一种触电断路器设计,涉及单相交流电线路的单极L线触电保护和双线触电保护。。
背景技术
目前市场上的关于单相交流电路的触电保护基本上是漏电型断路器,此类断路器能灵敏地感测因人体触电产生L线和N线电流不相等的“漏电”,从而快速断路切断电流,保护人的安全。但是,当人体触电所引起的漏电值没有达到某一设定值时,该类断路器不反应,仍使人体受到“无回路”的触电“冲击”,当人受到触电震颤时该类漏电断路器不会快速断开电源,或者人体发生双线触电时,由于没有漏电值,所述断路器也不会跳闸,人体没能受到保护。本发明针对所述问题作出设计,在人体发生漏电值极小的(即使小于目前漏电断路器的最小漏电动作值)单相交流触电时或人体发生双线触电时按本发明设计出来的断路器能及时切电源,能使人体得到更大程度的保护。不过该发明的实施会要求把一般的单相交流线路插头设计成N插头脚稍长于L插头脚,这是本发明目前的缺憾所在。
发明内容
一种触电断路器设计电路构成及各部件连接关系:L线初端的保险丝1和发光LED2并联,光敏电阻2.1和发光LED2.2串联,光敏电阻2.1的另一脚接直流电源3的正极,发光LED2.2的阴极接直流电源3的负极;光敏电阻2.3和发光LED2.4串联,光敏电阻2.3的另一脚接直流电源3的正极,发光LED2.4的阴极接直流电源3的负极;发光LED2的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻2.1的受光面,发光LED2.2的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻2.3的受光面,发光LED2.4的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻4的受光面,所有发光LED和光敏电阻均用黑色材料严格包络,匀不可使外光进入;光敏电阻4和常开继电器5的线圈串联,两者的另一脚连接3V直流电源3。N线初端的保险丝6和发光LED7并联,光敏电阻7.1和发光LED7.2串联,光敏电阻7.1的另一脚接直流电源3的正极,发光LED7.2的阴极接直流电源3的负极;光敏电阻7.3和发光LED7.4串联,光敏电阻7.3的另一脚接直流电源12的正极,发光LED7.4的阴极接直流电源12的负极;发光LED7的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻7.1的受光面,发光LED7.2的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻7.3的受光面,发光LED7.4的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻8的受光面,所有发光LED和光敏电阻均用黑色材料严格包络,匀不可使外光进入;光敏电阻8和常闭继电器9的线圈串联,两者的另一脚连接3V直流电源12。常开继电器5、常闭继电器9限流电阻10、限流电阻13、断路器之零序互感器初级线圈14互相串联,此串联电路由3V直流电源11供电。
本发明工作原理:闭合电路瞬间或在不漏电情况下电流突变,保险丝1和保险丝2通过浪涌电流,在发光LED2和发光LED7两端产生感应电动势,激发所述LED瞬间发光,由于两个继电器闭合和断开状态不一致,虽然所有被瞬间照射的光敏电阻之阻值迅速减小,继电器线圈电流因此增大而发生动作,但断路器之互感器初级线圈所在串联电路仍断开,断路器不动作。如果人体单线触碰L线或双线触碰L线和N线时,不管“漏电”电流有多小,由于总会发生人体“先”触碰L线的情形,会出现发光LED2先于发光LED7发出光的情形,那么光敏电阻2.1先于光敏电阻7.1迅速减小使常开继电器接通,当常闭继电器9之线圈仍未通电而继续闭合其触点时,便使断路器之互感器初级线圈12得到电流导通,断路器迅速动作切断电源,保护人体,使人及时脱离交流电。

1.一种触电断路器设计电路构成及各部件连接关系:L线初端的保险丝1和发光LED2并联,光敏电阻2.1和发光LED2.2串联,光敏电阻2.1的另一脚接直流电源3的正极,发光LED2.2的阴极接直流电源3的负极;光敏电阻2.3和发光LED2.4串联,光敏电阻2.3的另一脚接直流电源3的正极,发光LED2.4的阴极接直流电源3的负极;发光LED2的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻2.1的受光面,发光LED2.2的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻2.3的受光面,发光LED2.4的出光面紧贴正对光敏电阻4的受光面,所有发光LED和光敏电阻均用黑色材料严格包络,匀不可使外光进入;光敏电阻4和常开继电器5的线圈串联,两者的另一脚连接3V直流电源3。
