Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textile machinery, and particularly relates to a doffing bobbin warehouse; the bobbin warehouse can realize that when the quantity of bobbins in the doffing trolley tube warehouse is insufficient, the process that the trolley receives the bobbins to enter the tube warehouse is stable, the bobbins are not skewed and blocked, and the arrangement order of all the tube is ensured.
Background
When the spinning bobbin at the single spindle position is spun to the full bobbin, the single spindle stops working, the bobbin is dismounted by the vortex spinning doffing trolley, and a new bobbin is replaced and a yarn is spun, so that spinning is continued. The trolley tube warehouse is provided with spare empty tubes, the empty tubes are picked up by the manipulator and are sent to corresponding positions, yarn winding of the empty tubes is achieved through complex actions, and finally automation of the whole spinning process is achieved.
When the bobbin carried in the trolley tube warehouse runs out or is insufficient, the trolley automatically moves to the headstock tube storage warehouse to receive the bobbin, and the bobbin dropped by the headstock tube warehouse falls into the trolley tube warehouse, so that the replenishment of the bobbin in the trolley tube warehouse is realized.
The existing bobbin warehouse mainly depends on the fact that bobbins fall under the action of gravity, the bobbins slide to the bottom end of the bobbin warehouse through the limitation of the bobbin warehouse, the same principle of the next bobbin is overlapped on the former bobbin, and therefore bobbin loading is achieved.
In the process of the bobbin falling, the bobbin is easy to be influenced by the position precision of the bobbin falling releasing device and the stopping of the bobbin falling trolley and the structure of the bobbin warehouse, so that the bobbin is inclined to enter the bobbin warehouse, in addition, the falling bobbin is more inclined due to the friction between the falling bobbin and the wall of the falling bobbin when entering the bobbin warehouse, the bobbin clamping and the trolley are stopped and the bobbin falling is failed, thereby the single spindle spinning is stopped, and the whole-vehicle efficiency is reduced.
The invention mainly solves the problems that the process of the bobbin falling from the headstock storage to the doffing trolley bobbin storage is stable and effective, the bobbin is not inclined to enter the bobbin storage, and the manual intervention is not needed.
The invention is also applicable to other yarn related devices where automatic bobbin extraction is required.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the main object of the present invention is to provide a doffing bobbin warehouse, which can accurately catch bobbins dropped from a headstock Guan Ku, and simultaneously, the levelness of the bobbins is corrected by a buffering and correcting component of the bobbin warehouse, and then the bobbins are slowly released and slide into the bobbin warehouse, so as to accurately load the bobbins. When the bobbin 1 is released, the driving cylinder 52 pushes the supporting rotating shaft 54 to rotate, the bottom supporting turning plate 51 is fixed on the supporting rotating shaft 54 to rotate together with the supporting rotating shaft by an angle, one bobbin 1 is released, and at the moment, the bobbin limiting bearing 53 simultaneously rotates by the same angle to limit the position of the next bobbin 1, so that only one bobbin 1 is released at a time.
