The order price adjustment method provided by the invention can be applied to a household service scene, in particular to a daily cleaning scene. In this scenario, the service merchant mentioned in the following embodiments is a cleaning person, the service time is the time for the service merchant to provide cleaning service for the user, and the service address is the address corresponding to the place where the service merchant needs to perform cleaning service.
Based on this, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of the order price adjustment method according to the present invention, an execution main body of the order price adjustment method according to the present embodiment may be a price adjustment device, and the price adjustment device may be implemented as software, or implemented as a combination of software and hardware, and the price adjustment device may be integrally disposed in an apparatus on an order processing platform side, such as a server. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s101, determining a first type of scheduling fee according to the supply and demand information of the business circle to which the service address belongs, which is input by the user.
The user may enter the service address in an interface provided by the user-specific version of the cleaning application, wherein optionally the cleaning application may be specifically classified into a specific version and a service merchant-specific version.
The price adjusting device can determine the business circle to which the service address belongs according to the service address input by the user, and then further obtain the supply and demand information of the business circle. Specifically, the city or city group to which the service address belongs has been previously divided into at least one business circle. The price adjusting device can determine the business district to which the service address belongs by utilizing business district data comprising business district boundary longitude and latitude data, center longitude and latitude data and business district name. And after each order is generated, the price adjusting device records the order information of the order. Based on the order information, the price adjusting device can respectively count the supply and demand information of each trade park in the preset time period, namely the price adjusting device can obtain the supply and demand information of each trade park in the preset time period. Optionally, the order information may include service time, service address, order status, and the like, and the order status may include order completed, order cancelled, and order failed, and the like. The supply and demand information may include an order completion rate and/or an order failure rate of the business circles within a preset time period.
In the division of the quotient circle, the unit of a city or a city group may be used. And any address in a city or a city group can be drawn into a business circle, and no isolated address exists.
After the price adjusting device obtains the supply and demand information of the business district, the scheduling fee of the supply and demand dimension, namely the first type of scheduling fee, can be determined according to the supply and demand information.
Specifically, when the order completion rate or the order failure rate is included in the supply and demand information alone, the price adjusting apparatus may directly determine the scheduling fee corresponding to the order completion rate or the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate as the first type scheduling fee.
When the supply and demand information includes both the order completion rate and the order failure rate, in an optional manner, the price adjustment device may directly determine the sum of the scheduling fee corresponding to the order completion rate and the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate as the first type of scheduling fee. However, the determined first type of scheduling cost is high easily, and the effect of accurately screening users with strong demand will is influenced. Therefore, another optional mode can be adopted, the adjusting device compares the scheduling fee corresponding to the order completion rate and the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate, and then determines the higher value as the first type of scheduling fee. By adopting the second mode, not only can users with strong demand intentions be accurately screened out, but also the service enthusiasm of service merchants can be improved.
For the scheduling fee corresponding to the order completion rate, an optional manner may be to determine the scheduling fee corresponding to the order completion rate according to whether the order completion rate within the preset time period is higher than the preset rate. When the order completion rate is higher than the preset rate, determining the scheduling fee as A1. When the order completion rate is lower than a preset rate, the scheduling fee is determined to be 0. In another alternative mode, the scheduling fee corresponding to the order completion rate may also be determined according to a degree that the order completion rate is higher than the preset rate within the preset time period. The more the order completion rate is higher than the preset rate, the higher the scheduling fee. At this time, the scheduling fee corresponding to the order success rate may be a plurality of preset fixed values.
For the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate, similarly to the above, in an alternative manner, the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate may be determined according to whether the order failure rate is lower than the preset rate within the preset time period. When the order failure rate is lower than the preset rate, determining the scheduling fee as B1. When the order failure rate is higher than a preset rate, the scheduling fee is determined to be 0. In another alternative mode, the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate can be determined according to the degree that the order failure rate is lower than the preset rate in the preset time period. The more the order failure rate is lower than the preset rate, the higher the scheduling fee. At this time, the scheduling fee corresponding to the order failure rate may beAs a plurality of preset fixed values.
S102, determining a second type of scheduling fee according to the service time input by the user.
