Abstract
The invention provides a compound facial mask, a facial mask manufacturing device and a manufacturing method, wherein the facial mask comprises a first membrane body which is used for being attached to the face, a hollow area is arranged at the position corresponding to one or more of eyes, forehead, nose, cheek, lips or chin, a second membrane body is arranged in the hollow area, and different maintenance essence materials are arranged on the first membrane body and the second membrane body. The facial mask manufacturing device and the manufacturing method comprise a feeding hopper, a heat insulation piece, a mesh conveying piece and a surface material conveying piece. The heat insulation piece is arranged below the feeding hopper, separates the screen cloth from the surface material and extends forwards for a section of proper length from the corresponding discharge port. The screen cloth and the surface material are conveyed forwards by the screen cloth conveying piece and the surface material conveying piece respectively, the feeding hopper outputs the mask coating on the screen cloth, the mask coating is cooled in the conveying process of the screen cloth, and the screen cloth and the surface material are combined after outputting the heat insulation piece. The mask disclosed by the invention can be used for performing key maintenance on a specific part, and the production yield of the mask is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a facial mask, in particular to a composite facial mask, a facial mask manufacturing device and a manufacturing method.
Background
The human body gradually declines with age, the external skin also becomes shriveled to generate wrinkles, the appearance looks like aging and color degradation, and the external care product is used for moisturizing and maintaining the skin besides absorbing enough nutrition on food to maintain the physical function, so that the mode of keeping the beautiful appearance is also provided. Therefore, many facial mask products are available on the market, which have a caring material and can permeate into the skin when being applied on the face, so that the face can be moisturized and moistened.
However, the known mask product only has one mask body, so that only one maintenance material can be carried, and only one maintenance effect can be generated on the applied part; since some parts require different maintenance components, such as eyelids, forehead and nose, cheek, lips or chin, etc., the maintenance requirements of some parts are slightly different from those of other parts, so people need to buy various kinds of dressing films for each part, and need to spend much time to apply the dressing films to each part, which is very inconvenient to use.
Also known is a facial mask having a mesh for applying to the face and a coating made of a care essence, and a skin material (such as pearl paper) for protecting the surface, which can be torn off by the user. The known method for manufacturing the facial mask is to coat the coating on the mesh cloth and then combine the coating with the surface material, but the coating still has high temperature when being output from the feeding machine, and the coating is attached and contacted with the surface material before being cooled, so that the surface material is shrunk due to volume shrinkage after being cooled, and defective products with poor selling phase are formed.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a composite facial mask, which has different nourishing essence materials corresponding to each part of the face, and has the effect of performing intensive care on specific parts.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a facial mask manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof, which can reduce the temperature of the facial mask paint and then combine and fix the facial mask paint with the surface material, thereby avoiding the shrinkage of the surface material due to the temperature change and improving the production yield of the product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a composite facial mask comprises a first mask body for fitting on the face, a hollow area is arranged at one or more positions corresponding to eyes, forehead, nose, cheek, lips or chin, a second mask body is arranged in the hollow area, and different maintenance essence materials are arranged on the first mask body and the second mask body.
The invention provides a mask making device for making the composite mask, which comprises:
a feeding hopper, the bottom of which is provided with a discharge hole for outputting the mask coating;
the heat insulation piece is arranged below the feeding hopper and extends forwards for a section of proper length from the position corresponding to the discharge port;
the mesh conveying piece is used for driving mesh to be conveyed forwards between the feeding hopper and the heat insulation piece and receiving the mask coating at the position corresponding to the discharge port;
the surface material conveying piece is used for driving the surface material to be conveyed forwards below the heat insulation piece; wherein the surface material and the mesh cloth are separated by the heat insulation piece and combined after outputting the heat insulation piece.
In one embodiment, the hopper is provided with a thermostat for maintaining the temperature.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the thermal insulation member is provided with a thermal insulation material layer.
In one embodiment, the position of the hopper relative to the thermal insulation member is adjustable, so as to adjust the distance between the hopper and the thermal insulation member.
In one embodiment, a step is concavely arranged at the bottom of the feeding hopper, the discharge port is arranged at the step, and the distance between the discharge port and the heat insulation piece is slightly smaller than the thickness of the mask coating output by the discharge port.
In one embodiment, a scraper is disposed in the feeding hopper for scraping the facial mask coating to the discharge port.
