automatic unlocking: when unlocking is needed, the driving member 361 drives the transmission assembly 362 to move, the transmission assembly 362 extrudes the baffle plate 38 to enable the baffle plate 38 to withdraw from the locking groove, the lock tongue is automatically switched to the unlocking position under the action of the first resetting member 37, at the moment, the baffle plate 38 triggers the second detecting member, and the second detecting member controls the driving member 361 to stop, so that unlocking is completed.
Emergency unlocking: when emergency unlocking is needed, the lock cylinder 311 is turned through the emergency unlocking key, the output shaft of the lock cylinder 311 extrudes the emergency unlocking piece 312, the emergency unlocking piece 312 rotates and drives the baffle 38 to withdraw from the locking groove, and the lock tongue is automatically switched to the unlocking position under the action of the first reset piece 37, so that emergency unlocking is realized.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, a plurality refers to at least two.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. solves the problem of inconvenient use of the gun locking device in the prior art;
2. the double positioning is realized through the positioning hole and the gun handle locking assembly, so that the convenience in gun locking is improved, and the gun handle locking assembly is convenient to operate;

Claims (9)

1. A firearm positioning and locking device comprising:
a support (10), wherein the support (10) is provided with a positioning hole (20) for accommodating the penetration of a gun barrel;
a pistol grip locking assembly (30), the pistol grip locking assembly (30) having a detent (32) for receiving a pistol grip, the detent (32) cooperating with the detent hole (20) to position the firearm in its entirety on the support (10); the gun handle locking assembly (30) comprises a lock tongue, wherein the lock tongue is provided with a locking position extending into the positioning groove (32) and an unlocking position exiting from the positioning groove (32), and when the lock tongue is in the locking position, the lock tongue stops the retreating path of the gun handle to limit the gun barrel to retreating along the axial direction of the positioning hole (20) so as to realize the gun locking; when the lock tongue is positioned at the unlocking position, the lock tongue releases the limit on the retreating path of the gun handle, and the gun barrel can be withdrawn along the axial direction of the positioning hole (20) to unlock the gun;
the grip lockout assembly (30) further includes:
the shell (31), the said shell (31) has said locating groove (32), the said spring bolt is connected with said shell (31) movably;
the driving assembly (36) is connected with the shell (31) and drives the lock tongue to move so as to switch the lock tongue from the unlocking position to the locking position;
the gun handle locking assembly (30) further comprises a baffle plate (38), the baffle plate (38) is movably connected with the shell (31), the lock tongue is provided with a locking groove, and one end of the baffle plate (38) can extend into the locking groove to lock the lock tongue at the locking position;
the drive assembly (36) includes:
a driving member (361);
the transmission assembly (362) is in driving connection with the output end of the driving piece (361), the transmission assembly (362) is provided with a protruding structure (363), the lock tongue is provided with an extending section, the driving piece (361) drives the protruding structure (363) to move, and the protruding structure (363) presses the extending section to drive the lock tongue to move;
the transmission assembly (362) further comprises a stirring section (364), and when the driving piece (361) drives the transmission assembly (362) to move, the stirring section (364) drives the baffle plate (38) to withdraw from the locking groove so as to unlock the lock tongue.
2. The firearm positioning and locking device of claim 1, wherein the locking bolt comprises:
a tongue body (34);
the toggle piece (35), one end of the toggle piece (35) is pivotally connected with the shell (31), and the other end of the toggle piece (35) is connected with the lock tongue body (34) and can drive the lock tongue body (34) to switch between the locking position and the unlocking position.

Firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the firearm locking assembly (30) further comprises a first return element (37), the ends of the first return element (37) respectively abutting against the bolt and the housing (31) to provide the bolt with a return force switching from the locked position back to the unlocked position.
4. The firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, wherein said transmission assembly (362) comprises a plurality of bevel gears engaged in sequence, and at least one of said bevel gears has said projection (363) thereon, said protruding section protruding in a direction toward the bevel gear having said projection (363).
5. The firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, wherein the firearm locking assembly (30) further comprises an emergency unlocking assembly (310), the emergency unlocking assembly (310) comprising:
a lock cylinder (311), wherein the lock cylinder (311) is connected with the shell (31), and unlocking Kong Wai of the lock cylinder (311) is exposed to the shell (31);
the emergency unlocking piece (312), one end of the emergency unlocking piece (312) is abutted with the lock cylinder (311), and the other end of the emergency unlocking piece (312) stretches into the baffle plate (38) and drives the baffle plate (38) to withdraw from the locking groove under the rotation of the lock cylinder (311);
the two ends of the second reset piece (39) are respectively abutted with the shell (31) and the emergency unlocking piece (312) so as to provide reset force for driving the baffle plate (38) to extend into the lock tongue for the emergency unlocking piece (312).
6. The firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, wherein the firearm locking assembly (30) further comprises:
a pushing member (320), wherein the pushing member (320) is slidably connected with the housing (31), and at least part of the pushing member (320) extends into the positioning groove (32);
and the detection component (330) is connected with the shell (31) and is positioned on the movement path of the pushing piece (320) and/or the baffle plate (38) so as to detect the position of the pushing piece (320) and/or the baffle plate (38) and control the action of the driving component (36) according to the position of the pushing piece (320) and/or the baffle plate (38).
7. The firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, wherein the firearm locking assembly (30) further comprises a turn knob (340), the turn knob (340) being coupled to the locking bolt, and at least a portion of the turn knob (340) extending out of the housing (31) and having relative movement with the housing (31) to manually operate the locking bolt.
8. The firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, further comprising a barrel sleeve (40), the barrel sleeve (40) being nested within the positioning hole (20).
9. Firearm positioning and locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the firearm locking assembly (30) further comprises a backing plate (33), said backing plate (33) being arranged axially in succession along the side wall of the positioning groove (32).