The user may also enter the service time in an interface provided by the user-specific version of the application. The service time can be a certain time period of a certain month and a certain day of a certain year, for example, 13: 00-15: 00 of 7 month and 6 days of 2018. Alternatively, the interface for entering the service time and the interface for entering the service address may be the same or different interfaces.
After the price adjusting device obtains the service time, optionally, it may be determined whether the service time belongs to a preset time range. If the service time belongs to the preset time range, determining the scheduling fee of the time dimension corresponding to the service time, namely the second type scheduling fee, as a preset fixed value C1. Optionally, the preset time range may be days such as weekends or holidays when the user has a strong desire to place an order. Wherein A is1、B1、C1May be equal or different
S103, determining a third type of scheduling fee according to the service address and the service address of the unserviced order of the target service merchant.
The price adjusting device may obtain all unserved orders of the target service merchant, and optionally, determine the target order from all unserved orders, which has a service time earlier than the service time input by the user and has a minimum time interval between the service time and the service time input by the user. And calculating the scheduling fee of the distance dimension, namely the third type of scheduling fee according to the distance between the service address of the target order and the service address input by the user.
Alternatively, the following formula can be used to calculate the third type of scheduling fee:
F=(D1-D2)*f
wherein D is1Distance between service address of target order and service address input by user, D2Is a preset base distance, and f is a scheduling fee base. In practical application, D2May be 7 km and f may be 2-ary.
Optionally, the aforementioned target service merchant may be selected by the user from a service merchant list, where the merchant shown in the service merchant list is a service merchant whose distance between the current location and the service location input by the user is smaller than a preset distance. In practical applications, the predetermined distance may be 20 km.
And S104, adjusting the price of the order containing the service address, the service time and the target service merchant according to the first type scheduling fee, the second type scheduling fee and the third type scheduling fee so that the user can determine whether to trigger the order placing operation.
On one hand, the price adjustment device can respectively determine the first type of scheduling fee, the second type of scheduling fee and the third type of scheduling fee according to the above description. On the other hand, after the user inputs the service time, the price adjusting device may calculate a service fee corresponding to the service time, and the service fee may be understood as a basic amount of the order price.
Based on the three types of scheduling fees and the basic amount, in an alternative manner, the price adjusting device may directly use the sum of the basic amount, the first type of scheduling fee, the second type of scheduling fee and the third type of scheduling fee as the adjusted price. After the order price is adjusted, the user can select whether to pay according to the self condition, and therefore the order placing operation is finished. It is easy to understand that if the user triggers the order placing operation, the generated order may include the service address, the service time and the target service merchant input by the user.
In this embodiment, the price adjusting device obtains a business district to which the service address belongs and supply and demand information of the business district according to the service address input by the user, and determines the first type of scheduling fee according to the supply and demand information of the business district. The price adjusting device determines a second type of scheduling fee according to the service time input by the user. And determining a third type of scheduling fee according to the service address and the service address of the unserviced order of the target service merchant. Finally, the price of the order is adjusted by the price adjusting device according to the three types of scheduling fees, and the user can determine whether order placing operation needs to be executed according to the adjusted price, wherein the service time and the service address input by the user and the target service merchant are contained in the generated order. As can be seen from the above description, the price adjustment device calculates various scheduling fees, i.e., scheduling fees corresponding to different dimensional data. The order price is adjusted by using various scheduling fees to obtain an adjusted price, and the adjusted price can indirectly and comprehensively reflect the strong degree of the service demand of the user. Therefore, the users with strong service requirements can be accurately determined by adjusting the order price by using various scheduling fees, so that the service merchant can pertinently service the users with strong service requirements. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the scheduling fee can also improve the service enthusiasm of the service merchants, thereby further ensuring the supply and demand balance in the business circle.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of a price booking adjustment method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, determining a first type of scheduling fee according to the supply and demand information of the business circle to which the service address belongs, which is input by the user.
The supply and demand information may further include, in addition to the order success rate and the order failure rate mentioned in the first embodiment, an order number and/or a supply and demand ratio of a business circle in a preset time period, where the supply and demand ratio is a ratio between the number of service merchants belonging to the business circle and the order number of the preset time period, and an attribution relationship between the service merchants and the business circle may be preset. For obtaining the supply and demand information of the business circle to which the service address belongs, reference may be made to the related description in step 101 of the embodiment, and details are not described here again.