The invention also provides a mask making method using the mask making device, which comprises the following steps:
separating the mesh from the surface material by the heat insulation piece;
using the mesh conveying piece to convey the mesh forward between the hopper and the heat insulation piece;
conveying the surface material forward below the heat insulation piece by using the surface material conveying piece;
outputting the mask coating on the mesh cloth when the mesh cloth is conveyed to the position below the discharge port by using the hopper;
continuously conveying the mesh loaded with the mask coating to the tail end of the heat insulation piece, and cooling the heat insulation piece;
and combining the surface material and the mesh cloth bearing the mask coating after the surface material and the mesh cloth leave the tail end of the heat insulation piece.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the compound facial mask disclosed by the invention can be provided with different maintenance essence materials corresponding to each part of the face, and has the effect of performing key maintenance on specific parts;
2. according to the facial mask manufacturing device and the manufacturing method, the facial mask coating is combined and fixed with the surface material after the temperature of the facial mask coating is reduced, so that the phenomenon that the surface material shrinks due to temperature change can be avoided, and the production yield of products is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the compound facial mask of the present invention is shown, including a first membrane body 1 for adhering to a face, the first membrane body 1 being impregnated with a face-care essence material; the first membrane body 1 is provided with two hollow-out areas 11A corresponding to the positions of the two eyes, and the two hollow-out areas 11A are connected with a second membrane body 2A, wherein the second membrane body 2A is soaked with a maintenance essence material for maintaining the eyelids, and the components of the maintenance essence material are different from those of the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1.
Through the structure, when a user applies the mask to the face, the first membrane body 1 is attached to the part outside the eyelid, the face is moistened by the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1, meanwhile, the second membrane body 2A is attached to the eyelid, the eyelid is moistened by the maintenance essence material on the second membrane body 2A, and the user can respectively maintain and moisten different parts through two different maintenance essence materials at the same time, so that the mask has convenience in use.
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a first membrane 1 for fitting to the face, wherein the first membrane 1 is impregnated with essence for caring the face; the first membrane body 1 is provided with a hollow area 11F corresponding to the positions of the two eyes, and the hollow area 11F is connected with a second membrane body 2F, wherein the second membrane body 2F is soaked with a maintenance essence material for maintaining the eyelids, and the components of the second membrane body are different from the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1.
FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a first membrane 1 for fitting to the face, wherein the first membrane 1 is impregnated with essence for caring the face; the first membrane body 1 is provided with a hollow area 11B at a position corresponding to the cheeks at two sides, and the hollow area 11B is connected with a second membrane body 2B, wherein the second membrane body 2B is soaked with a maintenance essence material for maintaining the cheeks, and the components of the maintenance essence material are different from those of the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1.
FIG. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a first membrane 1 for fitting to the face, wherein the first membrane 1 is impregnated with essence for caring the face; the first membrane body 1 is provided with a T-shaped hollow area 11C corresponding to the forehead and the nose, and the hollow area 11C is connected with a second membrane body 2C, wherein the second membrane body 2C is soaked with a maintenance essence material for maintaining the forehead and the nose, and the components of the maintenance essence material are different from those of the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1.
FIG. 5 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a first membrane 1 for adhering to the face, wherein the first membrane 1 is impregnated with essence for caring the face; the first membrane body 1 is provided with a hollow area 11D corresponding to the position of the lips, and the hollow area 11D is connected with a second membrane body 2D, wherein the second membrane body 2D is soaked with a maintenance essence material for maintaining the lips, and the components of the maintenance essence material are different from those of the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1.
FIG. 6 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a first membrane 1 for fitting to the face, wherein the first membrane 1 is impregnated with a face-care essence for caring the face; the first membrane body 1 is provided with a hollow area 11E corresponding to the chin, and the hollow area 11E is connected with a second membrane body 2E, wherein the second membrane body 2E is impregnated with a maintenance essence material for maintaining the chin, and the composition of the maintenance essence material is different from that of the maintenance essence material on the first membrane body 1.
In addition to the various embodiments disclosed above, the scope of the present invention further covers the first film 1 having a plurality of hollow-out areas corresponding to more than two locations, each hollow-out area having a film body impregnated with different maintenance essences, so that more than two locations can be maintained simultaneously.
The present invention further provides a first embodiment of a facial mask manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the composite facial mask, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, which includes a hopper 3, a heat insulation member 4, a mesh conveying member (not shown) and a surface material conveying member (not shown). The feeding hopper 3 is a containing tank for containing the facial mask coating 7, which is provided with a thermostat 31 for keeping the temperature in the tank, and the bottom of the tank is provided with a discharge hole 32, wherein the discharge hole 32 can be vertically opened as shown in fig. 7 or obliquely opened as shown in fig. 8; in this embodiment, the bottom of the hopper 3 is recessed upward to form a step 33, and the discharge port 32 is disposed on the step 33.
The heat insulating member 4 is formed in a long plate shape, is disposed below the hopper 3 and is separated into an upper space 42 and a lower space 43, and a heat insulating material layer 41 is disposed at the bottom of the heat insulating member 4 to block heat exchange in the two spaces 42 and 43. The heat insulation member 4 extends to the corresponding discharge port 32 and further extends forward for a proper length.
The space 42 above the heat insulation piece 4 (namely between the feeding hopper 3 and the heat insulation piece 4) is used for conveying the mesh cloth 5, the space 43 below the heat insulation piece 4 is used for conveying the surface material 6 (such as pearl paper), and the mesh cloth 5 and the surface material 6 are respectively conveyed by the mesh cloth conveying piece and the surface material conveying piece; the type of each conveying member is not limited, and roller conveying may be adopted in the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, the distance between the discharge port 32 and the heat insulating member 4 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the mask paint 7 when it is discharged from the discharge port 32 by the arrangement of the hopper 3, and as shown in fig. 9, when the mask paint 7 is discharged from the discharge port 32 onto the mesh cloth 5, the mask paint 7 is pressed by the bottom surface of the step portion 33, and the top surface thereof can be maintained at a flat surface with the same height. Further, the installation position of the hopper 3 with respect to the heat insulator 4 can be adjusted, and the distance between the hopper 3 and the heat insulator 4 can be adjusted, thereby changing the thickness of the mask paint 7.
