Abstract

本发明提供一种用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头,属于配电供电领域,以解决目前方式存在拆接操作复杂,拆接效率低,拆接过程中容易导致瓷瓶等二次损坏的问题。圆柱形丝扣与配电变压器套管丝扣连,圆柱形丝扣的顶部与圆柱导电杆的底部连,插拔前端插接在圆柱导电杆上,压接头与插拔前端的顶部连,压接头的中间位置设有容置导线的线孔,导线插入线孔中经过压接与插拔前端连,监测装置设在压接头的外围并位于靠近插拔前端的位置;监测装置中的温度传感器、振动传感器、电流传感器的信号输出端分别与处理模块的信号输入端连,处理模块信号输出端与通信模块信号输入端连,通信模块信号输出端与远程控制终端信号输入端连。

用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头
本发明涉及配电供电技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头。
背景技术
配电变压器通过高低压套管与外接导线连接。目前,在连接配电变压器套管与导线时,先将配电变压器套管与设备线夹连接,设备线夹上打有连接孔,然后通过螺栓将导线固定在配电变压器套管上。然而,通过设备线夹和螺栓将配电变压器套管与导线连接的方式存在拆接操作复杂,拆接效率低,拆接过程中容易导致瓷瓶等二次损坏的问题。
发明内容
为解决目前设备线夹和螺栓将配电变压器套管与导线连接的方式存在拆接操作复杂,拆接效率低,拆接过程中容易导致瓷瓶等二次损坏的技术问题,本发明提供一种用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头,其包括转换头、插拔头和监测装置,所述转换头包括圆柱形丝扣和圆柱导电杆,所述插拔头包括空心圆柱形的插拔前端和压接头,其中:
所述圆柱形丝扣与配电变压器套管丝扣连接,圆柱形丝扣的顶部与圆柱导电杆的底部连接,插拔前端插接在圆柱导电杆上,压接头与插拔前端的顶部连接,压接头的中间位置设置有容置导线的线孔,所述导线插入所述线孔中经过压接与插拔前端连接,监测装置设置在压接头的外围并位于靠近插拔前端的位置;
所述监测装置包括电源模块、温度传感器、振动传感器、电流传感器、处理模块和通信模块,其中,所述电源模块的电源信号输出端分别与温度传感器、振动传感器、电流传感器、处理模块和通信模块的电源信号输入端连接,温度传感器、振动传感器、电流传感器的信号输出端分别与处理模块的信号输入端连接,处理模块的信号输出端与通信模块的信号输入端连接,通信模块的信号输出端与远程控制终端的信号输入端连接。
可选地,所述插拔头还包括保护罩,所述保护罩呈圆台形,且所述保护罩的顶端与压接头的中部活动连接,保护罩的底端罩于配电变压器套管外面。
可选地,所述监测装置还包括电压传感器模块,所述电压传感器模块的电源信号输入端与电源模块的电源信号输出端连接,电压传感器模块的信号输出端与处理模块的信号输入端连接,所述电压传感器模块用于采集用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头与地之间的电压数据,并将采集到的电压数据发送至处理模块,处理模块判断电压数据是否出现异常,且当处理模块确定电压数据出现异常时,处理模块通过通信模块向远程控制终端发送报警信号。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过设置转换头,并设置圆柱形丝扣与与配电变压器套管紧密连接,避免直接将插拔头插接在配电变压器套管外面而出现插拔不紧密的现象。通过设置由转换头和插拔头,使得在连接配电变压器套管和导线时,只需将转换头和插拔头连接起来,并将转换头与高压变压器套管连接即可,操作简单,既能够提高配变接头的拆接效率,还能避免拆接过程中对瓷瓶等造成二次损坏。因此,与背景技术相比,本发明具有结构简单、操作简单,能提高配变接头拆接效率、能避免拆接过程中对瓷瓶等造成二次损坏等优点。另外,通过本发明可以实现配电变压器接头的标准化、模块化、工厂预制化,提升通用化水平。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中的用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头包括转换头、插拔头和监测装置4,所述转换头包括圆柱形丝扣1和圆柱导电杆2,所述插拔头包括空心圆柱形的插拔前端3和压接头5,其中:所述圆柱形丝扣1与配电变压器套管丝扣连接,圆柱形丝扣1的顶部与圆柱导电杆2的底部连接,插拔前端3插接在圆柱导电杆2上,压接头5与插拔前端3的顶部连接,压接头5的中间位置设置有容置导线7的线孔,所述导线7插入所述线孔中经过压接与插拔前端3连接,监测装置4设置在压接头5的外围并位于靠近插拔前端3的位置;