The price adjusting device can determine the first type of scheduling fee according to the supply and demand information. Specifically, similar to the first embodiment, when the supply and demand information includes the order quantity within the preset time or the supply and demand ratio within the preset time period, the price adjustment apparatus may directly determine the scheduling fee corresponding to the order quantity, that is, the first scheduling fee or the scheduling fee corresponding to the supply and demand ratio, that is, the second scheduling fee, as the first type scheduling fee.
When the supply and demand information includes both the order quantity and the supply and demand ratio, in an alternative manner, the price adjustment device may directly determine the sum of the first scheduling fee and the second scheduling fee as the first type scheduling fee. However, the first type of scheduling cost is easy to be higher in the mode, so that the effect of accurately screening the users with strong demand will is influenced. Therefore, in another alternative mode, the price adjustment device compares the first scheduling fee with the second scheduling fee, and determines the higher value of the first scheduling fee and the second scheduling fee as the first type scheduling fee. By adopting the second mode, not only can users with strong demand intentions be accurately screened out, but also the service enthusiasm of service merchants can be improved.
For the first scheduling fee, an alternative manner may be to determine the first scheduling fee according to whether the order number in the preset time period is higher than the preset number. When the order number is higher than the preset number, determining the first scheduling fee as A2. And when the order quantity is lower than the preset quantity, determining that the first scheduling fee is 0. Alternatively, the first scheduling fee may be determined according to a degree that the number of orders in the preset time period is higher than the preset number. The more the amount of orders is higher than the preset amount, the higher the first scheduling fee. At this time, the first scheduling fee may be a plurality of preset fixed values.
For the second scheduling fee, in an alternative manner, the second scheduling fee may be determined according to whether the supply-demand ratio is lower than a preset value within a preset time period. When the supply-demand ratio is lower than the preset value, determining the second scheduling fee as B2. And when the supply-demand ratio is higher than the preset value, determining that the second scheduling fee is 0. Alternatively, the second scheduling fee may be determined according to a degree that the supply-demand ratio is lower than the preset value within the preset time period. The more the supply-demand ratio is lower than the preset value, the higher the second scheduling fee. At this time, the second scheduling fee may be a plurality of preset fixed values.
S202, determining a second type of scheduling fee according to the service time input by the user.
After the user inputs the service time, the price adjusting device can determine the time range corresponding to the service time, and the time range is the date corresponding to the service time. If the date is a holiday or holiday, the price-adjusting device determines a preset fixed value C2Is a third scheduling fee.
In addition, the price adjusting device records the input time of the input operation while using the input service time, and calculates the inputTime difference between time and service time. This time difference is used to indicate the urgency of the user's service requirements, with smaller time differences indicating more urgency of the service. Alternatively, the price adjustment means may determine the fourth scheduling fee based on a time difference between the input time and the service time. And if the time difference is smaller than the preset time value, determining that the fourth scheduling fee is the preset value D. Wherein A is2、B2、C2D may be equal or different. Alternatively, the price adjustment device may determine the fourth scheduling fee according to a degree that the time difference is smaller than the preset time value. The higher the degree to which the time difference is smaller than the preset time value, the higher the fourth scheduling fee. At this time, the fourth scheduling fee may be a plurality of preset fixed values.
Based on the third scheduling fee and the fourth scheduling fee, the price adjustment device can further determine a second type of scheduling fee. Alternatively, the adjusting means may directly determine the sum of the third scheduling fee and the fourth scheduling fee as the second type scheduling fee. Alternatively, the determination that the value of the third scheduling fee and the fourth scheduling fee is larger may be determined as the second type scheduling fee.
S203, in the unserved orders of any service merchant, a first order with the minimum interval between the ending time of the service time and the starting time of the service time input by the user and a second order with the minimum interval between the starting time of the service time and the ending time of the service time input by the user are determined.
And S204, calculating a third type of scheduling fee corresponding to any service merchant according to the following formula.
F=[(d1+d2)/2-d3]*f
After the price adjusting device obtains the first type of scheduling fee and the second type of scheduling fee, the price adjusting device can further obtain order information of all unserviced orders of each service merchant. Since the service time is substantially a time period, there are corresponding start time and end time for either the service time entered by the user or the service time in the unserviced order.
