The technical problem that this application mainly solves is to provide a hitching mechanism and use its display device, can solve the box installation difficulty of current LED display big, the high problem of cost of labor.
In order to solve the technical problems, one technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: there is provided a hitching mechanism, wherein the hitching mechanism comprises:
a fixing base provided with a fixing structure for fixing the hooking mechanism to the first member;
the fixing piece is hinged with the fixing base, one end of the fixing piece, which is far away from the fixing base, is provided with a hanging part, and the hanging part is used for hanging and fixing the first component to a preset position;
the first elastic connecting piece is arranged between the fixed base and the fixed piece and is used for enabling the fixed piece to rotate back and forth within a preset angle relative to the fixed base.

Wherein the hitch mechanism further includes a control assembly, the control assembly including:

the inclined block is fixedly arranged at the first end and is provided with a first inclined plane;
the fixing piece is provided with a second inclined plane matched with the first inclined plane, the first inclined plane is abutted to the second inclined plane, and the fixing piece is controlled to rotate relative to the fixing base by controlling the connecting rod to move in the direction of going deep into or away from the accommodating space.
The second end of the connecting rod is provided with a handheld part, and the handheld part is pulled to move towards a direction close to or far away from the fixed base, so that the connecting rod moves towards a direction deep into or far away from the accommodating space.
The control assembly further comprises a second elastic connecting piece, one end of the second elastic connecting piece is connected with the inclined block, and the other end of the second elastic connecting piece is connected with the inner wall of the fixed base.
The fixed base comprises a shell and a cover body, and the cover body is arranged at the opening of the shell in a covering way; the first end penetrates through the cover body, and the connecting rod is matched with the cover body in a sliding mode.
The cover body is provided with a casing part on one side opposite to the shell, and the first end penetrates through the casing part and is inserted into the accommodating space.
The hanging mechanism further comprises a rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are connected with the fixed base, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the two fixed arms to realize the hinge joint of the fixed piece and the fixed base;
the first elastic connecting piece is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the first elastic connecting piece is arranged between the two fixing arms.
In order to solve the technical problems, another technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: there is provided a display device comprising an LED display screen and a housing, on which at least one LED display screen is mounted, wherein the housing is provided with a hitching mechanism as described above for hitching and fixing the housing to a preset position.
The hanging mechanism is arranged on the side face of the box body, at least two hanging mechanisms are arranged on the same side face of the box body, and the hanging mechanisms on the fixing pieces of the two hanging mechanisms are respectively arranged on one side, close to or far away from each other, of the two fixing pieces.
The beneficial effects of this application are: different from the prior art, the application provides a hanging mechanism and a display device using the same. The box body of the display device is provided with the hanging mechanism, when the box body is installed, the box body is firstly hung and installed at a preset position through the hanging mechanism, and then the box body can be fixed through the locking device; meanwhile, the control assembly can also control the hanging part of the hanging mechanism to hang or separate from the hanging component, so that the disassembly and maintenance of the box body can be facilitated.

