Background
The glass is an amorphous inorganic non-metallic material, generally made of many inorganic minerals as main raw materials, and adding a small amount of auxiliary raw materials, its main components are silicon dioxide and other oxides, the main component of ordinary glass is silicate complex salt, it is an amorphous solid with a random structure, it is widely used in buildings, it is used for isolating wind and transmitting light, it belongs to a mixture, there are some colored glasses which show color by mixing with some metal oxides or salts, and some transparent plastics are also called organic glass by physical or chemical methods.
In short, the mold is a tool for manufacturing a molded article, the tool is composed of various parts, different molds are composed of different parts, and the processing of the shape of the article is realized mainly by changing the physical state of the molded material, so that the mold becomes one of the essential components in the glass molding process, the mold needs to be frequently replaced due to different types of glass in the actual use process of the existing glass molding mold, the replacement process is troublesome, the glass production is not facilitated, in addition, the pressing process needs to be carried out in the glass molding process, the mold has poor stability, the glass molding quality is influenced, and on the other hand, the glass on the mold is inconvenient to take down after molding, therefore, the production efficiency of the glass is influenced, and a glass forming mold is provided for the purpose.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a glass forming die, which has the advantages of convenience in die replacement, high die stability in the glass forming process and convenience in taking off the formed glass, and solves the problems that the existing glass forming die is complex in replacement, poor in die stability in the glass forming process and inconvenient in taking off the formed glass, so that the glass production efficiency is influenced.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: a glass forming die comprises an operating platform, wherein the bottom of the operating platform is in threaded connection with supporting legs, a mounting groove is formed in the operating platform, a die is arranged in the mounting groove, threaded sleeves are fixedly connected to two sides of the operating platform, a threaded rod is in threaded connection with the inner part of each threaded sleeve, a knob is fixedly connected to one end of the threaded rod, the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the threaded sleeves and the operating platform, extends into the mounting groove and is in threaded connection with one side of the die, a frame is fixedly connected to the top of the operating platform, a mounting plate is arranged on the inner side of the frame, a limiting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate, a mounting screw is movably connected to the inner part of the limiting plate, the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the inner side of the frame through the mounting screw, a hydraulic device is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting plate, a hydraulic rod is fixedly connected to the output end of the hydraulic device, the bottom of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with a pressing plate, the outer side of the die is provided with a sleeve, the two sides of the sleeve are fixedly connected with connecting plates, the inside of each connecting plate is provided with a fastening screw, the sleeve is fixedly connected with the die through the fastening screw, a jacking plate is movably sleeved in the sleeve, the bottom of the die, which is positioned in the mounting groove, is provided with a movable plate, the bottom of the die is contacted with the top of the movable plate, the bottom of the movable plate is fixedly connected with a movable rod, the bottom of the movable rod is fixedly connected with a movable sleeve, the inner side of the movable sleeve is fixedly connected with a limiting block, the inside of the operating table is fixedly connected with a fixed plate, the top of the fixed plate is fixedly connected with a fixed block, one end of the limiting block penetrates through the fixed block and extends to the inside of the fixed block, and the movable sleeve is movably connected with the fixed block through the limiting block, the movable sleeve is characterized in that a compression spring is arranged inside the movable sleeve, one end of the compression spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the movable sleeve, and the other end of the compression spring is fixedly connected with the top of the fixed block.

table 1, and a mold 4 is arranged in the mounting groove 3, the volume sum of the installation groove 3 is slightly larger than the volume sum of the mold 4, the top of the mold 4 is concave, two sides of the operating platform 1 are fixedly connected with threaded sleeves 7, the interior of the threaded sleeves 7 and the operating platform 1 is provided with threaded grooves matched with the threaded rods 5, two sides of the mold 4 are provided with threaded holes matched with the threaded rods 5, the mold 4 is fixedly connected with the operating platform 1 through the threaded rods 5, the internal threads of the threaded sleeves 7 are connected with the threaded rods 5, one end of each threaded rod 5 is fixedly connected with a knob 6, the other end of each threaded rod 5 penetrates through the threaded sleeves 7 and the operating platform 1, extends to the interior of the installation groove 3 and is in threaded connection with one side of the mold 4, the threaded mounting plate 10 and the frame 8 are internally provided with through holes matched with the mounting screws 12, the inner parts of the limiting plates 11 are movably connected with mounting screws 18 firmly fix the connecting plate 17 and the sleeve 16 on the mold 4, and by arranging the sleeve 16 and the jacking plate 19, when the glass inside the mold 4 needs to be taken down after molding, the molded glass is jacked up by the jacking plate 19, so that the molded glass can be quickly and effectively taken down, the integrity of the shape after molding of the glass is protected, and the continuous production of the glass is facilitated, so that the production efficiency of the glass is improved, so that the mold 4 has a good popularization prospect, the mold 4 is provided with the movable plate 20 at the bottom end of the mounting groove 3, the number of the movable rods 21 is several, the movable rods 21 are equidistantly distributed at the bottom of the movable plate 20, the bottom of the mounting groove 3 is provided with the movable cavity corresponding to the movable plate 20, the bottom of the mold 4 is in contact with the top of the movable plate 20, and the bottom of the movable plate 20 is fixedly connected with the movable rods 21, the bottom of the movable rod 21 is fixedly connected with a movable sleeve 22, the inner side of the movable sleeve 22 is fixedly connected with a limit block 23, the inside of the fixed block 24 is provided with a limit groove corresponding to the limit block 23, the length value of the limit groove is smaller than the height value of the fixed block 24, the inside of the operating platform 1 is fixedly connected with a fixed plate 25, the top of the fixed plate 25 is fixedly connected with the fixed block 24, one end of the limit block 23 penetrates through the fixed block 24 and extends to the inside of the fixed block 24, the movable sleeve 22 is movably connected with the fixed block 24 through the limit block 23, the inside of the movable sleeve 22 is provided with a compression spring 26, one end of the compression spring 26 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the movable sleeve 22, the other end of the compression spring 26 is fixedly connected with the top of the fixed block 24, the bottom of the mold 4 is contacted with the movable plate 20 through the movable rod 21 and the movable sleeve 22, when the pressing plate 14 and the mold 4 are subjected to a pressing molding process, the movable plate 20 extrudes the compression spring 26 through the movable rod 21 and the movable sleeve 22, therefore, certain stability is provided for the pressing plate 14 in the glass pressing process, the glass forming quality is improved, and the glass production efficiency is improved.
When the device is used, whether relevant equipment is normal is firstly checked, the checking is finished, a needed mold 4 is placed in the mounting groove 3, the knob 6 is screwed, the threaded rod 5 is connected with the mold 4, the installation and fixing work of the mold 4 is finished, the glass raw material is placed in the mold 4, the hydraulic device 9 is started through the switch 15, the hydraulic device 9 drives the pressing plate 14 and the glass raw material in the mold 4 through the hydraulic rod 13 to perform glass forming and pressing work, after the pressing work is finished, the hydraulic device 9 is controlled through the switch 15 to separate the pressing plate 14 from the mold 4, after the glass is formed, the formed glass is taken down through the jacking plate 19, and the glass forming work is finished.