Based on this, for any service merchant A, the price adjusting device determines the first order with the minimum interval between the ending time of the service time in the unserviced order of the service merchant A and the starting time of the service time input by the user, and the second order with the minimum interval between the starting time of the service time in the unserviced order and the ending time of the service time input by the user. The means for adjusting the price may then calculate a third type of royalty corresponding to this service merchant a according to the formula in step 204.
For the parameters in the formula, d1And d2Distances between the service address entered by the user and the service address of the first order and the service address of the second order, respectively, d3F is a scheduling fee base number for the preset base distance. In practical application, d3May be 7 km and f may be 2-ary.
And S205, determining the service merchant corresponding to the minimum third-class dispatching fee as the target service merchant among all service merchants.
And S206, determining the minimum third-class scheduling fee as the third-class scheduling fee corresponding to the order.
And after the calculation in the steps 203-204 is carried out on all the service merchants, the third type of scheduling fee corresponding to each service merchant can be obtained. The invoicing means may determine the serving merchant for which the minimum third type of dispatch fee is a target serving merchant. Meanwhile, in an optional mode, the price adjusting device may further determine the minimum third type of scheduling fee as a third type of scheduling fee of an order, where the order includes the target service merchant, the service time input by the user, and the service address. Alternatively, the average of the minimum N third-type scheduling fees may also be determined as the third-type scheduling fees corresponding to the order, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
And S207, adjusting the price of the order containing the service address, the service time and the target service merchant according to the first type of scheduling fee, the second type of scheduling fee and the third type of scheduling fee.
After obtaining the three types of scheduling fees, the price adjustment device may use the sum of the three types of scheduling fees and the base amount as the adjusted price, as in the first embodiment. The arrangement of the scheduling fee aims to accurately screen out the users with stronger service demand willingness and improve the service enthusiasm of the service merchants. In this case, if the order price is directly adjusted in the above manner, the adjusted price is high, which is not favorable for increasing the service enthusiasm of the service provider.
Therefore, in another alternative, the price adjustment device may compare the third type of scheduling fee with the sum of the first type of scheduling fee and the second type of scheduling fee, and determine the sum of the scheduling fee with a larger value and the base amount as the adjusted price.
Specifically, if the third type scheduling fee is not lower than the sum of the first type scheduling fee and the second type scheduling fee, the price of the order is adjusted to be the sum of the third type scheduling fee and the basic amount of the order. And if the third type of scheduling fee is lower than the sum of the first type of scheduling fee and the second type of scheduling fee, adjusting the price of the order to be the sum of the first type of scheduling fee, the second type of scheduling fee and the basic amount.
After the steps, the user can pay the adjusted price to finish the order placing operation. And then wait for the service merchant to service itself. In practical applications, however, there may be cases where the service merchant rejects the service for subjective or objective reasons, and in this case, the order price adjustment method may further include the following steps,
first, the target service merchant of the order is redetermined in response to a denial of service operation triggered by the target service merchant.
And secondly, re-determining the third type of scheduling fee according to the service address and the re-determined service address of the unserviced order of the target service merchant.
The service merchant may trigger the denial of service operation using an interface provided by the service merchant version application, which may send a denial of service message to the invoicing apparatus, the message including merchant information of the service merchant that triggered the denial of service operation. After receiving the message, the price adjusting device can determine the target service merchant for the user again. Alternatively, the price adjusting device may show the service merchants with the distance between the current position and the service address being less than the preset distance to the user in the form of a service merchant list, so that the user can reselect the target service merchant. At this point, the tariff apparatus may re-determine the third type of scheduling fee in the manner shown in step 103. Alternatively, the price adjustment device may further re-determine the target service provider and the third type of scheduling fee according to the manners shown in the above steps 203 to 206. For the specific process, refer to the above description, and are not described herein again.
And for the newly determined third type scheduling fee, the situation that the original third type scheduling fee is not equal is very likely to occur. Here, the third type scheduling fee determined through step 206 or step 103 may be referred to as an original third type scheduling fee. At this time, optionally, if the redetermined third type scheduling fee is higher than the original third type scheduling fee, the price adjustment device may optionally notify the user to pay the difference between the redetermined third type scheduling fee and the original third type scheduling fee. Of course, this difference may also be paid by the application developer. And if the redetermined third type scheduling fee is lower than the original third type scheduling fee, returning the difference to the account of the user.