In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical scheme adopted and the technical effects achieved by the application clearer, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a hitching mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an exploded view of the hitch mechanism of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a control assembly of the hitch mechanism of FIG. 2; fig. 4 is a schematic view of the control assembly of fig. 2 mated with a fixture.
The hooking mechanism 100 includes a fixed base 110, a fixed member 120 hinged to the fixed base 110, and a first elastic connection member 130 disposed between the fixed base 110 and the fixed member 120. The fixing base 110 is provided with a fixing structure 111 for fixing the whole hooking mechanism 100 to a preset first member, wherein the fixing structure 111 can be a threaded hole or a screw column or other installation structure so as to facilitate the fixed installation of the hooking mechanism 100 and the first member; the fixing member 120 is provided at one end thereof remote from the fixing base 110 with a hooking portion 121, and the hooking portion 121 may be matched with a predetermined wiping groove, so that the first member may be hooked and fixed to a predetermined position through the entire hooking mechanism 100.
Further, the first elastic connection member 130 is disposed between the fixing base 110 and the fixing member 120, so that the fixing member 120 can reciprocally rotate within a certain angle relative to the fixing base 110, thereby facilitating the hanging installation of the fixing member 120.
In this embodiment, the fixing piece 120 of the hooking mechanism 100 is elastically hinged with respect to the fixing base 110, so that the first members can be hooked at a preset position, so that the first members after the hooking mechanism 100 is installed can be installed simply, and the installation operation can be completed by one person, thereby saving the labor cost.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 110 includes a housing 112 and a cover 113, the housing 112 has a groove, the cover 113 is disposed at an opening of the groove to cover the groove, thereby forming an accommodating space 114; one end of the fixing member 120 is inserted into the accommodating space 114 and hinged to the fixing base 110.
The fixing base 110 may be provided with a rotating shaft 140, the rotating shaft 140 is disposed in the accommodating space 114 and is fixedly connected with the fixing base 110, and the rotating shaft 140 penetrates through the fixing member 120 and is inserted into one end of the accommodating space 114, so that the fixing member 120 can be hinged with the fixing base 110 by taking the rotating shaft 140 as a rotation center.
In this embodiment, the first elastic connecting member 130 may be a torsion spring, the first elastic connecting member 130 may be sleeved on the rotating shaft 140, and the lead-out portions at two ends respectively abut against the fixing base 110 and the fixing member 120, so that when a pressure is applied to the fixing member 120, the fixing member 120 may rotate relative to the fixing base 110, and when the pressure is removed, the fixing member 120 may automatically return to the position of the fixing member 120 before the pressure is applied under the action of the first elastic connecting member 130.
Wherein, the fixing arm 122 disposed at two intervals can be disposed at one end of the fixing member 120 inserted into the accommodating space 114, and the first elastic connecting member 130 can be disposed at a position between the two fixing arms 122, so that the design space can be saved, and the whole hooking mechanism 100 has a simple and compact structure, and the two fixing arms 122 and the rotating shaft 140 can fix the position of the first elastic connecting member 130, so that other fixing structures are not required to fix the first elastic connecting member 130.
Referring further to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the hooking mechanism 100 further includes a control component 150. The control assembly 150 is used for controlling the fixing member 120 to be opposite to the fixing base 110.
Specifically, the control assembly 150 includes a connecting rod 151 and an inclined block 152, wherein two ends of the connecting rod 151 are a first end 1511 and a second end 1512, respectively, the first end 1511 of the connecting rod 151 penetrates the cover 113 and is inserted into the accommodating space 114, the connecting rod 151 and the cover 113 can be movably matched, and the inclined block 152 can be fixedly mounted on the first end 1511 of the connecting rod 151.
The inclined block 152 is provided with a first inclined plane 1521, and the corresponding fixing member 120 is provided with a second inclined plane 123 matched with the first inclined plane 1521. In this embodiment, the inclined block 152 is abutted to and matched with the second inclined plane 123 through the first inclined plane 1521, and the connecting rod 151 drives the inclined block 152 to move, so that the first inclined plane 1521 and the second inclined plane 123 can be matched in a sliding manner, and the fixing member 120 can rotate relative to the fixing base 110.
In this embodiment, the connecting rod 151 may be disposed parallel to the rotating shaft 140, and the connecting rod 151 is controlled to extend into or draw out of the accommodating space 114, so that the connecting rod 151 drives the inclined block 152 to move, and further the sliding matching between the first inclined surface 1521 and the second inclined surface 123 is achieved, so that the fixing member 120 may rotate relative to the fixing base 110.
The connecting rod 151 may further be sleeved with a second elastic connecting member 153, where the second elastic connecting member 153 may be a spring, and the second elastic connecting member 153 is sleeved on the connecting rod 151 and two ends of the second elastic connecting member may be respectively connected with the inclined block 152 and the inner wall of the fixed base 110, so that the connecting rod 151 may perform elastic reciprocating motion relative to the fixed base 110.
In this embodiment, the second end 1512 of the connecting rod 151 is pushed and pulled, so that the connecting rod 151 reciprocates relative to the fixed base 110. A hand grip 1513 may be provided on the second end 1512 to facilitate pushing and pulling of the link 151.
In order to enable the link 151 to slide smoothly with respect to the fixed base 110, a sleeve portion 1131 may be provided on the cover 113, and the sleeve portion 1131 may be provided in the accommodating space 114 or outside the accommodating space 114.
Wherein when the sleeve portion 1131 is disposed in the accommodation space 114, the overall appearance of the hitching mechanism 100 can be made simple; when the sleeve portion 1131 is disposed outside the accommodating space 114, the structure in the accommodating space 114 can be made compact.
In this embodiment, the connecting rod 151 penetrates the entire cover 113 from the position of the sleeve portion 1131, that is, the first end 1511 of the connecting rod 151 penetrates the sleeve portion 1131 and then is inserted into the accommodating space 114, and the connecting rod 151 may be slidably matched with the sleeve portion 1131, where the sleeve portion 1131 may play a guiding role on the connecting rod 151. One end of the holding portion 1513 disposed at the second end 1512 of the link 151 near the cover 113 may abut the end surface of the sleeve portion 1131, so that the movement of the link 151 may be blocked.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a display device provided in the present application.
The display device 200 includes an LED display screen and a case 220, where the LED display screen is mounted on the case 220, and the case 220 may be provided with one or more LED display screens, as described above, on the case 220, and the fixing member 120 of the hanging mechanism 100 is aligned with a hanging slot on a preset mechanism, so that the whole display device 200 may be hung and fixed on a preset position, and then the case 220 is fixedly connected with the preset mechanism by a locking device disposed on the case 220.
In this embodiment, at least two hitching mechanisms 100 may be further disposed on the same side of the case 220, and both hitching mechanisms 100 are provided with fixing members 120 as described above, wherein the hitching portions 121 on the two fixing members 120 may be disposed on one side of the corresponding fixing members 120 respectively, or may be disposed on one side of the corresponding fixing members 120 respectively, away from each other, so that the hitching and fixing of the case 220 is more stable and reliable.
Further, in this embodiment, the display device 200 may further include a plurality of boxes 220, each box 220 may be provided with at least one LED display screen, and after the two adjacent boxes 220 are coupled and matched by the coupling mechanism 100 as described above, the two adjacent boxes 220 are fixedly connected by the locking device disposed on the box 220.
In summary, the present application provides a hanging mechanism and a display device using the same. The box body of the display device is provided with the hanging mechanism, when the box body is installed, the box body is firstly hung and installed at a preset position through the hanging mechanism, and then the box body can be fixed through the locking device; meanwhile, the control assembly can also control the hanging part of the hanging mechanism to hang or separate from the hanging component, so that the disassembly and maintenance of the box body can be facilitated.
