the releasing rotation guide protrusion (41C-2) is formed to be shorter than the locking rotation guide protrusion (41C-1) by a predetermined length, wherein a pitch (B) between the telescopic operation protrusion (41B) and the releasing rotation guide protrusion (41C-2) is formed to be shorter than a length (C) of the fixing protrusion (42a) to prevent the fixing protrusion (42a) from directly passing through the pitch (B) between the telescopic operation protrusion (41B) and the releasing rotation guide protrusion (41C-2) due to an external impact,
the lower end of the telescopic action projection (41b) and the upper end of the rotation guide projection (41c) are formed as inclined surfaces with opposite directions, so as to contact with the upper end and the lower end of a fixed projection (42a) formed on the lifting action member (42) and rotate towards one direction,
