Abstract
The invention discloses a wearable fixing device for an AR augmented reality device, and relates to the technical field of augmented reality devices. The invention comprises an augmented reality device body, a head tightening component and a forehead positioning arc plate; a first hinge seat is fixed on one surface of the forehead positioning circular arc plate; two first bandages are fixed on the upper surface of the forehead positioning arc plate; the head binding component comprises two outer rectangular arc battens; the inner arc surfaces of the two outer rectangular arc slats are fixed with an inner rectangular arc slat through a plurality of cylindrical sleeve rods; a plurality of adjusting studs are arranged on the outer rectangular arc slat. The invention realizes the adjustment and the complete positioning of the AR augmented reality device on the head by combining the designed augmented reality device body, the head tightening assembly and the forehead positioning arc plate, and solves the problems of poor adjustment and incomplete positioning of the conventional AR augmented reality device fixing device.

Background
The fixing device of the current relatively common AR augmented reality device mostly adopts a structure similar to a helmet in the real use, the structure is large in mass at first, uncomfortable to wear, small in adjustability, and limited in the applicable crowd, the AR augmented reality device and the helmet adopt a firm fixing mode, and the AR augmented reality device and the helmet are not convenient to store separately, meanwhile, the helmet is poor in quality and air permeability, cannot be positioned completely, and the replacement cost is high after the helmet is damaged.

Further, the side fastener includes a first single lug; the opposite side surface of the first single lug is in sliding fit with the opposite inner wall of the second T-shaped clamping groove; a rectangular sliding block is fixed on one side surface of the first single lug; the rectangular sliding block is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the first rectangular groove; the rectangular sliding block is in clearance fit with the relative inner wall of the first T-shaped clamping groove.
Furthermore, a first buffer sponge is fixed on the inner arc surface of the forehead positioning arc plate, and antibacterial canvas is arranged on the outer surface of the first buffer sponge; the forehead positioning arc plate just covers the forehead of the wearer.
Furthermore, a rotating handle is arranged at one end, located on the outer arc surface of the outer rectangular arc batten, of the adjusting stud; and one end of the adjusting stud, which is positioned at the inner arc surface of the outer rectangular arc batten, is provided with a spherical end surface.

1. the invention realizes the adjustment and the complete positioning of the AR augmented reality device on the head by combining the designed augmented reality device body, the head tightening assembly and the forehead positioning arc plate, and has the advantages of simple and convenient disassembly and low maintenance cost.
2. The forehead positioning arc plate and the two outer rectangular arc laths are matched to realize the adjustment of the watching height of a user and the fixation of the top of the head.
3. The head tightening assembly comprises a head tightening assembly, wherein the head tightening assembly is provided with a plurality of outer rectangular arc battens and inner rectangular arc battens, the outer rectangular arc battens and the inner rectangular arc battens are connected with the head tightening assembly through bolts, the distance between the outer rectangular arc battens and the inner rectangular arc battens is adjusted through adjusting the bolts.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. a first hinge base 402 is fixed on one surface of the forehead positioning arc plate 4; two first bandages 401 are fixed on the upper surface of the forehead positioning arc plate 4;
the head binding component 2 comprises two outer rectangular arc slats 3, the structure is that a rectangular strip is bent into an arc shape for shaping; the inner arc surfaces of the two outer rectangular arc slats 3 are both fixed with an inner rectangular arc slat 5 through three cylindrical loop bars 12, and the structure is that a rectangular strip is bent into an arc shape for shaping; the cylindrical loop bar 12 comprises a first cylinder and a first cylinder which is connected to the first cylinder in a sliding and sleeved mode, one end of the first cylinder is fixed to the outer arc surface of the inner rectangular arc slat 5, and one end of the first cylinder is fixed to the inner arc surface of the outer rectangular arc slat 3; two adjusting studs 6 are arranged on the outer rectangular arc slat 3, and the adjusting studs 6 are in threaded connection with the outer rectangular arc slat 3; one end of the adjusting stud 6 is contacted with the outer arc surface of the inner rectangular arc slat 5; one end of each of the two outer rectangular arc slats 3 is fixed with a pair of lugs 301; the other ends of the two outer rectangular arc battens 3 are connected through a second bandage 9; the two first bandages 401 are adhered to one surface of the second bandage 9; the lower surfaces of the two outer rectangular arc slats 3 are fixed with a tether 7; the two tying ropes 7 are provided with spring tying buckles 8, and the spring tying buckles 8 are the same as spring locking buckles on the tying ropes of the common sun hat;
a first T-shaped clamping groove 101 is formed in one side face of the augmented reality device body 1; the inner wall of the first T-shaped clamping groove 101 is in sliding fit with an inverted T-shaped sliding block 10; the upper end of the inverted T-shaped sliding block 10 is hinged with the first hinged support 402; the opposite side surfaces of the augmented reality device body 1 are provided with second T-shaped clamping grooves 102; a first rectangular groove 103 is formed in one inner wall of the second T-shaped clamping groove 102; the inner wall of the first rectangular groove 103 is buckled with a side fastener 11; one end of the side fastener 11 is hinged with the double lug 301.
As shown in fig. 6, the side fastener 11 includes a first single lug 111; an opposite side surface of the first single lug 111 is in sliding fit with an opposite inner wall of the second T-shaped clamping groove 102; a rectangular sliding block 112 is fixed on one side surface of the first single lug 111; the rectangular sliding block 112 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the first rectangular groove 103; the rectangular slider 112 is in clearance fit with an opposite inner wall of the second T-shaped slot 102.
Wherein, the inner arc surface of the forehead positioning arc plate 4 is fixed with a first buffer sponge, and the outer surface of the first buffer sponge is provided with an antibacterial canvas; the forehead positioning arc plate 4 just covers the forehead of the wearer.
As shown in fig. 3, a rotating handle is arranged at one end of the adjusting stud 6, which is positioned at the outer arc surface of the outer rectangular arc slat 3; one end of the adjusting stud 6, which is positioned at the inner arc surface of the outer rectangular arc slat 3, is provided with a spherical end surface.
