Background
With the development of electronic device technology, users have increasingly high demands for electronic devices with large size and easy carrying, and therefore electronic devices with foldable display screens are receiving wide attention. When the foldable display screen is assembled with a housing of an electronic device, in order to ensure that the foldable display screen can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state, a folding deformation area of the display screen is not fixedly connected with the housing. When the folding display screen is folded, two possible motion states of outward convex folding and inward concave folding can occur in the folding deformation area. For an inward folded display screen (i.e., two display surfaces of the display screen can be folded relatively and contained between the folding shells), the outward convex folding motion state will hinder the normal inward folding of the display screen, and even damage the display screen.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the connecting base 42 is provided with a sliding groove 429 extending from the bottom end 428 toward the open end 427 on the inner side wall of the receiving groove 422, and the hanging portion 51 is slidably engaged with the sliding groove 429. When the first carriage assembly 20 is flipped relative to the second carriage assembly 30 to bend the flexible display screen 10, the hanging portion 51 follows the flexible display portion 13 along the sliding slot 429 toward the bottom end 428. When the second carrier assembly 30 is turned over relative to the second carrier assembly 30 to flatten the flexible display screen 10, the hanging portion 51 moves along the sliding groove 429 along the flexible display portion 13 toward the open end 427, and the sliding groove 429 guides the hanging portion 51 to slide to the side of the blocking portion 41 away from the flexible display portion 13, so that the blocking portion 41 can be ensured to block the hanging portion 51.
Referring to fig. 7, further, the connecting member 50 is further provided with an elastic arm 52, one end of the elastic arm 52 is fixedly connected to the flexible display portion 13, the other end of the elastic arm 52 is fixedly connected to the hanging portion 51, and the elastic arm 52 elastically abuts against the blocking portion 41.
In this embodiment, since the flexible display portion 13 can be formed with different degrees of curvature when the foldable electronic device 100 is folded, the hanging portion 51 may be separated from the blocking portion 41 as the flexible display portion 13 is bent. Through the elastic arm 52 elastically abutting against the blocking portion 41, even if the bending state of the flexible display portion 13 changes, the elastic arm 52 can still stably abut against the blocking portion 41 under the elastic action, so as to ensure that the suspending portion 51 and the blocking portion 41 have an overlapping portion, and the blocking portion 41 can be stably blocked at the side where the suspending portion 51 is close to the flexible display portion 13.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the first embodiment, the connecting member 50 is provided with two adjacent elastic arms 52, and the blocking portion 41 is provided with a through hole 412. A gap exists between the two resilient arms 52. The two elastic arms 52 are embedded in the through hole 412, so that the two elastic arms 52 are close to each other and elastically abut against the inner side wall of the through hole 412. In this embodiment, the through hole 412 is opened at a position where the blocking portion 41 faces the connecting member 50, and the two elastic arms 52 are fastened in the through hole 412 under the elastic action, so that the connecting strength between the connecting member 50 and the blocking portion 41 can be enhanced. When the blocking portion 41 drives the flexible display portion 13 to move toward the bottom wall 426 close to the accommodating slot 422 through the connecting member 50, the connecting member 50 is stably connected to the blocking portion 41 and is not easily separated from the blocking portion 41, so that the blocking portion 41 can ensure that the flexible display portion 13 is at least partially accommodated in the accommodating slot 422 through the connecting member 50, and the folding effect of the foldable electronic device 100 is ensured. In this embodiment, the connecting member 50 is connected to the middle position of the flexible display unit 13, so as to ensure that the traction of the blocking unit 41 acts on the middle position of the flexible display unit 13 via the connecting member 50, thereby guiding the flexible display screen 10 to be symmetrically folded, and ensuring the folding effect of the flexible display screen 10. In other embodiments, the connecting member 50 may be connected to other positions of the flexible display unit 13.
Referring to fig. 9, in the second embodiment, the connecting member 50 is provided with two elastic arms 52 arranged at intervals. The two elastic arms 52 elastically abut against two opposite sides of the blocking portion 41 respectively to clamp the blocking portion 41.
