the indicating mechanism comprises an indicating box (6), a sealing plate (7), an indicating lamp (8) and two adjusting components, wherein the indicating box (6) is fixed on the main body (3), the indicating lamp (8) is fixed at the bottom in the indicating box (6), the indicating lamp (8) is electrically connected with the PLC, the sealing plate (7) is positioned at one end, far away from the main body (3), of the indicating box (6), the two adjusting components are respectively positioned at two sides of the indicating box (6), and the adjusting components are in transmission connection with the sealing plate (7);