In this embodiment, the price adjustment device may determine the first type, the second type, and the third type of scheduling fee by using data with different dimensions in different manners. The order price can be adjusted according to the three types of scheduling fees and the basic amount, so that an adjusted price can be obtained, and the adjusted price can indirectly and comprehensively reflect the strong degree of the service demand of the user. Therefore, the users with strong service requirements can be accurately and comprehensively determined by adjusting the order price by using various scheduling fees, so that the service merchant can pertinently service the users with strong service requirements. Meanwhile, the price adjusting device adjusts the price according to the third type of scheduling fee which is most closely related to the service merchant, so that the service enthusiasm of the service merchant can be improved, and the supply and demand balance in the business circle is further ensured. In addition, when the service merchant refuses the service, the price adjusting device can re-determine the target service merchant and the third type of scheduling fee, so that the user can normally enjoy the service of the service merchant.
In the first and second embodiments, it has been mentioned that the first type of scheduling fee, the second type of scheduling fee, and the third type of scheduling fee can be determined according to different dimensional data, such as service address, service time, distance, and the like. On this basis, data of other dimensions can also be used to determine the scheduling fee, such as the service frequency. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of a price booking adjustment method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s301, responding to the selection operation of the service frequency by the user, and determining a fourth type scheduling fee corresponding to the service frequency.
The user may select the frequency of service using an interface provided by the user version of the application, where the frequency of service may be null or other predetermined frequency, such as once a week, N times a week, N weeks, and so on. When the service frequency selected by the user is null, the resulting order is referred to as a single order, and such an order corresponds to a sudden, irregular service demand of the user. When the frequency of service selected by the user is not null, the resulting order is referred to as a periodic order, which corresponds to the user's long-term, regular service needs.
Optionally, for different service frequencies, the price adjustment device may preset corresponding scheduling fees, and the scheduling fees corresponding to the service frequencies may be collectively referred to as a fourth type scheduling fee. In practical application, a common setting manner may be to set the fourth type scheduling fee corresponding to the service frequency being null to E, and set the fourth type scheduling fees corresponding to other service frequencies to 0.
In addition, step 301 may be performed after any one of steps 101 to 103 in the embodiments. The step 301 may be executed after any one of the steps 201 to 202 in the embodiment, or may be executed after the step 206.
S302, adjusting the price of the order according to the first type dispatching fee, the second type dispatching fee, the third type dispatching fee and the fourth type dispatching fee.
After the price adjusting device obtains the four types of scheduling fees and the basic amount, in an optional mode, the sum of the four types of scheduling fees and the basic amount can be directly used as the adjusted price. Because the third type of scheduling fee is most closely related to the service merchant, in order to avoid the influence of too high scheduling fee on the screening of users with strong service requirements and improve the enthusiasm of the service of the merchant, the sum of the first type of scheduling fee, the second type of scheduling fee and the fourth type of scheduling fee is calculated in another optional mode, the sum of the three types of scheduling fee is compared with the third type of scheduling fee, and the sum of the basic sum and the larger value of the two types of scheduling fee is determined as the adjusted price.
In addition, the price adjusting device may further have a minimum dispatching fee, and when the dispatching fee determined by the price adjusting device according to the steps in the foregoing embodiments is less than the minimum dispatching fee, the price adjusting device determines the sum of the minimum dispatching fee and the basic amount as the adjusted price.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the determination manner of the first type, the second type, and the third type of scheduling fees is not described in detail, and the price adjustment device may be determined by any manner mentioned in the foregoing embodiments one and two, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, in addition to the three types of scheduling fees mentioned in the first and second embodiments, the price adjusting device may determine a fourth type of scheduling fee corresponding to the service frequency according to the service frequency selected by the user, and further adjust the order price according to the fourth type of scheduling fee. The multi-dimensional scheduling fee can be accurately and comprehensively determined, so that the service merchant can specifically serve the users with strong service requirements. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the scheduling fee can also improve the service enthusiasm of the service merchants, thereby further ensuring the supply and demand balance in the business circle.
