多用途清洁器,以水为介质,通过物理方法去除餐具、果蔬上的残留物,其处理后的水还具有其它多项用途,其具有钟形壳,钟形壳内依次设有进水管、第一矿化盒、第二矿化盒、喷淋板;进水管的进水口设在钟形壳的顶端,进水管上套有套管,套管与进水管之间设有环形的密闭空间,该密闭空间内装有多块磁钢;第一矿化盒内装有负离子球和锗石球,第二矿化盒内装有麦饭石颗球、石英砂、玉石球、远红外球;第一、第二矿化盒的外缘面与钟形壳的内壁活动贴接,第一、第二矿化盒的上端面和下端面各设有过水滤板;喷淋板上设有喷淋孔,喷淋板与钟形壳可拆卸连接。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种多用途清洁器。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对日益健康重视,尤其是对日常餐具、果蔬等的清洗尤为重视,在日常清洁中,多使用清洗液、洗涤灵等化学洗涤剂对餐具、果蔬进行清洁,由于清洗液是化学制剂,其中含有的去油剂、去污剂、水软化剂等成分会残留在被清洗物上,虽然单位量符合相关标准,但常年的积累,其摄入的总量相当可观,并且,使用上述化学清洗液,其含有的化学成分对皮肤有渗透作用,破坏皮肤表面的油脂保护层,导致产生易干裂、易过敏等皮肤疾病;并且,上述清洗液在使用后,排入地下管道汇入自然水系,不仅对水源造成污染,还对动、植物产生负面影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多用途清洁器,以水为介质,通过物理方法去除餐具、果蔬上的残留物,其处理过的水还具有其它多项用途。
本发明的技术方案是:多用途清洁器,其特征在于:具有钟形壳(4),钟形壳内依次设有进水管(6)、第一矿化盒(8)、第二矿化盒(9)、喷淋板(10);进水管的进水口(1)设在钟形壳的顶端,进水管上套有套管(3),套管与进水管之间设有环形的密闭空间(5),该密闭空间内装有多块磁钢(2);第一矿化盒内装有负离子球和锗石球,第二矿化盒内装有麦饭石颗球、石英砂、玉石球、远红外球;第一、第二矿化盒的外缘面与钟形壳的内壁活动贴接,第一、第二矿化盒的上端面和下端面各设有过水滤板(14);喷淋板上设有喷淋孔(13),喷淋板与钟形壳可拆卸连接。
所述的磁钢是长方体的磁片,磁片的数量是六片,各磁片立式环形均布,相邻磁片的相向面夹角(16)为60度。
进水管的出水口是喷淋口(7)。
所述的喷淋孔的直径是0.001~0.003毫米。
负离子球和锗石球的体积比为2:1。
麦饭石、石英砂、玉石球、远红外球的体积比为2:1:1:1。
还具有水加热器(17),水加热器的出水口通过连接管(15)与进水管的进水口连通。
本发明的优点是:磁钢能将水中的氢键链切断分离并做除菌处理,磁化后的水依次进入第一、第二矿化盒急速进行极化理化反应,由于两矿化盒内的多种矿物质球自身存在正负微电流,瞬间电流在水中释放,当磁化水与微电流接触时,水分子中氢离子分离,一方面氢离子与电子结合成氢气,氢氧离子与周围的水分子结合成界面活性物质和产生300倍以上的负离子,速氢H氧O活性增大转变成等离子形态的氢氧基(OH),氢氧基起到对清洁对象的消毒、灭菌、除污、去油污的作用,并能起到净化有机物和非有机物的作用,因此能以水为介质,通过物理方法去除餐具、果蔬上的残留物;从多用途清洁器流出的水,不仅具有清洁的特性其水质也大幅提升,可以用来洗澡、做饭、养鱼、浇花等,经过试验证明:用来洗澡,可使皮肤有弹性、促进美容效果;用来做饭可节能30%;用来养植物,可使植物根深叶茂、花果硕实;用来养鱼,可清除鱼缸中的青苔,使鱼活泼长势喜人;如以自来水为介质得到的水,还可用来饮用,可加速内外细胞交换率,提高免疫力;因此,其处理过的水还兼具其它多项用途。