所述监测装置4包括电源模块10、温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13、处理模块14和通信模块15,其中,所述电源模块10的电源信号输出端分别与温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13、处理模块14和通信模块15的电源信号输入端连接,温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13的信号输出端分别与处理模块14的信号输入端连接,处理模块14的信号输出端与通信模块15的信号输入端连接,通信模块15的信号输出端与远程控制终端的信号输入端连接。
其中,圆柱形丝扣1和圆柱导电杆2为一体式结构,压接头5与插拔前端3为一体式结构。线孔的直径与导线7的外径相同。插拔前端3的内径与圆柱导电杆2的外径相同。需要说明的是,图1中的插拔前端3应与圆柱导电杆2紧密连接,图1中为将它们区别开来未显示出这种紧密连接关系。
可选地,所述插拔头还包括保护罩6,所述保护罩6呈圆台形,且所述保护罩6的顶端与压接头5的中部活动连接,保护罩6的底端罩于配电变压器套管外面。保护罩6为绝缘材质。通过设置保护罩6,在将保护罩6套在压接头5外面后,可以遮挡住配电变压器套管、圆柱形丝扣1、圆柱导电杆2、插拔前端3和监测装置4,以起到防小动物、防异物、防雨、防尘等防护功能,避免防护不到位造成的相间短路、闪络等故障,提高了配变安全运行系数。
本发明在使用时,将插拔前端3插在圆柱导电杆2外面,并将导线7插入压接头5上的线孔中使导线7与插拔前端3连接,并将圆柱形丝扣1与配电变压器套管丝扣连接即可。如果有保护罩6,则将保护罩6套在插接头5上即可。此后,通过电源模块10为温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13、处理模块14和通信模块15供电。通过温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13可以实时获取转换头和插拔头处的温度、振动和电流情况,并将获得的温度数据、振动数据和电流数据实时传输至处理模块14。处理模块14实时判断温度数据、振动数据和电流数据是否出现异常,且当处理模块14确定温度数据、振动数据和电流数据中的任一数据出现异常时,处理模块14将异常数据通过通信模块15发动至远程控制终端,以提醒用户及时处理该异常数据,这不仅可以防止因过流、过热、振动等导致配变烧毁、爆炸对周围人员和环境造成伤害,而且确保能够快速处理异常,提高了用户供电的可靠性。通信模块15可以为有线通信模块,也可以为无线通信模块。远程控制终端可以为手机、PC等。其中,电源模块10可以为蓄电池,也可以为电流互感器等。
可选地,所述监测装置4还包括电压传感器模块16,所述电压传感器模块16的电源信号输入端与电源模块10的电源信号输出端连接,电压传感器模块16的信号输出端与处理模块14的信号输入端连接,所述电压传感器模块16用于采集用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头与地之间的电压数据,并将采集到的电压数据发送至处理模块14,处理模块14判断电压数据是否出现异常,且当处理模块14确定电压数据出现异常时,处理模块14通过通信模块15向远程控制终端发送报警信号。通过设置电压传感器模块16,能够实时采集用于配电变压器的快速拆接配变接头与地之间的电压。其中,处理模块14在判断电压数据是否出现异常时,如果任一时刻的电压数据超过预设阈值或者与历史电压数据之间的差值大于指定阈值时,确定电压数据出现异常。
需要说明的是, 与温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13和电压传感器模块16连接的处理模块14的信号输入端为处理模块14的不同输入端口。
进一步地,所述监测装置4还包括定时模块,定时模块与处理模块14连接,定时模块可供输入定时时间,并将输入的定时时间发送至处理模块14,处理模块14根据输入的定时时间控制温度传感器11、振动传感器12、电流传感器13和电压传感器模块16采集数据的时间间隔。通过设置定时模块,使得本发明能够根据需要灵活设置数据采集的时间。
