A paper surface size press characterized by: comprises a support rod (1), a conveying structure (2), a guide structure (3), a leveling structure (4), a glue applying structure (5), a glue feeding structure (6) and an air supply structure (7); the top end of the supporting rod (1) for supporting other parts is provided with the conveying structure (2) for conveying paper, and one end of the conveying structure (2) departing from the supporting rod (1) is fixedly provided with the guide structure (3) for limiting and guiding the advancing paper; one end, close to the guide structure (3), of the conveying structure (2) is provided with a leveling structure (4) for flattening paper, and one end, away from the guide structure (3), of the leveling structure (4) is provided with a glue applying structure (5) for applying glue to the surface of the paper; the glue feeding structure (6) used for supplying glue to the glue applying structure (5) is arranged at one end, away from the conveying structure (2), of the glue applying structure (5), and the air supply structure (7) used for drying the glue on the surface of the paper is arranged at one end, away from the supporting rod (1), of the conveying structure (2);
the conveying structure (2) comprises two vertical plates (21), motors (22), roll shafts (23) and conveying belts (24), the two vertical plates (21) are vertically arranged at the top end of the supporting rod (1) in a parallel relation, the two roll shafts (23) are rotatably connected between the two vertical plates (21), the two roll shafts (23) are rotatably connected through the conveying belts (24), the motors (22) are fixed at one ends of the vertical plates (21), and a transmission shaft of each motor (22) is fixedly connected with one roll shaft (23);
the guide structure (3) comprises a guide sleeve (31), a guide groove (32) and guide columns (33), the inverted L-shaped guide sleeve (31) is arranged at one end, away from the support rod (1), of the vertical plate (21), the guide groove (32) is formed in the guide sleeve (31), the guide columns (33) which are linearly distributed are rotatably connected in the guide sleeve (31), and the guide columns (33) are arranged in parallel;
the leveling structure (4) comprises two adjusting screw rods (41), bearings (42), a press roller (43), sliding blocks (44) and upright columns (45), the two upright columns (45) are arranged at one end, close to a fixed sleeve (52), of the vertical plate (21) in parallel, the sliding blocks (44) are connected to the inside of the upright columns (45) in a sliding mode, the press roller (43) is connected between the two sliding blocks (44) in a rotating mode, the bearings (42) are fixed to the top ends of the sliding blocks (44), the adjusting screw rods (41) penetrate through the upright columns (45) and extend to the inside of the bearings (42), the adjusting screw rods (41) are connected with the sliding blocks (44) in a rotating mode through the bearings (42), and the adjusting screw rods (41) are connected with the upright columns (45) in a threaded mode;
the glue applying structure (5) comprises a limiting roller (51), a fixing sleeve (52), a glue applying roller (53), fixing blocks (54) and first springs (55), the concave fixing sleeve (52) is fixed at one end, close to the upright post (45), of the upright plate (21), the limiting roller (51) is rotatably connected inside the fixing sleeve (52), the fixing blocks (54) are slidably connected inside the side walls of the two ends of the fixing sleeve (52), the glue applying roller (53) is rotatably connected between the two fixing blocks (54), and the first springs (55) are fixed at the top ends of the fixing blocks (54);
the glue inlet structure (6) comprises a hopper (61), a feeding pipe (62), an ejector rod (63), a sealing plug (64), a flow channel (65), a second spring (66) and a connecting sleeve (67), the feeding pipe (62) is arranged inside the fixed sleeve (52), the bottom end of the feeding pipe (62) is of an arc-shaped structure, the top end of the feeding pipe (62) is fixed to the hopper (61), the inner portion of the feeding pipe (62) is connected with the inverted L-shaped ejector rod (63) in a sliding mode, the bottom end of the ejector rod (63) is of an arc-shaped structure, the connecting sleeve (67) is fixed to the outer portion of the ejector rod (63) in a circular mode, the connecting sleeve (67) is connected with the feeding pipe (62) in a sliding mode, the second spring (66) is clamped between the connecting sleeve (67) and the feeding pipe (62), the sealing plug (64) is fixed to one end of the, the flow channel (65) is arranged in the feeding pipe (62), and the flow channel (65) is of a bending structure;