限定的磁钢类型和阵列形式能增强其水磁化效果,水流不受流速的限制;进水管的喷淋口能使钟形壳内水压均匀的向第一、第二矿化盒内急速喷射;限定的喷淋孔直径,在水压的作用下能产生急速的水线,不仅能够增强清洁效果,还能节约用水50%左右;限定的矿石体积比能使水的极化理化反应更佳。
第一矿化盒依据自身能量和功能在对水进行极化作用,用于净化水质;第二矿化盒依据多种矿物球的理化反应从而增加多种矿物质和微量元素,用于提高水质。水加热器能将磁化矿化后水加热,避免人体接触冷水,能预防风湿骨病的产生。

多用途清洁器,具有钟形壳4,钟形壳内依次设有进水管6、第一矿化盒8、第二矿化盒9、喷淋板10;进水管的进水口1设在钟形壳的顶端,进水管上套有套管3,套管与进水管之间设有环形的密闭空间5,该密闭空间内装有多块磁钢2;第一矿化盒内装有负离子球和锗石球,第二矿化盒内装有麦饭石颗球、石英砂、玉石球、远红外球;第一、第二矿化盒的外缘面与钟形壳的内壁活动贴接,第一、第二矿化盒的上端面和下端面各设有过水滤板14;喷淋板上设有喷淋孔13,喷淋板与钟形壳可拆卸连接。
所述的喷淋板与钟形壳可拆卸连接结构有多种,喷淋板沿周可与钟形壳螺纹连接、卡接、孔眼栓接等,本实施例中,在钟形壳的下方设有环形盖板11,环形盖板沿周设有翻边,环形盖板的上环面与喷淋板下方的沿周边缘活动压接,环形盖板的翻边与钟形壳螺纹旋接,所述的喷淋孔设在位于环形盖板上环形孔12内的喷淋板上,喷淋板采用白钢材质,用激光打孔技术进行开孔;旋紧环形盖板将喷淋板压固在钟形壳上或第二矿化盒上,喷淋板与钟形壳或第二矿化盒之间设有密封圈,用于密封过水空间,使水从喷淋孔中喷出;旋开环形盖板可依次取出喷淋板、第二矿化盒、第一矿化盒,第一、二矿化盒上的过水滤板中至少一个是可拆卸的,用于更换内部的矿物质。
所述的磁钢是长方体的磁片,磁片的数量是六片,各磁片立式环形均布,相邻磁片的相向面夹角16为60度。进水管的出水口是喷淋口7。所述的喷淋孔的直径是0.001~0.01毫米,优选0.001~0.003毫米。负离子球和锗石球的体积比为2:1或1:1或1:2。麦饭石、石英砂、玉石球、远红外球的体积比为2:1:1:1或等比混合。多用途清洁器还具有水加热器17,水加热器的出水口通过连接管15与进水管的进水口连通;所述的水加热器是可调温的加热器,水加热器为市售产品,选择适合的型号进行匹配即可。

1.多用途清洁器,其特征在于:具有钟形壳(4),钟形壳内依次设有进水管(6)、第一矿化盒(8)、第二矿化盒(9)、喷淋板(10);进水管的进水口(1)设在钟形壳的顶端,进水管上套有套管(3),套管与进水管之间设有环形的密闭空间(5),该密闭空间内装有多块磁钢(2);第一矿化盒内装有负离子球和锗石球,第二矿化盒内装有麦饭石颗球、石英砂、玉石球、远红外球;第一、第二矿化盒的外缘面与钟形壳的内壁活动贴接,第一、第二矿化盒的上端面和下端面各设有过水滤板(14);喷淋板上设有喷淋孔(13),喷淋板与钟形壳可拆卸连接。
