Background
When the laser reflection lens and the base are installed, the base is clamped by using a fixing device, the laser reflection lens is placed on the upper end surface of the base, and a pressing acting force is applied to the laser reflection lens through a pressing device, so that the laser reflection lens and the base can be attached more tightly, the gluing operation of the laser reflection lens and the base is facilitated, but in the pressing process of the pressing device, the laser reflection lens is damaged due to the overlarge pressing acting force, and certain economic loss is caused to people; on the other hand, after the laser reflection lens and the base are glued, the laser reflection lens and the base need to be taken off from the fixing device to be naturally solidified, but because the glue between the laser reflection lens and the base is not solidified, a gap or deviation between the laser reflection lens and the base is easily caused due to uneven stress in the taking-off process, and great inconvenience is brought to the installation work of the laser reflection lens.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and designs a mounting protection device of a reflector and a base and a clamping device thereof, wherein the mounting protection device has a simple structure and is convenient to use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a mounting protection device for a reflector and a base is made of rubber and comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder; the upper end face of the first cylinder is provided with a guide pillar groove, the area of the bottom surface of the guide pillar groove is larger than that of the lower end face of the guide pillar, the first cylinder and the second cylinder are integrally formed, and the lower end face of the second cylinder is identical to the shape and the area of the reflector.
Further, the cross section of the first cylinder is larger than that of the second cylinder.
A clamping device for mounting a protection device on a reflector and a base comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a third clamping plate, a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft, a third connecting shaft, a first handheld plate, a second handheld plate and a movable plate; the first clamping plate is connected with one end of the first connecting shaft, the second clamping plate is connected with one end of the second connecting shaft, and the other ends of the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft are connected with the first handheld plate; the third clamping plate is connected with one end of a third connecting shaft, and the other end of the third connecting shaft is connected with the second handheld plate; the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are arranged side by side and are parallel to a third clamping plate positioned below the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the second handheld plate is positioned above the first handheld plate and is parallel to the first handheld plate, the first connecting shaft, the second connecting shaft and the third connecting shaft are arranged in a crossed mode, and the middle parts of the first connecting shaft, the second connecting shaft and the third connecting shaft are movably connected through a first pin shaft; the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are respectively provided with a longitudinal through hole and a transverse through hole, the longitudinal through holes are communicated with the transverse through holes, and the connecting lugs at the upper end of the movable plate penetrate into the longitudinal through holes from the bottom ends of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate and are movably connected through second pin shafts penetrating through the transverse through holes.

according to the invention, the installation protection device made of rubber is adopted, before the pressing device is pressed down, the installation protection device is placed at the upper end of the laser reflection lens, the lower end surface of the second cylinder of the installation protection device is contacted with the upper end surface of the laser reflection lens, when the pressing device is pressed down, the upper end surface of the first cylinder is contacted with the pressing device, the rubber characteristic of the installation protection device avoids the damage to the laser reflection lens when the pressing device is forced to be overlarge, and the guide pillar groove on the upper end surface of the first cylinder of the installation protection device can limit the pressing guide pillar in the pressing device, so that the laser reflection lens is prevented from being damaged due to the deviation and other conditions in the pressing process, and a certain economic loss is reduced for the production of lasers; on the other hand, by designing the clamping device matched with the installation protection device, when the laser reflection lens and the base need to be taken down, only the third clamping plate of the clamping device is in parallel contact with the lower end face of the base, and the movable plates at the lower ends of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are in contact with the upper end face of the first cylinder in the installation protection device, so that the movable plates can keep parallel with the third clamping plate on the upper end face of the first cylinder, the pressure balance between the laser reflection lens and the base is ensured, and the conditions of deviation and the like of the laser reflection lens and the base during the taking-down operation are avoided; can control fly leaf and third splint through the handheld board of control first, the handheld board of second and press from both sides laser instrument reflection lens, base, installation protection device together, take off installation protection device after placing it assigned position and can accomplish the operation of taking off, easy operation has brought very big facility for the installation work of laser instrument reflection lens and base.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a mounting protector for a reflector and a base is made of rubber and comprises a first cylinder 1 and a second cylinder 2; the upper end face of the first cylinder 1 is provided with a guide pillar groove 3, the area of the bottom face of the guide pillar groove 3 is larger than that of the lower end face of the guide pillar, the guide pillar is a pressing device in the pressing device, the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 are integrally formed, and the lower end face of the second cylinder 2 is the same as the shape and the area of the reflection lens.