With the structure, after the mask coating 7 is coated on the mesh cloth 5, the temperature of the mask coating 7 does not affect the surface material 6 due to the obstruction of the heat insulation piece 4. As the web 5 is continuously advanced until the end of the insulation 4, as shown in fig. 10, the mask coating 7 will cool during this period, and as the web 5 is conveyed away from the insulation 4 and engages the skin 6, the temperature will decrease to a level that will not cause the skin 6 to shrink, thereby keeping the mask product flat. Accordingly, the heat insulating material 4 extending forward from the position corresponding to the discharge port 32 by a suitable length means a length that allows the mask paint 7 to be sufficiently cooled down.
Fig. 11 shows a second embodiment of the mask making device according to the present invention, and the structure of the present embodiment is based on the first embodiment, and the structure of the hopper 3 is changed. In this embodiment, a scraper 34 is disposed in the hopper 3 for scraping the mask paint 7 toward the outlet 32, and after the scraper 34 scrapes the mask paint 7 from the outlet 32, a forming block corresponding to the shape of the eyes is formed on the mesh 5, so as to manufacture the eye mask applied on the eyelid.
The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a facial mask using the above apparatus, as shown in fig. 12, the method includes:
separating the mesh from the surface material by the heat insulation piece;
using the mesh conveying piece to convey the mesh forward between the hopper and the heat insulation piece;
conveying the surface material forward below the heat insulation piece by using the surface material conveying piece;
outputting the mask coating on the mesh cloth when the mesh cloth is conveyed to the position below the discharge port by using the hopper;
continuously conveying the mesh loaded with the mask coating to the tail end of the heat insulation piece, and cooling the heat insulation piece;
and combining the surface material and the mesh cloth bearing the mask coating after the surface material and the mesh cloth leave the tail end of the heat insulation piece.
In the manufacturing method, the mesh cloth and the surface material are separated by the heat insulation piece, so that the temperature of the mask coating does not affect the surface material, the mask coating is cooled before the mesh cloth is conveyed to the tail end of the heat insulation piece, and after the mesh cloth is combined with the surface material, the surface material is not shrunk due to the temperature of the mask coating, so that the effects of maintaining the surface of a product to be flat and improving the production yield are achieved.
The above description is of the preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principles applied thereto, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that any changes and modifications based on the equivalent changes and simple substitutions of the technical solution of the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The mask making device of the compound mask is characterized in that the compound mask can be made, the compound mask comprises a first mask body used for being attached to the face, a hollow area is arranged at the position corresponding to one or more of eyes, forehead, nose, cheek, lips or chin, a second mask body is arranged in the hollow area, and different maintenance essence materials are arranged on the first mask body and the second mask body; the manufacturing device comprises: a feeding hopper, the bottom of which is provided with a discharge hole for outputting the mask coating; the heat insulation piece is arranged below the feeding hopper and extends forwards for a section of proper length from the position corresponding to the discharge port; the mesh conveying piece is used for driving mesh to be conveyed forwards between the feeding hopper and the heat insulation piece and receiving the mask coating at the position corresponding to the discharge port; the surface material conveying piece is used for driving the surface material to be conveyed forwards below the heat insulation piece; wherein the surface material and the mesh cloth are separated by the heat insulation piece and combined after outputting the heat insulation piece.
2. The mask making apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said hopper is provided with a thermostat for maintaining a temperature.
3. The mask making apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a bottom of said thermal insulation member is provided with a layer of thermal insulation material.
4. The mask making apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the position of the hopper relative to the heat insulating member is adjustable, thereby adjusting the distance between the hopper and the heat insulating member.
5. The facial mask making device according to claim 1, wherein a step is concavely formed at the bottom of the feed hopper, the discharge port is formed in the step, and the distance between the discharge port and the heat insulation member is slightly smaller than the thickness of the facial mask coating output by the discharge port.
6. The mask making device according to claim 1, wherein a scraper is provided in the hopper for scraping the mask paint toward the outlet.
7. A mask making method using the mask making apparatus according to claim 1, comprising: separating the mesh cloth from the surface material by the heat insulation piece; using the mesh conveying piece to convey the mesh forwards between the hopper and the heat insulation piece; conveying the surface material forward below the heat insulation member by using the surface material conveying member; outputting the mask coating on the mesh cloth when the mesh cloth is conveyed to the position below the discharge port by using the hopper; continuously conveying the mesh loaded with the mask coating to the tail end of the heat insulation piece, and cooling the heat insulation piece; and combining the surface material and the mesh cloth bearing the mask coating after the surface material and the mesh cloth leave the tail end of the heat insulation piece.
