However, in order to reduce the overall volume, the mounting frame 20 is provided on the rear wall 122 of the hoop bending machine body 10, and the rear end of the sunshade rain-proof shed 30 is connected with the mounting frame 20, and the front end of the sunshade rain-proof shed 30 extends to the front side of the hoop bending machine body 10. The rear end of the sunshade and waterproof shed 30 can be completely attached to the rear wall 122 of the hoop bending machine body 10, but due to the protective cover 40, the protective effect of the top of the hoop bending machine body 10 is improved, and the shielding requirement on the rear end of the sunshade and waterproof shed 30 is reduced, so that a gap can be formed between the rear end of the sunshade and waterproof shed 30 and the hoop bending machine body 10. The sunshade and rainproof shed 30 can be in a cambered surface shape or a straight surface shape. When the sunshade 30 is in a straight-face shape, the sunshade 30 is preferably inclined downward in the rear-to-front direction of the hoop bending machine body 10.
As shown in fig. 2, alternatively, the mounting frame 20 includes a first mounting arm 21 and a second mounting arm 22, the first mounting arm 21 being provided on the rear wall 122 of the hoop bending machine body 10 and extending rearward relative to the hoop bending machine body 10, for example, the first mounting arm 21 being provided in a horizontal direction; the second mounting arm 22 is connected with the first mounting arm 21, the second mounting arm 22 is arranged at an included angle with the first mounting arm 21 and extends upwards relative to the first mounting arm 21, for example, the second mounting arm 22 is arranged along the vertical direction; the rear end of the sunshade 30 is connected to the second mounting arm 22. The distance between the sunshade and rainproof shed 30 and the rear wall 122 of the hoop bending machine body 10 can be adjusted by setting the length of the first mounting arm 21, so that the shielding effect on the rear wall 122 of the hoop bending machine is adjusted; the distance of the sunshade and rain-proof shed 30 from the top of the hoop bending machine body 10 can be adjusted by setting the length of the second mounting arm 22, thereby adjusting the view of the operator and the shielding effect on the front wall 121 of the hoop bending machine. In this embodiment, the first mounting arm 21 and the second mounting arm 22 may be provided in a telescopic structure. As shown in fig. 4, in order to increase the installation area of the sunshade and rain shed 30, the mounting frame 20 further includes a third installation arm 23, the third installation arm 23 is connected with the second installation arm 22, and the third installation arm 23 extends in the horizontal direction, and the rear end of the sunshade and rain shed 30 is installed on the third installation arm 23.
The number of the mounting frames 20 can be one, the length of the mounting frames is equal to that of the hoop bending machine body 10, but the protective effect of the top of the hoop bending machine body 10 is improved due to the protective cover 40, so that the length of the mounting frames 20 is inconsistent with that of the hoop bending machine body 10, and the effect of saving materials can be achieved by arranging a plurality of mounting frames 20. As shown in fig. 1, the number of the mounting frames 20 is at least two, and each mounting frame 20 is disposed along the length direction of the hoop bending machine body 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the hoop bending machine body 10 generally has an operation table 50 which is a separate structure from the hoop bending machine body 10, and the operation table 50 is used to control the operation of the hoop bending machine body 10. In order to facilitate the handling of the operation table 50 and improve the protection effect on the operation table 50, the hoop bending machine body 10 includes a frame 11 and a main body 12 disposed on the frame 11, the frame 11 has a supporting portion 110 protruding from the main body 12, and the operation table 50 of the hoop bending machine body 10 can be switched between a state of being placed on the supporting portion 110 and a state of being separated from the supporting portion 110.

a mounting frame (20) arranged on the hoop bending machine body (10); and
a sunshade rain-proof shed (30) which is arranged above the hoop bending machine body (10) through the mounting frame (20) and is used for sunshade and rain-proof for the hoop bending machine body (10);
a protective cover (40) which is positioned below the sunshade rain-proof shed (30) and covers the top of the hoop bending machine body (10);
the protective cover (40) includes:
a cover body (41) provided on top of the hoop bending machine body (10); and
a front flange (42) provided at the front end of the cover body (41) and bending downward forward with respect to the cover body (41), the front flange (42) being provided on the front side of the top of the hoop bending machine body (10);
the cover body (41) is inclined upward in a direction from a rear wall to a front wall of the hoop bending machine body (10);
the protective cover (40) further includes:
and a rear flange (43) provided at the rear end of the cover body (41) and bent downward and rearward with respect to the cover body (41), the rear flange (43) being provided on the rear side of the top of the hoop bending machine body (10).
2. The bar bender system according to claim 1, wherein,
the mounting frame (20) is arranged on the rear wall of the hoop bending machine body (10), the rear end of the sunshade rain-proof shed (30) is connected with the mounting frame (20), and the front end of the sunshade rain-proof shed (30) extends to the front side of the hoop bending machine body (10).
