Referring to fig. 2, a collar 313 and a protective mesh 211 positioned on the collar 313 are arranged near the air inlet 212, a baffle 314 close to the protective mesh 211 is further arranged in the cylinder 117, a recovery pipe 213 connected with the water storage cavity 215 is arranged on the right side of the baffle 314, in order to facilitate the rotation of the cylinder 117, a plurality of telescopic joints 312 are arranged on the recovery pipe 213, the collar 313 is arranged at the air inlet 212, and when external articles are sucked to the air inlet 212 by suction, the protective mesh 211 on the collar 313 can effectively intercept articles with larger volume.
