body supporting seat 6-1. The arc-shaped splash guard 6-11 can prevent urine from splashing or water drops from spraying when urine is urinated.
The flushing mechanism 19 comprises a water tank 19-2, a water inlet pipe 19-3, a water outlet pipe 19-4, a micro water pump 19-5 and a spray head 19-1. The water tank 19-2 is arranged on a bottom plate 21, and the bottom plate 21 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the basin body supporting seat 6-1 through a connecting piece. A water inlet is arranged on the water tank 19-2, and a water outlet is arranged on the side part of the water tank 19-2. One end of the water inlet pipe 19-3 is connected with the water inlet, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 19-3 penetrates out of the shell of the basin body supporting seat 6-1, so that water can be conveniently added into the water tank 19-2. One end of the water outlet pipe 19-4 is connected with the water outlet, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 19-4 is connected with the water inlet end of the micro water pump 19-5. The water outlet end of the micro water pump 19-5 is connected with a spray head 19-1 through a spray pipe 19-6, and the spray head 19-1 is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity through a bracket and is aligned with a flushing hole 20 arranged at the side part of the bedpan groove 6-21. The micro water pump 19-5 is electrically connected with a washing button which is arranged on the control panel 4. The controller is a 51 single chip microcomputer or a PLC controller.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the control panel 4 includes a controller, a pit selection button, and a reset button. And the I/O interface of the controller is respectively connected with the lifting button, the horizontal button, the flushing button, the pit slot selecting button and the reset button. The pit selection button comprises a sitting pit button and a lying pit button. The controller sequentially controls the second transmission mechanism and the first transmission mechanism according to the pit slot selection button to convey the bedpan body 6 into the first through hole 2 or the second through hole 3.
Furthermore, the bottom surface of the toilet bowl groove 6-21 is of an inclined surface structure and gradually inclines downwards along the direction far away from the flushing hole 20, and the inclination angle of the inclined surface structure is 20-450 degrees along the counterclockwise direction. Namely, the bottom surfaces of the urinal grooves 6-21 are arranged from high to low in an inclined way, the high end is a flushing hole 20, and the low end is a sewage outlet. According to the principle that water flows to a lower position, the water sprayed by the flushing mechanism 19 can fall to the end with the deeper depth to prevent water drops from splashing and overflowing everywhere; and facilitates the discharge of feces. Through repeated experiments, when the inclination angle of the inclined plane structure is between 20 and 45 degrees along the anticlockwise direction, the splashing prevention effect is optimal, and the effect that no water drops are splashed out can be almost achieved by flushing the buttocks after the spray head 19-1 discharges water. It is known that the automatic buttocks washing function for defecation and urination on a bed is not only provided with the washing mechanism 19, but also is very easy to cause splashing of water drops during the washing process to wet bed sheets and bedclothes, so that the arrangement of the structure of the bedpan grooves 6-21 can obviously improve the practicability of automatically washing the buttocks.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the sewage pipe 15 is connected with the sewage outlet at the bottom of the bedpan groove 6-21 after penetrating into the bottom plate 21.
As shown in fig. 7, the hydrophobic deodorizing mechanism 17 includes an elastic restoring member 17-1, a hydrophobic air-permeable layer 17-2, a deodorizing filter 17-3, and a first pressing member 17-5. One end of the elastic resetting piece 17-1 is movably hinged on the inner wall of the sewage discharge pipe 15, and the other end of the elastic resetting piece 17-1 is fixedly connected with the lateral part of the hydrophobic breathable layer 17-2. The elastic restoring member 17-1 may be a restoring spring. The lower end of the curved groove 17-4 is horizontally provided with a supporting plate, and the distance between the supporting plate and the top end of the curved groove 17-4 is equal to the width of the inner diameter of the sewage discharge pipe 15. When the deodorizing filter 17-3 contains a large amount of moisture and has a large weight, the supporting plate is provided to support the bottom end of the deodorizing filter 17-3 to prevent the deodorizing filter from being dragged down. The hydrophobic breathable layer 17-2 is horizontally arranged in the sewage discharge pipe 15. The deodorizing filter 17-3 is connected with the bottom of the hydrophobic breathable layer 17-2 and is used for adsorbing odor. The inner wall of the sewage discharge pipe 15 is provided with a curved surface groove 17-4, the curved surface groove 17-4 is in a semicircular structure, and of course, the structure can also be in other structures matched with the size of the deodorizing filter 17-3. The opening of the curved surface groove 17-4 is communicated with the interior of the sewage discharge pipe 15 and is positioned below the elastic resetting piece 17-1. The first extrusion 17-5 is fixed in the curved groove 17-4, and particularly, the first extrusion 17-5 is of a hard conical structure. When the deodorizing filter 17-3 in the horizontal direction is used, the deodorizing filter 17-3 gradually increases the self gravity or the hydrophobic breathable layer 17-2 rotates to the curved groove 17-4 around the elastic reset piece 17-1 under the action of downward external force and contacts with the top end of the first extrusion piece 17-5 in the curved groove 17-4 so as to control the conduction of the sewage discharge pipe 15.
