本发明公开一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、底座、气缸杆、灯臂、灯具及太阳能板,灯杆底部设有底座,灯杆一侧铰接有气缸杆,灯杆顶部铰接有灯臂,气缸杆一端与灯臂底部铰接,灯臂外侧卡接有若干灯具,灯臂顶部铰接有支撑杆,支撑杆顶部连接太阳能板,支撑杆一侧铰接有固定杆,固定杆一端与灯臂一端卡接,结构简单,便于维护和维修。

本发明涉及路灯领域,尤其是一种便于维修的太阳能路灯。
技术背景
随着城市的发展,道路照明设备应用越来越广泛,如今全世界都在提倡低碳环保,因此太阳能路灯则成为道路照明的主要照明设备,可是现有太阳能路灯基本上所有都是置于户外使用,长期处于日晒风吹雨淋的环境中,难免会有损坏,工人需要攀爬或者借助其他设备进行维修或者护理,十分的不方便,而且具有一定危险性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中路灯所存在的缺陷,提供一种便于维修的太阳能路灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、底座、气缸杆、灯臂、灯具及太阳能板,所述灯杆底部设有所述底座,所述灯杆一侧铰接有所述气缸杆,所述灯杆顶部铰接有所述灯臂,所述气缸杆一端与所述灯臂底部铰接,所述灯臂外侧卡接有若干灯具,所述灯臂顶部铰接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶部连接所述太阳能板,所述支撑杆一侧铰接有固定杆,所述固定杆一端与所述灯臂一端卡接。
上述的一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,所述气缸杆为三段式设计。
上述的一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,所述灯具数量为四。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明设有气缸杆,将气缸杆与灯臂铰接,当气缸杆伸缩时,可以调节灯臂的位置,当气缸杆缩短时,灯臂会往下倒,那么上面的灯具就可以触碰得到,便于工人的维护和维修。
2.本发明在灯臂上方铰接太阳能板,在灯臂倒下时,移动固定杆,可以使得太阳能板也处于便于维护和维修的高度,简单实用。

参阅图1,一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆1、底座2、气缸杆3、灯臂4、灯具5及太阳能板7,灯杆1底部设有底座2,灯杆1一侧铰接有气缸杆3,灯杆1顶部铰接有灯臂4,气缸杆3一端与灯臂4底部铰接,灯臂4外侧卡接有若干灯具5,灯臂4顶部铰接有支撑杆6,支撑杆6顶部连接太阳能板7,支撑杆6一侧铰接有固定杆8,固定杆8一端与灯臂4一端卡接。
本实施例中一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,气缸杆3为三段式设计。
本实施例中一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,灯具5数量为四。
具体工作原理:以控制气缸杆的伸缩从而控制灯臂的位置,从而实现灯具和太阳能板的升降,便于维修和维护。

1.一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆(1)、底座(2)、气缸杆(3)、灯臂(4)、灯具(5)及太阳能板(7),其特征在于:所述灯杆(1)底部设有所述底座(2),所述灯杆(1)一侧铰接有所述气缸杆(3),所述灯杆(1)顶部铰接有所述灯臂(4),所述气缸杆(3)一端与所述灯臂(4)底部铰接,所述灯臂(4)外侧卡接有若干灯具(5),所述灯臂(4)顶部铰接有支撑杆(6),所述支撑杆(6)顶部连接所述太阳能板(7),所述支撑杆(6)一侧铰接有固定杆(8),所述固定杆(8)一端与所述灯臂(4)一端卡接。