In this embodiment, the blocking portion 41 is located between the two elastic arms 52. The blocking portion 41 has a first side edge 413 and a second side edge 414 opposite to the first side edge 413. The first side edge 413 and the second side edge 414 are connected between the two end edges 411 (see fig. 4). The first side edge 413 is located on a side of the sliding support 43 adjacent to the first carriage assembly 20, and the second side edge 414 is located on a side of the sliding support 43 adjacent to the second carriage assembly 30. The two elastic arms 52 are arranged in the longitudinal direction parallel to the end edge 411, and the opposing direction of the two elastic arms 52 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the connection base 42. The two elastic arms 52 elastically abut against the first side edge 413 and the second side edge 414, respectively. Therefore, the connecting member 50 can firmly hold the blocking portion 41, so that the blocking portion 41 can ensure that the flexible display portion 13 is at least partially accommodated in the accommodating groove 422 by the driving of the connecting member 50, and the folding effect of the foldable electronic device 100 can be ensured.
The connecting member 50 is provided with two suspension portions 51, and each suspension portion 51 is disposed at an end of each elastic arm 52 away from the flexible display portion 13. The two elastic arms 52 are symmetrical with respect to the geometric center line of the flexible display unit 13, and the two suspension units 51 are symmetrical with respect to the geometric center line of the flexible display unit 13. The two hanging portions 51 are aligned with opposite ends of the blocking portion 41, respectively. The two hanging portions 51 are respectively adjacent to the first side edge 413 and the second side edge 414 of the blocking portion 41. When the blocking portion 41 blocks the two hanging portions 51 from moving away from the connection base 42, the blocking effect of the blocking portion 41 is transmitted to two symmetrical positions of the flexible display portion 13 through the two hanging portions 51, which is beneficial to ensuring that the flexible screen is symmetrically bent towards the direction close to the accommodating groove 422, and ensuring the folding effect of the foldable electronic device 100.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the connecting member 50 further includes a flexible connecting portion 55, the flexible connecting portion 55 is connected between the two elastic arms 52, the flexible connecting portion 55 is attached to a side of the flexible display portion 13 facing the base assembly 40, and the flexible connecting portion 55 can be bent and deformed along with the flexible display portion 13 to drive the two elastic arms 52 to move closer to or away from each other. When the first bearing component 20 is turned over relative to the second bearing component 30 to flatten the flexible display screen 10, the bendable connecting portion 55 is flattened along with the bendable display portion 13, that is, the bendable display portion 13 drives the bendable connecting portion 55 to transition from a bending state to a flattening state, so as to drive the two elastic arms 52 to approach each other, so that the clamping effect of the two elastic arms 52 on the blocking portion 41 is increased, which is beneficial to keeping the connecting member 50 and the blocking portion 41 stably connected, and ensures that the blocking portion 41 is blocked between the bendable display portion 13 and the hanging portion 51. When the first carrier assembly 20 is turned over relative to the second carrier assembly 30 to bend the flexible display screen 10, the flexible connection portion 55 can be bent and deformed along with the flexible display portion 13, that is, the flexible display portion 13 drives the flexible connection portion 55 to transition from the flat state to the bent state, so as to drive the two elastic arms 52 to move away from each other, so that the clamping effect of the two elastic arms 52 on the blocking portion 41 is reduced, which is beneficial to releasing the reaction force of the elastic arms 52 on the flexible display portion 13, and reducing the influence of stress on the flexible display portion 13.
Referring to fig. 11, further, the flexible display screen 10 further includes a flexible protection layer 14, the flexible protection layer 14 is attached to a side of the flexible display portion 13 close to the base assembly 40, and the connecting member 50 is fixed to a side of the flexible protection layer 14 away from the flexible display portion 13. In this embodiment, the flexible protection layer 14 and the flexible display unit 13 may be fixedly connected by gluing, snapping, welding, or the like.
