本发明公开了一种结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，包括有平行设置的下层板和上层板，下层板和上层板之间设有若干相同的支撑单元；支撑单元由垂直于下层板和上层板的左支撑板和右支撑板以及设于左支撑板和右支撑板之间的波浪纸板组成，相邻支撑单元之间设有增强板；所述下层板或上层板的表面上设有柔性缓冲层。本发明具有结构强度高，且柔软性好的特点，适用于玻璃瓶产品的包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层纸板，特别是一种结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板。
背景技术
多层纸板已经是现代生活中必不可少的一种包装用品了。尤其是在快递行业，任何快递物品的运输都离不开多层纸板的包装，其对物品具有很好的保护作用。
现目前的多层纸板的结构多样，随着层数以及形状的不同，其具备的功能也各不相同，如层数较少且形状松散的，则柔性较好，而层数较多且结构紧密的，则强度较高，可根据包装物品的不同选择不同的多层纸板。
但是，对于用玻璃瓶盛装的物品，在包装和运输时，需要要求同时具备较高的结构强度和较好的柔软性，高强度是保护物品不受外部压力的挤压而损坏，而柔软性是为了保护物品不会因为纸板太硬，在运输和搬运过程中因撞击而受损。现目前并没有一种纸板能够同时具备上述功能，都是在包装盒内填充泡沫等缓冲物品加以保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板。本发明具有结构强度高，且柔软性好的特点，适用于玻璃瓶产品的包装。
本发明的技术方案：一种结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，包括有平行设置的下层板和上层板，下层板和上层板之间设有若干相同的支撑单元；支撑单元由垂直于下层板和上层板的左支撑板和右支撑板以及设于左支撑板和右支撑板之间的波浪纸板组成，相邻支撑单元之间设有增强板；所述下层板或上层板的表面上设有柔性缓冲层。
前述的结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，所述柔性缓冲层由海绵或者纤维丝制成。
前述的结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，所述波浪纸板的延伸方向与左支撑板和右支撑板所在平面平行。
前述的结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，相邻所述支撑单元内的波浪纸板对称设置，所述增强板连接在相邻支撑单元内的波浪纸板最靠近的点之间。
本发明的有益效果
本发明通过在上层板和下层板之间设置支撑单元，且支撑单元由左支撑板和右支撑板以及之间的波浪纸板组成，该结构具备较高的结构强度，能够满足玻璃瓶产品包装盒的强度要求，同时，通过在相邻支撑单元之间设置增强板，进一步提高了结构强度。同时，通过在上层板或下层板的表面设置柔性缓冲层，大大提高了纸板表面的缓冲性能，用于玻璃瓶产品包装时，能够对玻璃瓶起到很好的缓冲作用，玻璃撞击损坏。

本发明的实施例
一种结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，如附图1-2所示，包括有平行设置的下层板1和上层板2，下层板1和上层板2之间设有若干相同的支撑单元；支撑单元由垂直于下层板1和上层板2的左支撑板3和右支撑板4以及设于左支撑板3和右支撑板4之间的波浪纸板5组成，相邻支撑单元之间设有增强板7；所述下层板1或上层板2的表面上设有柔性缓冲层6。
下层板1、上层板2、左支撑板3、右支撑板4、波浪纸板5和增强板7相接触的地方均用胶水粘接，柔性缓冲层6通过胶水粘接在下层板1或上层板2的表面，使用时，将设有柔性缓冲层6的一侧用于包装盒的内部。
作为优选，所述柔性缓冲层6由海绵或者纤维丝制成。
作为优选，所述波浪纸板5的延伸方向与左支撑板3和右支撑板4所在平面平行。
作为优选，相邻所述支撑单元内的波浪纸板5对称设置，即波峰对波峰，波谷对波谷，所述增强板7连接在相邻支撑单元内的波浪纸板5最靠近的点之间，即增强板7连接在相邻的波浪纸板5的波峰或波谷的顶点上。

1.一种结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，其特征在于：包括有平行设置的下层板（1）和上层板（2），下层板（1）和上层板（2）之间设有若干相同的支撑单元；支撑单元由垂直于下层板（1）和上层板（2）的左支撑板（3）和右支撑板（4）以及设于左支撑板（3）和右支撑板（4）之间的波浪纸板（5）组成，相邻支撑单元之间设有增强板（7）；所述下层板（1）或上层板（2）的表面上设有柔性缓冲层（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，其特征在于：所述柔性缓冲层（6）由海绵或者纤维丝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，其特征在于：所述波浪纸板（5）的延伸方向与左支撑板（3）和右支撑板（4）所在平面平行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的结构强度高的玻璃瓶产品包装用多层纸板，其特征在于：相邻所述支撑单元内的波浪纸板（5）对称设置，所述增强板（7）连接在相邻支撑单元内的波浪纸板（5）最靠近的点之间。
