Abstract
本发明公开了一种连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,该旋翼无人机飞行作业时,通过输电电缆和输液软管与地面自行负载车上的电源和供液设备连通,获取持续的电能和药液,实现连续飞行作业。飞控系统与地面自行负载车保持通信数据联通,实现二者同步行进。该旋翼无人机电机旋翼系统横向分布并与喷杆或铰接架连接固定,喷杆一端与机架连接,另一端与相邻喷杆通过连通软管连通并用铰接架连接固定,喷头固定在喷杆或连通软管上,通过增减喷杆数量或改变铰接架两臂之间夹角来实现喷幅长度及喷头喷洒间距的调整。该旋翼无人机在不需要其飞行功能作业时,机架与自行负载车固定连接,成为一种喷杆能在设定高度悬浮且喷幅可调的自走式喷雾机。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药液喷洒装置,尤其是一种药液喷洒旋翼无人机。
背景技术
现有旋翼无人机喷药技术已得到广泛应用,但仍存在续航时间短,载重量小,喷幅窄的缺点,严重影响了旋翼无人机在药液喷洒领域的推广应用。
发明内容
为克服现有植保旋翼无人机喷药作业续航时间短,载重量小,喷幅窄的缺点,本发明提供一种在植保旋翼无人机作业过程中能持续供给电能和药液且喷幅可调的技术方案,以实现连续高效的作业。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该旋翼无人机通过输电电缆及输液软管与地面自行负载车上的电源及供液设备连通,飞行作业过程中由地面自行负载车上的设备提供持续的电能和药液。该旋翼无人机电机旋翼系统分布区别于传统多旋翼无人机的“+”型、“×”型及“○环”型分布,设计为沿横向(纵向为无人机喷药作业行进方向)分布。该旋翼无人机喷杆组件(由喷头、喷杆、连通软管、铰接架组成)与电机旋翼系统连接固定,一端与无人机机架连接,另一端可横向延伸,满足用户对喷幅长度的要求。
所述旋翼无人机飞行作业时,飞控系统与地面自行负载车保持通信数据联通,实现二者同步行进。
所述旋翼无人机电机旋翼系统横向分布特点是:横向分布最大尺寸与纵向分布最大尺寸之比≥2。

所述旋翼无人机,喷杆或铰接架与电机旋翼系统连接,在电机旋翼系统调控下保持各喷杆在设定高度稳定悬浮和协调移动。
所述旋翼无人机,在不需要其飞行功能作业时,该旋翼无人机结构特征可成为一种通过电机旋翼系统保持喷杆在设定高度稳定悬浮并进行药液喷洒作业的装置,该装置与自行负载车固定连接后,成为一种喷杆能在设定高度悬浮且喷幅可调的自走式喷雾机。
本发明的有益效果是:该旋翼无人机作业时由地面自行负载车持续供给电能和药液,可连续不间断作业,节省了加药及更换电池的时间,且该药液喷洒装置的喷幅长度可根据需求增加,单位时间内的喷洒面积增加,因此作业效率得以大幅提升。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明提供一种连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,包括机架12、飞控系统1(内置机架中),电机旋翼系统2横向(纵向为无人机喷药作业行进方向)分布并与喷杆4或铰接架6连接,喷杆4一端与机架12连接,另一端与相邻喷杆通过连通软管5连通并用铰接架6连接固定,喷头3固定在喷杆4或连通软管5上,电源10和供液设备11安装在自行负载车9上,旋翼无人机通过输电电缆8和输液软管7分别与电源10和供液设备11连通,获取持续的电能和药液。
本发明旋翼无人机启动前,自行负载车9上的电源10及供液设备11开始工作,电能经输电电缆8给无人机加电。启动无人机,飞控系统1按照设定程序启动电机旋翼系统2开始升空作业,药液由供液设备11送出,经输液软管7、喷杆4、连通软管5送达喷头3处喷出,实现药液喷洒。
本发明旋翼无人机飞行作业过程中,飞控系统1与自行负载车9保持通信数据联通,实现自行负载车9与无人机同步行进。
本发明旋翼无人机,电机旋翼系统2横向分布特点是:横向分布最大尺寸(L)与纵向分布最大尺寸(B)之比≥2。
本发明旋翼无人机,通过增减喷杆4及相应电机旋翼系统2的数量来实现喷幅长度调整,满足用户对不同喷幅长度的需求。
本发明旋翼无人机,通过转动铰接架6或喷杆4,改变铰接架两臂之间或相邻喷杆之间夹角来实现喷头3之间横向距离及喷幅长度的调整,满足不同农作物对喷头喷洒间距及喷幅长度的需求。
本发明旋翼无人机,喷杆4或铰接架6与电机旋翼系统2连接,在电机旋翼系统调控下保持各喷杆在设定高度稳定悬浮和协调移动。
本发明旋翼无人机,在不需要其飞行功能作业时,该旋翼无人机结构特征可成为一种通过电机旋翼系统2保持喷杆4在设定高度稳定悬浮并进行药液喷洒作业的装置,该装置机架12与自行负载车9固定连接后,成为一种喷杆能在设定高度悬浮且喷幅可调的自走式喷雾机。

1.一种连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,该旋翼无人机包括机架、飞控系统、电机旋翼系统、喷头、喷杆、连通软管、铰接架、输液软管、输电电缆、自行负载车及车上的电源和供液设备。其特征是:该旋翼无人机飞行作业时,通过输电电缆和输液软管与地面自行负载车上的电源和供液设备连通以获取持续的电能和药液,该旋翼无人机电机旋翼系统沿横向(纵向为无人机喷药作业行进方向)分布,喷杆或铰接架与电机旋翼系统连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,其特征是:无人机飞行作业时,飞控系统与地面自行负载车保持通信数据联通,实现无人机与自行负载车同步行进。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,其特征是:电机旋翼系统横向分布最大尺寸与纵向分布最大尺寸之比≥2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,其特征是:喷杆分段设计,使用连通软管连通,通过增减喷杆及相应电机旋翼系统的数量来改变喷幅的长度。

7.根据权利要求1所述的连续飞行作业且喷幅可调的植保旋翼无人机,其特征是:在不需要其飞行功能作业时,该旋翼无人机结构特征可成为一种通过电机旋翼系统保持喷杆在设定高度稳定悬浮并进行药液喷洒作业的装置,该装置与自行负载车固定连接后,成为一种喷杆能在设定高度悬浮且喷幅可调的自走式喷雾机。