As shown in fig. 8, the deodorizing filter 17-3 includes a sponge 23. In this embodiment, the sponge 23 is a semi-circular structure, that is, the upper end of the sponge 23 is a circular wide surface with the largest cross section, and the lower end is a circular narrow surface with a gradually decreasing cross section, so that the structure corresponds to the gradual increase of the deodorizing filter 17-3 along with the self gravity, and the sponge 23 is free to rotate to the curved surface groove 17-4 under the action of the self gravity. The sponge body 23 is sprayed or impregnated with activated carbon 24 for gas deodorization, the activated carbon 24 is uniformly distributed in the sponge body 23, and the sponge body 23 is coated with a polypropylene breathable layer 22. The polypropylene breathable layer 22 is distributed with a plurality of air holes, and the aperture of the air holes is smaller than the particle size of the active carbon 24.
As shown in fig. 9, the hydrophobic air-permeable layer 17-2 comprises a mounting frame, a glass wool layer 17-203, a waterproof air-permeable membrane 17-202 and a super-hydrophobic membrane 17-201 which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The bottom end of the mounting rack is connected with the deodorizing filter 17-3, and the upper end of the mounting rack is connected with the bottom of the glass wool layer 17-203. The mounting frame specifically comprises an upper support 17-204 and a lower support 17-205, the upper support 17-204 and the lower support 17-205 are connected at intervals in the vertical direction, a space enclosed between the connected upper support 17-204 and the lower support 17-205 is a clamping space, and a plurality of clamping pieces are arranged on the upper support 17-204 and the lower support 17-205 respectively. Specifically, the bottom of the glass wool layer 17-203 and the top of the deodorizing filter 17-3 are respectively extended into the card and the space, and then the glass wool layer 17-203 and the deodorizing filter 17-3 are fixed through the fasteners arranged on the upper bracket 17-204 and the lower bracket 17-205, specifically, one end of each fastener is fixed on the mounting frame, and the other end of each fastener is connected to the side of the glass wool layer 17-203 and/or the deodorizing filter 17-3. Of course, the deodorizing filter 17-3 having the sponge 23 structure may be integrally formed with the hydrophobic air-permeable layer 17-2.
The top of the glass wool layer 17-203 is connected with the bottom of the waterproof breathable film 17-202 through an adhesive layer, and the top of the waterproof breathable film 17-202 is connected with the bottom of the super-hydrophobic film 17-201 through the adhesive layer. The super-hydrophobic membrane 17-201 is a polytetrafluoroethylene coating, can prevent foreign matters such as excrement and the like from being attached to the surface of the hydrophobic breathable layer 17-2, has the functions of self-cleaning and easy cleaning, and prevents bacteria from breeding. The waterproof and breathable films 17-202 can be any one of PU films, TPU films or polytetrafluoroethylene films.
