It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a business flow displaying method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be operated in terminals such as smart phones (such as Android mobile phones and IOS mobile phones), tablet computers, notebook computers and intelligent devices. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S101 to S104.
S101, acquiring service data in a service system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the business data is acquired by using a full-volume synchronization mode, and if the business data is updated, the business data is acquired by using a timing task execution increment synchronization mode. And after the service data is acquired, carrying out structural storage and duplication removal processing on the service data, in particular to carrying out the structural storage and the structural storage on the service data by using a large field or XML (Extensive Makeup Language, extensible markup language) structure, and carrying out the duplication removal processing on the service data by using a JAVA (an object-oriented programming language capable of writing cross-platform application programs) analysis component. Therefore, the service data is convenient to manage, and a large amount of redundant data is prevented from occupying the storage space.
S102, modeling a business process by configuring a process node, an attribute of the process node, the business data corresponding to the process node and a process flow direction.
In the embodiment of the invention, for example, the flow node of loan approval includes: the flow direction refers to the steps of applying for loans, binding bank cards, credit line and risk inquiry, and the flow direction sequentially passes through the steps of applying for loans, binding bank cards, credit line and risk inquiry. By modeling the business process and configuring corresponding business data for the process nodes of the business process, the business data and the business process are combined, so that the business data of each business system are more tightly connected, the business data of the business system are more conveniently monitored, and decision support service is better provided for enterprises.
Specifically, the specific steps of modeling the business process include: selecting an existing modeling software, such as a powerDesign modeling tool, a Together modeling tool and the like, selecting a model to be built in the modeling software, calling corresponding functions in a modeling function library in the software through a unified interactive interface selection modeling engine call interface in the modeling software, transmitting a business flow node, an attribute of the business flow node, business data corresponding to the business flow node and a flow circulation direction as function parameters into the selected modeling function, and generating a modeling result, namely the built model.
S103, marking the configured use number of each flow node according to the flow circulation direction.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1a, a loan approval process is divided into four layers according to the process flow direction in a business process, wherein a first node is a node for applying for loans, a second node is a node for binding bank cards, the rest nodes are a node for credit and a node for risk inquiry respectively, and then the node for applying for loans is marked as N-1 from the first node; marking the node of the bound bank card as N-2; marking the node of the credit limit as N-3; the "risk query" node is labeled N-4.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the step S103 includes steps S202 to S204.
S202, searching a priority level sequence corresponding to the flow node according to the flow circulation direction.
In the embodiment of the invention, priority statistics is carried out on each flow node in the business process, wherein each flow node in the business process comprises each flow node currently arranged in a priority queue and each flow node for updating the priority queue in the subsequent business process. For example, if the number of flow nodes currently placed in the priority queue is 10, the priority levels of the 10 flow nodes are counted, and if the counted priority levels of the 10 flow nodes are 5,4,3,2,1 and 0, the obtained priority level sequence may be (5,4,3,2,1,0) or (0, 1,2,3,4 and 5). In the embodiment of the present invention, each process node corresponds to a priority level, each priority level corresponds to one or more process nodes, and the details of the process of setting the priority level for the process node are omitted herein because they are irrelevant to the essential content of the embodiment of the present invention.
S204, marking the use number of each configured flow node according to the searched priority level sequence.
In the embodiment of the invention, for example, aiming at a loan approval process, the priority level sequence searched in the process is (4, 3,2, 1), the loan approval process is divided into four layers, wherein the first node is a node for applying for loan, the second node is a node for binding a bank card, the rest nodes are nodes for credit and risk inquiry respectively, and then the node for applying for loan is marked as V-1 according to the searched priority level sequence (4, 3,2, 1) from the first node with the highest priority level; marking the nodes of the bound bank card as V-2 according to the priority level in turn; marking the node of the credit limit as V-3; the "risk query" node is labeled V-4.
S104, controlling the business process circulation according to the marking direction of the process node, and displaying the marked business process in the form of a process icon.
In the embodiment of the present invention, further, the displaying the marked business process in the form of a process icon includes: and acquiring the state and the number of the marked flow node, and displaying the business flow in the form of a flow icon according to the state and the number of the flow node. The marking direction of the flow node refers to: according to the marked numbers, the marked directions can be the sequence from the small number to the large number, or the marked directions can be the sequence from the large number to the small number; in the technical scheme, the business process is displayed through the state of the process node, so that a user can more intuitively know the current state of the business process.
From the above, the embodiment of the present invention obtains service data in the service system; modeling a business process by configuring a process node, an attribute of the process node, the business data corresponding to the process node and a process circulation direction; marking each configured process node use number according to the process flow direction; and controlling the business process circulation according to the marking direction of the process node, and displaying the marked business process in the form of a process icon. The embodiment of the invention can realize that the user can drag and update the flow according to the own needs, improve the user experience and reduce the development labor investment.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a business flow displaying method according to another embodiment of the present invention. The method can be operated in terminals such as smart phones (such as Android mobile phones and IOS mobile phones), tablet computers, notebook computers and intelligent devices.
