本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种适用于夏热冬冷地区耐高低温的外墙弹性涂料。
背景技术
弹性涂料常用于有外保温地区,价格从几十块到上百块都有,主要差距在所用树脂的不同质量。常规做的弹性涂料的价格,一般分为两种:一种单层的一种复层的。复层弹涂,价格较贵,所以进入市场后开发了单层弹涂,即将两种功能合一。弹涂的清洁功能和防开裂功能其实是一对矛盾,有良好弹性的材料比如有一定粘性,就必然会有吸附污染物的性能,其情节性能必然下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决建筑外墙弹性涂料清洁功能和防开裂功能之间的矛盾,提出一种适用于夏热冬冷地区耐高低温的外墙弹性涂料。

为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种适用于夏热冬冷地区耐高低温的外墙涂料,原料按重量份包括:纯丙乳液30-40份,二氧化硅5-10份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-5份,丙二醇丁醚3-5份,硅藻土3-5份,EVA树脂胶3-8份,页岩纤维3-8份,海藻酸钠5-10份,稀土3-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.优异的反射隔热性能,节约能源,降低能耗,提高经济效益。2.优异的弹性和延伸率,可自主填补涂料表面的细小裂纹,可适用于夏热冬冷地区温度、湿度变化大的环境。3.卓越的抗污性,墙面上的污渍可用弱碱水轻易擦掉。

一种适用于夏热冬冷地区耐高低温的外墙涂料,原料按重量包括:纯丙乳液32Kg,二氧化硅6Kg,聚乙烯醇5Kg,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4Kg,丙二醇丁醚3Kg,硅藻土3Kg,EVA树脂胶4Kg,页岩纤维7Kg,海藻酸钠5Kg,稀土3Kg。
实施例2
一种适用于夏热冬冷地区耐高低温的外墙涂料,原料按重量包括:纯丙乳液37Kg,二氧化硅8Kg,聚乙烯醇5Kg,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4Kg,丙二醇丁醚4Kg,硅藻土3Kg,EVA树脂胶7Kg,页岩纤维4Kg,海藻酸钠6Kg,稀土5Kg。
实施例3
一种适用于夏热冬冷地区耐高低温的外墙涂料,原料按重量包括:纯丙乳液39Kg,二氧化硅8Kg,聚乙烯醇9Kg,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5Kg,丙二醇丁醚5Kg,硅藻土5Kg,EVA树脂胶7Kg,页岩纤维8Kg,海藻酸钠9Kg,稀土5Kg。