As shown in fig. 2, an odor isolation mechanism 18 is provided at the top inside the excrement collection box 16. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the odor barrier mechanism 18 includes a mounting net 25 and a sponge 23 provided on the mounting net 25. The mounting net 25 is a hollow structure and is mounted at the top of the excrement collecting box 16, and when the excrement collecting box is used, the bottom end of the sewage discharge pipe 15 penetrates through the top of the excrement collecting box 16 and then penetrates through the mounting net to extend into the excrement collecting box. Therefore, the installation net 25 and the middle part of the sponge body 23 on the installation net 25 are both provided with installation holes for the sewage discharge pipe 15 to penetrate. The bottom of the sponge body 23 is fixed on the installation net 25 through a deformation support, and the bottom of the sponge body 23 and the top surface of the installation net 25 have a height difference in the vertical direction. The deformation support is a sponge leg or a spring leg. The sponge body 23 is sprayed or impregnated with active carbon 24 for absorbing odor, the active carbon 24 is uniformly distributed in the sponge body 23, and the sponge body 23 is coated with a polypropylene breathable layer 22. The polypropylene breathable layer 22 is distributed with a plurality of air holes, and the aperture of the air holes is smaller than the particle size of the active carbon 24.
The top surface of the mounting net 25 is mounted with a second extrusion 27, the second extrusion 27 being of a rigid conical structure. The second presser 27 is provided with a detection sensor 26 on both sides. The detection sensor 26 is fixed on the installation net 25 and connected with an alarm, and the detection end of the detection sensor 26 and the top end of the second extrusion piece 27 are positioned on the same horizontal plane to detect whether the sponge body 23 reaches the maximum adsorption value. In use, the sponge 23 in a horizontal position lowers its center of gravity with increasing gravity until it contacts and presses the top end of the second pressing member 27 on the mounting net 25. As shown in fig. 5, when the present invention is used:
1) firstly, selecting a first through hole 2 or a second through hole 3 according to the needs of a patient, then correspondingly pressing a pit slot selection button, driving a bedpan body 6 to horizontally move to the lower part of the corresponding through hole by a second transmission mechanism, then vertically and upwards sliding the bedpan body 6 into the corresponding through hole under the driving of a first transmission mechanism, and stopping rotating until the top surface of the bedpan body 6 and the upper surface of a bed plate 1 are positioned on the same plane, so that the patient can go to the toilet;
2) if the excrement is the excrement, the washing button can be pressed, the micro water pump 19-5 works, so that water in the water tank 19-2 is conveyed to the spray head 19-1, the hip of the patient is washed through the spray head 19-1, the patient controls the washing time according to needs, the micro water pump 19-5 is pressed again to be closed, and the spray head 19-1 stops water outlet;
3) when in use, the drainage and deodorization mechanism 17 rotates to the curved groove 17-4 around the elastic reset piece 17-1 under the impact force of water flow and the gravity action of excrement, the blow-off pipe 15 is communicated, and the excrement and water are discharged to the excrement collection box 16 through the blow-off pipe 15 and collected; if the urine is urinated, the drainage and deodorization mechanism 17 is driven by the flushing of water flow, the drainage pipe 15 is also conducted, and the water flow and the urine are discharged into the excrement collecting box 16; if the medical bedpan is not used, the drainage and deodorization mechanism 17 has no downward external force, and the drainage pipe 15 is not conducted under normal conditions, so that the functions of water isolation and deodorization are achieved; if the storage time is longer, the odor adsorbed by the deodorizing filter 17-3 is increased continuously and reaches the maximum adsorption value, the deodorizing filter 17-3 rotates to the curved surface groove 17-4 around the elastic resetting piece 17-1, and contacts and is mutually extruded with the first extrusion piece 17-5 to extrude the moisture in the deodorizing filter 17-3, and the weight of the deodorizing filter 17-3 is reduced and automatically reset after the moisture is extruded to a certain degree;
4) after the defecation and urination are finished, the reset button is pressed, and the bedpan body 6 can be reset to a state of waiting to work.

In this embodiment, after the bedpan body 6 is inserted into the through hole, the top of the bedpan body 6 and the upper surface of the bed plate 1 are judged to be at the same horizontal height, and the operation sequence and the operation time of the first driving device 9 and the second driving device 13 can be specifically set through induction by the induction sensor or program control of the controller.
Further improving the flushing comfort, a regulating valve for regulating the water yield of the spray head 19-1 can be arranged on the spray pipe 19-6 connected with the spray head 19-1, the regulating valve is in signal connection with a controller, and a flushing gear button is correspondingly arranged on the control panel 4.