The cross section of the first cylinder 1 is larger than the cross section of the second cylinder 2. The design enables the pressing device to be more easily contacted with the upper end face of the first cylinder when the pressing device is pressed down, and the using effect of the invention is improved.
A holding device for mounting a protection device on a reflector and a base comprises a first holding plate 4, a second holding plate 5, a third holding plate 14, a first connecting shaft 11, a second connecting shaft 12, a third connecting shaft 15, a first handheld plate 13, a second handheld plate 16 and a movable plate 10; the first clamping plate 4 is connected with one end of a first connecting shaft 11, the second clamping plate 5 is connected with one end of a second connecting shaft 12, and the other ends of the first connecting shaft 11 and the second connecting shaft 12 are connected with a first handheld plate 13; the third clamping plate 14 is connected with one end of a third connecting shaft 15, and the other end of the third connecting shaft 15 is connected with a second handheld plate 16; the first clamping plate 4 and the second clamping plate 5 are arranged side by side and are parallel to a third clamping plate 14 positioned below the first clamping plate 4 and the second clamping plate 5, the second handheld plate 16 is positioned above the first handheld plate 13 and is parallel to the first handheld plate 13, the first connecting shaft 11, the second connecting shaft 12 and the third connecting shaft 15 are arranged in a crossed mode, and the middle parts of the first connecting shaft 11, the second connecting shaft 12 and the third connecting shaft 13 are movably connected through a first pin shaft 19; the first clamping plate 4 and the second clamping plate 5 are respectively provided with a longitudinal through hole 8 and a transverse through hole 20, the longitudinal through hole 8 is communicated with the transverse through hole 20, and the connecting lug 7 at the upper end of the movable plate 10 penetrates into the longitudinal through hole 8 from the bottom ends of the first clamping plate 4 and the second clamping plate 5 and is movably connected with the second pin shaft 6 penetrating through the transverse through hole 20.
According to the invention, by designing the clamping device matched with the installation protection device, when the laser reflection lens and the base need to be taken down, only the third clamping plate of the clamping device is in parallel contact with the lower end surface of the base, and the movable plates at the lower ends of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are in contact with the upper end surface of the first cylinder in the installation protection device, so that the movable plates can keep parallel with the third clamping plate on the upper end surface of the first cylinder, the pressure balance between the laser reflection lens and the base is ensured, and the situations of deviation and the like during the operation of taking down the laser reflection lens and the base are avoided; can control fly leaf and third splint through the handheld board of control first, the handheld board of second and press from both sides laser instrument reflection lens, base, installation protection device together, take off installation protection device after placing it assigned position and can accomplish the operation of taking off, easy operation has brought very big facility for the installation work of laser instrument reflection lens and base.
A gap exists between the first clamping plate 4 and the second clamping plate 5. According to the design, after the gluing operation is completed on the laser reflection lens and the base, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate can be respectively contacted with the two sides of the upper end of the first cylinder when the lower guide pillar is not lifted, so that the laser reflection lens, the base and the installation protection device are clamped, the situations that the laser reflection lens and the base deviate in the resetting process of the pressing device and the like are avoided, and the using effect of the gluing device is improved.
The third connecting shaft 15 is located between the first connecting shaft 11 and the second connecting shaft 12. The clamping device is more stable in structure, and the service life of the clamping device is prolonged.
The tail end of the second pin shaft 6 is provided with a pin hole, and a pin lug 9 is inserted in the pin hole. The design avoids the situation that the second pin shaft is separated from the transverse through hole to cause the movable plate to fall off and the like, and improves the using effect of the invention.
The first handheld plate 13 is movably connected with the second handheld plate 16 through a third pin shaft 17, and a spring 18 is sleeved on the outer side surface of the third pin shaft 17 between the first handheld plate 13 and the second handheld plate 16. The design can automatically reset by utilizing the acting force of the spring after the first handheld plate and the second handheld plate are pressed down, so that people can more conveniently control the first handheld plate and the second handheld plate, and the using effect of the invention is improved.
